The bed was comfy.

The first room we were assigned was filthy and had maintenance issues. The second room we were assigned had maintenance issues, but we couldn't stay there because of other bookings, the third room we were assigned had maintenance issues..

The staff were friendly and the room was perfect for a 1 night stay. It was also great how how we had the option for room service to bring our dinner to our room

Family room booked. 1 coffee cup present initially. Had to go to the Bar to get coffee cups, teaspoons etc. No tea towels to dry things. Late checkout (12 noon) negotiated and verbal approval from Accomm staff. Daughter 22 & 23 year old) attended party late into morning, Cleaner not informed, banged on door waking daughters asking them to leave. Resolved that morning. Family room not upgraded / renovated since visit over decade ago - just more tired. Family room at end of corridor past other rooms. I was worried for the safety of my daughters. In setting.

I stayed for a night. The pub is next to the rooms, and it was very noisy, till late morning. Around 3:00AM I pack my bag and left the motel. Never going back.

I thought the bed was comfortable but my partner said it was too soft. we could here the noise from the bar area in our room

The bed was super comfy. The room was clean, and the staff helped me do a load of washing.

there was a step up into the bathroom where my husband tripped and fell hurting his hamstring.
