Beautifully decorated, one bedroom, one bath apartment located in the heart of the historic district. Beautiful exposed brick walls accents the feel of this historic building with all the modern conveniences. Located inside a secure building on Broughton Street, the heart of the shopping district, this fabulous one-bedroom apartment awaits you and your guest. A long hall leads to the kitchen where you will find all new, stainless-steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for your use. The kitchen has an eat in dining area and is adjacent to the living room, where you can sit back and enjoy T.V. or just relax after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Equipped with a full-size washer and dryer to make your longer stays more convenient. A beautifully decorated bedroom awaits you at the end of the day. King size, fitted with a very comfortable mattress and fine linens, and no windows, this bedroom is the perfect place to get a good night's rest. The bathroom is such as nicely decorated, with a great tub and shower combo and a new granite counter/sink top for getting ready to hit the street again!

We were right at everything. Parked the car and walked the whole time. My mom absolutely loved the condo down to the brick. A most definitely a place I would come back too.

My stay was fabulous, every detail covered, Paula was a fabulous host from booking through the completion of my stay. The condo was exactly as shown in the photos. Exquisitely clean, beautifully decorated and cozy. The location is fantastic, walk to anywhere downtown and to the river! I’ll be back! Thank you Paula for everything!

Upon arrival we were not able to enter the condo because of the code vrbo gave us. I contacted Ms. Paula through vrbo and she called me immediately to give me the correct code to get in her unit. We found the condo to be beautiful and it looked just like the photos. The only major drawback was the smell. After only having been in the condo for around 30 minutes, I began to feel sick to my stomach and contacted the owner about the smell. She was very prompt in letting me know that the building had just been sprayed the night before. I knew due to the smell we would not be able to stay and contacted her again and asked for a refund since we had been there less than 30 minutes and had not unpacked or used a thing. She was very kind to respond back and give us a refund. Visually it was everything you would want for a couples wekkend getaway. If the smell would not have been so bad, i have no doubt we would have enjoyed our stay there.

What a great experience! We were in town for a wedding and needed a place just for the weekend. As former residents of Savannah, it was great to find such a clean, beautiful space right in the middle of downtown and steps away from the wedding venue.
The property owner went above and beyond to answer our questions, and the space was extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! I highly recommend this property!

Great apartment near everything. Very clean and easy to check in. Only issues are other apartments in building got very loud late and noise carries in the hallway. Parking isnt ideal either. But I understand these are both uncontrollably things for owners.

The condo was very nice and clean. The king bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in when traveling! The location was right around the corner from the City Market and within walking distance to pretty much everything. We only grabbed our car to go to Tybee for a quick trip. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. There was a smell of cat urine but other than that the apartment was clean and super close to our favorite spots.

Wonderful property with great amenities. Check in was easy and accessing property was no problem thanks to coded entryways. Location is perfect for being near all the best places to go downtown with just a short walk.

Overall, this would have been the perfect stay for a weekend getaway. The place looked exactly like the pictures, was very clean, and perfect location! The major problem is that the place reaks of cat urine. We contacted the property manager, in which she confirmed the place is not pet friendly. We bought air fresheners and candles, which didn’t combat the odor… which also followed us home in our luggage!!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect and centrally located. We had no issues walking to River Street, Forsyth Park and of course up and down Broughton. We always park in the parking garage right beside the courthouse when we visit Savannah and the corner of the building to enter for this property was literally like a 1 minute walk if that! Couldn’t have been easier! Paula was so sweet and a great host. We had everything we could need, bed was comfy and everything was clean. We will be back for sure!

The property was as advertised; very nicely decorated. The bedroom was pitch black, so very easy to get a good nights rest. It was right in the center of the downtown. We were able to get wherever we wanted to go easily and experience what Savannah had to offer.
The only negative was parking. We drove in from AL and had to deal with having a car there. Paula did send us a sheet on how to handle parking (street parking/garage parking options offered by the city) which came in handy. More a comment on the vacation spot than the property.
I absolutely would recommend and would stay there again!
