excellent location, great property with very nice pool, spa and restaurants, direct beach access. condo itself was spotless, comfortable, well appointed kitchen. loved having two en-suite rooms as well as half bath. ample easy parking, close to restaurants and shopping and midway point to activities north and south

The pool was great! The slide was fun. Jacuzzi’s has sand on the bottom. And an overall great location close to amenities such as Safeway, McDonald’s, and Taco Bell. Close proximity to the elevator, across the hallway from E-205.

The pool seemed as though the sides and rocks hasn’t been cleaned for awhile. The fire alarm went off a 5:30am on 8/11/2019 with no true emergency, which is odd cause the fire alarm system was just just checked the day before. And for the amount of money I spent on E-205, there was no view other then the parking lot.
