About this condo rental
Nestled in Panama City Beach, this charming condo for $393 per night is a great option for your next trip. Large Beachfront 1 Br W/ Built in bunk 55" HDTv + Spectacular Panoramic Views! Our airy new 1 Bedroom (independent-owner managed) with Brand New built in twin bunk beds and Brand New pullout queen sofa. The entire condo has been freshly painted and clothed in an upscale coastal look with new high-quality linens and towel sets, brand new wood flooring throughout the entire condo including both bathrooms, a new living room ceiling fan, All Brand New Appliances, new furnishings, Brand new Living room furniture(couch as mentioned is a queen sleeper sofa), and new flat screen TVs, including a HBO and a large flat screen TV in the Living Room, a 46" television in the master bedroom, and a wall-mounted television in the bunk area, draped for extra privacy. We are located on the West side of Panama City Beach, about 1.5 miles to Pier Park. At Splash, we also have free beach service with 2 chaise lounges and an umbrella. The beach service is seasonal and runs between March 1st through October 31st. Our condo also includes a large private storage room on our floor loaded with beach chairs, lounges, toys, boogey boards, etc., where you can also store your equipment and luggage. The kitchen is well outfitted with everything necessary, including granite counters, new pots and pans, flatware, and small appliances. The spacious living room beachfront balcony fronts a spectacular and unobstructed view of the Gulf coast from one curve to the other. There is no view outside the Caribbean where the water is turquoise. A full moon reflecting over the water is both astounding and humbling. Our spacious condo sleeps 6 - the main bedroom has a king bed with a wonderful mattress, the built in bunk beds sleeps two, and we have a queen sofa pullout. We prefer that adults match or out-number children as we've found this provides for better supervision. * Remember that the number specified on the initial reservation request must match the number arriving as Splash will correlate the numbers on the registration form with the online request. We are located in the East building at Splash Resort, close to Pier Park but comfortably separate from the hubbub. Also: Complementary wireless internet, landline with free local calls, upgraded cable for digital and high-definition, flat screen TVs, including a high-definition 55" television on a swivel arm in the living room, and DVD players, a washer-dryer room, and recessed lights with dimmers. Ours is a non-smoking, no-pet condo. We are owner managed, and our cleaning is professional and independent of the resort. We typically require 50% upon reservation and the balance within 45 days of your stay. Splash combines a fantastic location with outstanding onsite amenities, including over 400 feet of pristine Gulf Front, children's interactive Aqua Play areas, bi-level pools (seasonally heated December through February), 2 distinct water park environs with water canons, twisting slide, and, full state-of-the-art fitness center, island-style cabana beach bar and grill, an outside barbecue pit and grill, hot tub, and an arcade and mini-bowling alley, Lazy River with inner tubes, Little Tyke Splash Pad, and Tipping Bucket.

This property had all the amenities you could possibly need for a week at the beach. Next time I know not to pack so much! The closet full of beach toys, chairs and wagon was so convenient. The kids were absolutely thrilled with the splash park. Definitely keeping this on my ‘return to’ list.

I feel it is rare to arrive at a rental and have it look exactly as presented! Lot of attention to detail here! Clean condo, comfortable furniture, clear instructions/expectations, tons of personal thought. Location and condo amenities were great too!

The condo was excellent, nicely decorated but not overdone so you were afraid to touch anything. The kitchen was stocked with the best amenities we have ever had at the beach. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, usually a king bed had an uncomfortable ridge down the middle, but this one did not. The dryer was a nice surprise to be able to dry your pool towels. Our stay was excellent and we will book here again.

Everything about this condo is what we wanted and needed! Beach front, homey, comfortable, great resort for kids and owner communication is unmatched. Tonya is wonderful and truly cares that everyone who stays there gets the most out of their stay. We WILL be back and are so thankful for a vacation with so many happy moments and memories!

My family had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach service was also a nice feature. Tonya was very easy to contact and communicate with. The resort as a whole was a hit with my seven year old. She loved the splash pad, lazy river and pool.

Everything was great. Right on the beach with an ocean view. We could see the fish swimming in the shallow area. The condo was well stocked for our needs. Tonya was available with quick responses to any questions. The storage closet was definitely a plus with the assortment of floats and toys for the kids. Would definitely rent again.

The convenience of the location makes it stand out to us. So close to pools and the beach, and so easily accessible when going with little ones. We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very nice and the beach service and toys were so helpful to have provided. We cooked a lot of meals in the condo, and wished it was better stocked with cooking basics - salt, pepper, olive oil, condiments, etc. but that was a small issue. Overall it was an amazing experience - we’d come back!

This condo was perfect. Very cute. Beach chairs and storage closet filled with beach goodies to use while there was a bonus! This condo had everything we could’ve needed. Great communication from the owner. Highly recommend!

This condo was just as listed, but maybe a little better! Clean, had everything you need. The beds and bedding were great. Even blankets to snuggle with on the couch. The communication with the manager was easy for check in. My little one loves the stuffed animals on the bunk beds. The storage unit with beach goodies was awesome! We didn’t have to buy a thing for toys/floaties.
The downside? A) the weather was cold the first few days. B) there is no heated pool at Splash (and even when the weather was hot and sunny, the pools were chilly and the splash pad was unusable - ice water!!!) Take note of that, in case that matters to you at all. The pool decks were also often dirty and had some trash around (I guess that’s to be expected with lots of children running around).
But the condo itself was great! We’d stay here again, but it would definitely help if the pools were heated.
The beach area was awesome and we have never seen water so clear.

This was just a great place to stay with our young kids. The bunk beds were a hit, our bed was big and comfy, the water options and being on the beach were great, we are close to lots of things yet far enough away. I would definitely go back and stay. Oh and the closet full of stuff was SO helpful!!!

My Son and I have been going to Panama City Beach twice per year for 3 years and we have finally found the perfect condo. Tonya’s condo is the cleanest, most comfortable and accommodating. The access to her storage unit with all of the beach stuff we could ever need was a HUGE plus! We booked our next trip to the condo while we were still in the condo! I highly recommend!!!

She left several menus and recommended the best restaurants around which was nice The condo was very clean and had everything we needed away from home. Kitchen was fully stocked minus a blender, but no big deal to most. (We just like to have our protein shakes ) I have to appreciate the ice maker with the large ice bucket in the freezer as well as the ziploc bags Also, we did take advantage of using some of the beach toys in the storage unit down the hallway. That was awesome to not have to go buy those things that we would never use at home. Thank you Washer/dryer worked great & it’s always super helpful to wash our dirty clothes before returning home. We couldn’t figure out which app was for the cable on the living room tv and could never find MTV. However it is a smart tv so we signed into one of those apps to watch something else. We enjoyed the table/chair set outside on the balcony and being able to eat out there. I specifically look for this when booking because we love to be able to do this. The lamp in the bedroom wouldn’t work, it may have just needed a new bulb, I didn’t try to replace it. (Also, no big deal.) We have stayed at Splash Resort before and for all of its amenities we will stay again! They have the splash pad/mini water park for kids as well as 2 pools and a lazy river. There’s a cafe on the main floor which we used for a couple of quick breakfast items and coffee and a grill out by the pool which is also great for a quick lunch or even some adult beverages! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

The perfect place to stay with kids; our 18 month old loved it! The view from the 19th floor is beautiful. There’s a whole storage unit of toys to chose from with everything pictured. The room also includes easy to reserve beach chairs with an umbrella. There is a one time $30 dollar parking/ water pass fee.

Our experience was great. The view is beautiful from the 19th floor. The water park was great for my 4 year old when it rained. Loved that it included beach chairs with umbrella that were reserved just for us. We had everything we needed and had no unexpected surprises. Owner was accesible by phone if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

First off, Splash is such a great place to stay with kids. Parking is easy, everything is close, and even had access to a gift shop right from the parking garage. Elevators were fast despite being such a large building. Tonya's condo was so beautiful and spacious! The room had so many items for us to use that we didn't have to purchase or bring from home. Tonya left recommendations for restaurants and also left notes around the room that were helpful to our stay. She was quick and easy to communicate with and very helpful. We will definitely be returning!

We stayed for a few days on Fall Break. Great location, Winn Dixie a few minutes away. Quick elevators, easy access to beach, pools, and parking deck. The kids loved the bunk beds and stuffed animals. Very well decorated, everything worked as needed. We noticed a few small bugs, but no big deal. Would definitely recommend!

What can I say?! If you’re looking for the perfect unit for a small family with little ones, look no further. Tonya was more than accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. She was always a text or a call away. Check in and check out were a breeze. The unit was very clean, comfy beds, had everything you could need for cooking, cleaning, and the storage closet with beach toys and supplies was the cherry on top. We will be staying at this beachy getaway again!

We had a great time at Splash! We had a few minor issues at check in, but Tonya was responsive and very attentive the whole time we were there. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Splash in the future.

This condo was perfect for our larger family!! Clean, spacious, well decorated, updated, and well taken care of! Loved the laundry detergent, extra TP, paper towels,etc (just in case we forgot or ran out of what we brought). Tonya was very easy to communicate with. We didn’t use anything from the storage closet but there was a bunch of beach items! Highly recommend if you are going to splash! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Lovely Condo With Gorgeous View
We loved our stay in this condo! Nicely decorated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The storage closet had a few extra beach towels which came in very handy. We were also thankful for the extra boogie board. We were supplied with a generous amount of laundry soap (4 pods) but when we are at the beach we tend to do more laundry than we normally would. So bring more! You will also want to bring your own dish detergent and maybe a sponge or washcloth. We were not supplied with even a single garbage bag. Not even in the garbage can. So consider bringing a few. We tend to, but we also forgot ha. All in all the condo was wonderful! Thank you!

Great accommodation at a family friendly complex. My son loved all the pool amenities and splash pad. It was easy to get chairs and umbrellas from complex at beach. Condo had great access to beach wagon and toys.
