perfekter Kurzurlaub in Florenz, jederzeit gerne wieder, besser geht es nicht

außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft, sehr leckeres Fühstück, hervorragender Parkservice Die Unterkunft wurde in der ZTL Zone mit dem Auto angefahren, die Beschreibung von Alex war sehr gut und hilfreich. Ein Parkservice wurde vorab angefragt. Bei der Ankunft hat ein Fahrer das Fahrzeug vor dem Hotel abgeholt und nach dem Aufenthalt zur gewünschten Uhrzeit beim auschecken wieder gebracht. Top Service. Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage, es ist alles zu Fuß in wenige Minuten zu erreichen.

Ein sehr schönes Wochenende!

Die Gastgeber sind ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben viele nützliche Informationen über Florenz erhalten. Alex spricht mehrere Sprachen, so auch Deutsch, was uns natürlich enorm geholfen hat. Das Frühstück war gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber.

An ideal home from home for our long weekend in Florence.

Haggi’s Residence is a beautifully restored building dating from medieval times, with spacious rooms decorated and equipped to a high standard. The owners were extremely welcoming and we felt as though they couldn’t do enough for us. Highly recommended.

Amazing hospitality in the heart of Florence!

Really incredible hospitality and personal touches - flowers for our honeymoon and dinner booked for us! Wonderful, spacious, very comfortable room. Set in an amazing location to walk all over Florence. Fantastic guest house!!

Great host and spacious room

The location was fantastic for a short trip to Florence. It was very central and near to restaurants and the sites but still very quiet at night. The host Alex was extremely helpful and welcoming. The bathroom in our room was huge and there was a good wardrobe too.

The breakfast could have been a little better and the stay was a little expensive for us (especially with the city tax added) but other than that it was all great! I would recommend it to others.

Excellent quality, exceptionally well located, charming hosts.

The location, close to the Duomo and central Florence, was excellent. While being central, the room was not disturbed by city noise. The owners were charming, attentive, informative and very nice to know. Breakfast was delightful and all facilities were of excellent quality. We were truly impressed with Haggi's and very pleased indeed with our stay.

There was absolutely nothing that we did not like!

Perfect. Alex and Anna's hospitality was out of this world, exceptional. We felt at home from the moment we arrived, with Alex assisting with navigating the ZTL and then welcoming us to the most amazing rooms. Breakfast and coffee served each morning felt like a warm family breakfast before a day out. This was without a doubt the best hospitality I've ever experienced.

When we return to Florence, this is were we plan to stay!

The location is wonderful….maybe 10 minutes from Il Duomo. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast to start the day. When we had to worry about packages from an earlier hotel in Como they were totally supportive, and made sure that everything went well for us. They provided us with a map of a walking tour that was wonderful, and recommended some restaurants which were great. We also found a couple of “niche” bars nearby (5 minute walk) that were great.

Bellissimo!

Alex and Anna were the perfect hosts, very attentive and friendly, it felt like we were staying with family members. The building and room itself are stunning and exceeded what we were expecting - classic Italian country-style with beautiful furniture and high ceilings. The breakfast was delicious, with made-to-order coffee and eggs, alongside a selection of cold cuts, cheeses, yoghurts and fruits. They also allowed us to keep our room to store our luggage in for a few extra hours, which was hugely helpful. Highly recommend overall - we will be back!

Everything! Amazing place to stay, Alex and Anna are fabulous hosts! The breakfast selection was great and yes Anna really does make a mean Cappuccino!!!

Great location, kind owners, comfy room with a great breakfast. Would stay again!

Lovely breakfast thoughtfully laid out in small first floor room with beautiful old arched brick ceilings. Friendly owners with helpful maps and local tips. Bed was comfy and there were a few drinks in the fridge stocked for us which was such a nice unexpected touch! Wifi was fast and reliable.

Odd step into bathroom a bit of a hazard in the dark. One additional chair would be nice as there was not a couch as pictured. Note - not sure if this is related to this website but the room that was pictured on our reservation was not the one we actually got.

Hosts were very friendly, kind, and accommodating. The best that you will ever encounter.

Aircon was rattling a little at night if set at lower temperature. Else the room was fantastic, bed was super comfy.

Perfect stay with the ideal hosts!

Alex and Anna are the perfect hosts! They simply cannot do enough to ensure your stay is just as you want it. The room and bathroom were extremely spacious with added touches such as a water and soft drinks included. Alex was communicative before and during the stay, offering recommendations on places to see and eat at. The morning breakfast was simply delightful, an intimate setting with fresh produce (and scrumptious eggs to to order). Perfect location less than 10 mins walk to the centre square. Highly recommend you stay here!

Really lovely owners, place and location. Absolutely recommended!

Alex and Anna were so helpful, responsive and friendly throughout our stay. The place is lovely and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choice. The room was quiet and spacious. We would definitely stay there again and thoroughly recommend it!

Amazing place!!! Anna and Alex are wonderful, extremely helpful, and engaged hosts. They made us feel at home. The excellent location of their B&B makes it super easy to experience Florence on foot. A delicious breakfast buffet is a huge plus. If you are looking for a cozy, well-located, quiet, and charming place in Florence, you will surely enjoy Haggi’s Residence. Highly recommended!!!

Definitely recommended, amazing experience!

If you are looking for the perfect place in Firenze - you have found it! We had this beautiful room which you imagine you would like to have when staying in such a city like Florence, hosts who are extremely nice, helpful, professional and friendly. Top service, you can feel that it’s a passion not just hosting. About the breakfast - the best we had in Italy (to be honest, best during in our whole Eurotrip). Such a variety of fresh fruits, amazing scrambled eggs, good coffee! Definitely would visit again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, cosy, friendly and authentic place to stay. Ohh, not to mention the great location (everything is walking distance). Thank you, Alex & Anna!

Alex and his wife were super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The location was very good. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The room wasn't super sound proof, so we would occasionally hear noise from the other guests. Nothing that bothered us, but could maybe be an issue if you're a very light sleeper.

Alex and Anna were excellent hosts who went out of their way to make our stay the best possible, whether it be accommodating our early schedule with breakfast or booking taxis. Communication was great and access was easy. The location is close to all the major sites and is also close to a mini-mart. Just a few turns and you are at the Duomo. Th room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed.

Perfect accommodation in the Middle of Florence

Alex was a very friendly and professional host, he reacted quickly on each of our requests, e.g. fixed the AC and organized the parking for us etc. We immediately felt at home in his house, the room was very clean and calm at night. The location is perfect if you are interested in sightseeing and nearby there are numerous restaurants and bars. We strongly recommend the breakfast which was the best we had during our stay in Italy. Everything is fresh and delicious here. Fresh pressed orange juice and a variety of fresh fruits is more than one can expect. 5 Stars Accommodation! 😊👍🏻
