Located in Hilton Head Island, this attractive house for $2,490 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Vacation in luxury in this gorgeous home! This 4500 square foot home is designed perfectly for multiple families. Just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, this home has everything you could ask for! With 7 bedrooms, 7 and 2 1/2 baths, 3 living rooms and over 2000sf of outdoor living space, everyone will have plenty of room to enjoy their vacation. Just a short walk to the sandy beaches of HHI, this designer home is loaded with upgrades to make your vacation a true luxury getaway. As you enter, you will immediately notice the beautiful wood floors, crown molding, and coffered ceiling in the open-concept kitchen and living area. Whether you are ordering takeout, grilling on the high-end Weber grill, or cooking in the gourmet kitchen, this space will provide everything you need. The dining table seats 14 people and the kitchen island can sit an additional 6, so everyone will have a spot at mealtimes. The living room off of the kitchen has 2 large comfortable couches and 2 chairs where people can visit with one another by the fireplace or watch a movie on the large flat screen. A double slider opens up and connects this living space to a 260 sf outdoor porch with a sitting area. Relax in this space while listening to the ocean waves, watch a movie on the outdoor tv or put your favorite tunes on the home Sonos speaker system. Also on this main level is the master retreat, complete with king bed and seating area. The master spa-like bathroom has a spacious shower, tub, double vanities and walk-in closet. A second bedroom on the main level also has a king bed and private bathroom with shower. A powder room is conveniently located off of the foyer, along with a laundry room for those that need to run a load while here. The laundry room also has the second of THREE refrigerators on this property, so plenty of space for a week of food and beverages! On the second level we have a loft living space with a sleeper sofa, 3 chairs and a large television.With large groups, it is so nice to have several common spaces to allow you to spread out! Off of the loft are 3 more master suites, all with king beds and private bathrooms equipped with frameless showers, and all decorated to perfection. One of the many jewels of this home is the massive bunk suite. This area is just off of the loft space, with double pocket doors leading into a kid living space, complete with Xbox gaming system and seating area. To the right you will see a door leading into the first bunk space. Built-in beds will sleep 4, and this room has its own bathroom, shower and vanities. Off to the left you will see another bunk room sleeping 4, with another attached bathroom, tub/shower combo, and vanities. This is such a smart space for multiple families! Split up boys and girls, teens and smaller kids... the possibilities are endless! And if someone wakes up, they can sneak out to the tv area without waking up their bunk mates! Our ground level has been designed to be the perfect outdoor space. A HUGE gameroom offers ping pong & table soccer. A bar/kitchen area allows for quick drink and snack prep for those who are hanging out at the pool. A bathroom is conveniently located to the game room and pool area. 2 sets of french doors open up to a huge covered seating and dining area. After a day in the sun, some may want a break in the shade! Relax on the sofas while you watch the game, play cards, or watch the kids swim. Need more sun? Poolside loungers are positioned perfectly. In the center of it all is the 13x23' pool and huge 8x8' hot tub. The hot tub is heated for all of our guests at no extra charge, year round. This beautiful home will surely be your choice on Hilton Head for years to come.

Very nice house. We had our family for the holidays. (From 2 years old to 72)
The house was cozy and kids friendly. It was close to the beach, tennis courts, playground, pickeball. We just needed the car to do groceries and restaurants that were close by.
It was cold but the pool and hot tub was perfect. The foosball was very helpful to entertain the kids

For Thanksgiving week, we had a total of 14 family members ages from 4-75. The house was perfect for our group as everyone had a comfortable bed, plenty of linens and an abundance of beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked and having 2 dishwashers came in handy. The large dining room table allowed us to enjoy dinners together. The outdoor screened porch was perfect for quiet (until kids found us) morning coffee.
The proximity to the beach was perfect and the nearby park was a plus. We had bikes delivered and it was an easy ride to the beach access point.
The owner was over and above cooperative and responsive to my questions. We would definitely stay there again.

This was the PERFECT house for our family vacation. The house was beautiful, and so much space for our extended family of 15. Mackey was an incredible host for all of our families needs. He allowed both early check in and late check out, and was so quick to respond to all of our communications. Would highly recommend!

Our family of 16ppl had a phenomenal stay at Mackie's house. The bedroom layout was perfect for 8 adults and 8 kids (8 - 18y/o). Kitchen was very well equipped and the additional fridge on the main level was extremely helpful. Great quiet neighborhood. It's about a 8 minute walk to the beach but the house has a great wagon and tons of beach chairs & towels. Overall, great stay. In addition, Mackie was EXTREMELY responsive...almost immediately.

We were a family of 14, comprised of me and my three adult married children, plus six grandchildren. The five king bed rooms made it easy for all the adults to get a king bed with their own shower. The two bunk beds rooms made it easy for all the grandkids.
You don't think about it much when booking a house, but the kitchen table that seats 14 allows everyone to eat together at the same table at the same time. The island bar seating for six was perfect for feeding the kids breakfast.
Plenty of TV's inside and out for those times when you need to get out of the sun. A great screened in porch. The grandkids loved the pool after spending the morning at the beach. It was reaching 100 degrees during our trip and the A/C kept up comfortably.
We really liked the location too. Barrier Beach Cove is the third road back from the beach. Sandy Beach Trail is the second street. While Sandy Beach is a few steps closer to the beach, it is a through street leading to the Marriott one way and a traffic light at the Exxon the other way. Barrier Beach is a dead end and much less traveled. It's worth the extra one minute walk.
While we didn't have any issues with the house while we were there, the property manager was super friendly and communicative prior, during and after our stay.
I can highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful house with plenty of space. Very clean, pictures are accurate. We loved the 3 fridges, the hot tub, the screened porch, the big island and stain glass. 10 min walk to the beach on a path with a nice blue mat. This was the right side of the island with many rentals across the busy road! There was a park and mini golf within a half mile. Duck donuts up the road with the donuts made in front of you and so fresh. Alot of construction in the area as everywhere and houses close together but everyone was respectful to their neighbors. I would highly recommend this property

It made a fantastically relaxing time with beautiful accommodations in a quiet area that had great natural attributes, such as the inlet and park area. We spent some great nights socializing on patio or in the screened in porch. The upstairs was perfect for the all kids with the game area and joint bunk rooms. We for sure would stay again

We were looking for a house that could accommodate our family of 17. Guest House fit the bill perfectly. It’s a beautiful home. So neat and clean and well maintained. It has a beautiful pool and hot tub. The highlight for us was the screened in porch. That is where we spent our evenings having good old fashioned fun just talking and playing games. Hilton Head is a beautiful island and the beaches are incredible. None of us wanted to leave.! Definitely make this home your choice when you visit Hilton Head.

We had a group of 20, 8 adults and 12 kids. The house was just perfect, plenty of room and very well stocked with anything we could need. I especially appreciated the soap and shampoos in each bathroom! Also Mackie was extremely responsive and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful stay at HHI.

We loved our stay at 6 Barrier Beach. Mackie was extremely helpful, answering all questions very promptly! When we had a problem with the pool pump, it was addressed and fixed as quickly as they were able. We really felt that all our needs were completely taken care of. I would definately recommend!

Family Vacation
We had a week’s vacation with our kids and grandkids here. Eight adults and seven children, ages ten and under. The house was perfect, allowing all the parents to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kids shared the bunk rooms. The kitchen was large enough to for several adults to move about freely. Each couple took turns preparing the meals.
We walked to the beach each day, pulling some of the little ones and our chairs and tents in the wagons.
There is an inlet cut in the beach a little ways to the right that provided so much entertainment. We took floats and coasted around the waterway toward the ocean. Just had to make sure we had a couple adults at the end to help them get out. It is still shallow at the end, but the undertow gets strong where it empties in the ocean.
We enjoyed riding bikes through the park that is across the street. We also rode down to shelter cove. There is an underpass to get to the other side of the highway. We had so much fun together at the house, playing games, having ping pong tournaments, swimming in the pool, sitting in the hot tub, eating together, celebrating birthdays. I know Hilton Head has so much to explore, but we will just have to go back to do that. We were having too much fun right where we were!
