Located in the perfect location, walking distance to the harbour and right across from a train stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our towels were changed one day but the dirty towels were left in our shower. The room next door put a plate outside their door and it remained there for about 18 hours, even after cleaners had cleaned surrounding room.

Bar Service. Plus the worst hot chocolate I have ever had. Even after asking them to remake it was 1/2 full & cold

Close to public transport. Staff were incredibly helpful. Bar downstairs was great and buffet breaky had great variety.

The glass see through door into the bathroom. When staying with friends we had to put a towel up to cover the door.

Looks straight into an office. Noisy in the mornign with delivery van reversing in lane The fan in the bathroon leaked stright onto the toilet and when I told reception they said they already knew - so why was I in the room?

Same breakfast everyday. Staff could not even make an omelette on request. The in room menu is very basic with only 6-7 options on the entire menu. No vegetarian options. No way to call reception as no numbers are provided due to being recently renovated (that’s what at least we were told) Parking is available on availability, the hotel charges for all the days you wish to park however they don’t reserve the spot after payment. So if parking is not available once you take the car out, you MAY get refunds

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in der Stadt, so dass man fussläufig zur Oper und dem Hafen kommt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider überhaupt nichts, kaum Auswahl, die Rühreier schmeckten nicht und es gab jeden Tag das gleiche. Die Zimmerreinigung lies auch zu wünschen übrig.

윈야드역이 가까워서 교통만 좋습니다.

왠만하면 후기 잘 안쓰는데 정말 최악의 호텔이라 후기를 씁니다. 아이와 함께 하는 여행이라 간이주방과 전자레인지를 사용하려도 일부러 비용을 더 지불하고 스튜디오 룸을 예약하였습니다. 그러나, 스튜디오 룸을 공사한다고 해서 리노베이션이 완료된 일반룸으로 배정받았습니다. 당연히 간이주방, 전자레인지를 사용할수 없었습니다. 비용에 대한 어떠한 차감도 없었습니다. 공사가 얼마전에 끝난 방이라 화학약품 냄새가 많이 납니다. 배정받은 방은 가장 꼭대기 층이었고, 50~60dB이상의 기계소음이(대형 환풍기 소음)이 발생해서 밤에 잠을 이룰수 없었습니다. 직원에게 이야기 해서 담당자를 보내준다고 하였으나 담당자는 오지 않았습니다. 머무는 7일내내 환풍기 소음에 휴식을 취할 수 없었습니다. 또한 옆방과의 방음은 전혀 되지 않습니다. 말소리, TV소리, 휴대폰 진동소리, 심지어 방귀소리까지 들립니다.(팬소음이 50~60db인데도 벽이 없는것 마냥 옆방 소음이 다 들립니다.) 이러한 내용으로 부킹닷컴에 컴플레인을 하였으나 부킹닷컴은 나몰라라 하며 해줄 수 있는게 없다고 발을 뺍니다. 또한 호텔에 컴플레인 메시지를 부킹닷컴을 통해 보냈으나 전혀 답변이 없습니다. 지금까지 5개대륙 30여개의 국가를 여행하고 다양한 호텔을 경험해봤지만 이 호텔이 단연코 최악입니다. 7일간의 시드니 여행은 이 호텔때문에 밤에 충분한 휴식을 취하지 못하여 비몽사몽으로 최악의 여행이었습니다.

Awesome location, comfy bed, polite staff. The rooms were clean and quiet and had adequate amenities.

Unexpected renovations made it less comfortable. The elevator outages from these renovations were extremely inconvenient and made for very long waits. The fire alarm went off one night and took a while to be resolved. Lines at the front desk moved slowly. Also, the toilets weren't very stable and we didn't like how the shower didn't have a door or curtain, which caused water to get everywhere on the floor.

I called the hotel to arrange the payment for a number of rooms (to pay it all in one transaction and have one invoice). The manager assured me if I add the company card in Booking.com, they would charge this card. To be 100% sure I also sent them a message via Booking.com. When we arrived, the staff charged each room separately and claimed they do not read messages from Booking.com. The only person who tried to help was a new receptionist in training. The rest of the team didn’t listen and didn’t care. Sad, as it’s a great location and I would like to be able to stay there again. At other hotels arranging payment is so much easier.

Renovation of the property. Was advised 2 days before I arrived that the restaurant was closed for renovation. I have stayed many times before and I chose it for convenience to everything I use a walking stick now and to go down the hill for breakfast was not nice and to get back up the hill I had to walk around the park to find an easier way back!

There were two of us i.e. my friend and I. The room was large enough for us, it easily accommodated the two good sized separate beds and the bathroom was more than adequate for us. You'd expect this given the complex has partially undergone major renovations and the renovations were continuing when we were there.

That the renovations were continuing that delayed the availability of the lifts for guests, as a result it became crowded congregating around the lift, particularly the ground floor. Although there were three lifts; one was dedicated to the workers, one was out of service under maintenance and the third was the only one operational.

Comfortable bed, spotlessly laundered linen, user friendly bathroom. Easy access to Wynyard station excellent. The upgrades to the building were still in progress, so inability to get food and drink was inconvenient, but we were prepared for this. Staff friendly and helpful.

The temporary installation of a coffee cart would be worth considering, for people arriving from really early or late flights.
