Location is great

They did not have the room that I chose i.e. King Size Bed which was more expensive than a double... When I got there they put me in a double (which was cheaper on line) but charged me for the king upgrade. Also, $18.00 Parking fee was unexpected :(

Last time ended up in corner room on 2nd floor with little natural light. Ended up in same corner room but on 6th floor this time, a little more light but not much of a view

Não teve nada de que não gostei, a limpeza é feita dia sim, dia não, mas nos foi avisado na entrada, e a limpeza é bem feita!

O café da manhã é bem simples, com ovos mexidos, carne. legumes cozidos, dois tipo de pão, cereal e waffles. Raramente tem frutas. O hotel cobra uma taxa de $10 por encomenda que pese acima de 1kg.

Breakfast was unlimited and delicious with lots of vegetarian options. This made my stay more cheerful. Room service was satisfactory. Staff was very cooperative and helpful. Great stay!!

Tivemos dificuldade para conseguir desligar o ar condicionado que fica embaixo da janela. Painel não funcionava e não tinha controle remoto. Não nos informaram que tínhamos que pegar o ticket de benefícios para os parques do sea world no outro hotel. Acabamos nem utilizando os benefícios.

Breakfast was great -we enjoyed it poolside Nice to see improvements to the stations to help with morning breakfast traffic. We have stayed before with different set up and this time was noticed and flow was better .

Jacuzzi was somewhat messy with leaves and lots of seeds from trees. We understand that it’s not possible with trees around. We have a pool ourselves, but going into the spa with everything floating around wasn’t as nice of experience as we’d hoped.

Could have more savory and helat food options.

There is no payment via card contact or Apple Pay and it does not accept the Wise multi-currency card - J.P. Morgan bank (the employees don't even know what it is). Furthermore, cigarette smoke came into the room via the window or air conditioning, as people smoked outside the hotel.

The staff are so warm and friendly. They get a huge thumbs up from me. I was given a room upgrade which was really great and a late checkout. The hotel was very clean. Location was very lovely with SeaWorld literally next door, KFC, Wendy, Buffalo Wings and proper restaurants were also all within walking distance. Outlet malls were also close by.

Just a bit modern update of the furnishings.

We came for our honeymoon, for 10 days in Orlando. The service at the hotel was very pleasant, the breakfast was good, I would recommend adding vegetables, it was missing. There were many problems with the transfers to the attractions, every morning it did not arrive on time and often did not arrive at all. It sucks to pay $300 a day for a park and miss things there because they don't arrive on time. The room was cozy and spacious, except for the shower faucet that needs to be replaced. Throughout the hotel the internet was excellent but in the room it didn't always work. We expected a reference to the fact that we came for a honeymoon and not just a vacation, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

It seems obsessive to pay $15. for parking.. what's next are restaurants now going to charge for parking too?

Breakfast was great The morning we was up early the next day. We didn't get up as early and couldn't get breakfast.... The pool was wonderful my daughter had a great time playing And being able to see the fireworks at night was a bonus

Closing breakfast down at 9am when some people isn't out of bed yet, so we had to go somewhere to get breakfast
