Nothing they cancelled my booking last minute without informing me and I had to sleep in my car after I called and confirmed with them twice that my room would be booked.

They didn’t have a manager at night to solve this issue and this has happened at multiple locations!

Room was super clean. Bed was very comfy. The staff were friendly and efficient. We were only there one night, but we found the property to be just what we were looking for. Event hough it is located near the freeway and a busy street, our room was very quiet.

Breakfast bar was great. Pool was ideal for kids. Checking in and out was easy.

Humid rooms and parking was tough. Rooms are not able to conjoin for families.

The room was in terrible shape, the walls were chipped, the toilet seat was loose, the shower was not clean, the room smelled of cigarettes, the handyman was sitting at the room desk “paying his bills” when we walked into the room. The bath towels were thin and awful, the blanket was stained. and this for over $300 per night! We should have stayed at the Hilton…but we had no idea it would be this bad.
