Located in Breckenridge, this lovely house for $333 per night is a great option for your next trip. This amazing ski in/ski out Cedars Townhouse sits on the slopes of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. This unit is conveniently located in walking distance from dining, shopping and everything Main Street has to offer. This bright and spacious four-bedroom townhouse sleeps groups of ten people comfortably. The living room and front sitting area provide plenty of space for all of the guests to enjoy. The living area is very open, bright, and has a homey feel to it. The living area goes directly up to the wide-open dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A large deck sits off of the kitchen for grilling and outdoor relaxation. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, a large desk area and beautiful views of the ski resort. The master bath has a relaxing jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and accessed by a shared door with an adjoining bedroom that has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. This unit is awesome for larger groups or a family vacation. Downstairs, guests can unwind in the private sauna. This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. Guests have access to the indoor/ outdoor Upper Village Pool facilities located directly across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. It’s not updated, so it’s like a blast from the mid-90s. Other than that, totally fine. Tons of beds, plenty of bathrooms and everything was clean. Great location and the sauna was awesome!

Perfect fit for what we needed. My only suggestion would be to have the owner place screens in the windows. It was too warm to not have them opened up but when they were, wasps got in and I was stung in my elbow by a wasp under my pillow at 5 AM and my son was stung while we were sitting playing a game.

We've been staying at Cedars for over 20 years. The units are generally dated, sometimes the housekeeping is off, but the location can't be beat. In this particular unit room for improvement includes, upgrading TVs, the "main" TV is 30 inches, there is a 12 inch tv with a built in VCR in one of the 2023. The master bath tub was continuously backed up. Mattresses are thin.

Our group of 8 (3 couples and 2 singles) rented this property for a week of skiing. The location of the property on the mountain was perfect for the kind of skiing we wanted to do (we wanted mostly blues with some greens and an occasional black), and it was easy to make our way back to the property at the end of the day.
The layout of the bedrooms fit our group very well, and we could all fit at the dinner table and sit in the living room comfortably. The included amenities were appropriate for the price, although the living room TV was smaller than we would have liked.
Our flight arrived in CO later in the day, so we didn't get into Breckenridge until after the management company's office had closed. The office left the keys in a drop-box on Main Street, which was easy to get to from the property. It would have been nice for the doors to have keycode access, but two keys were provided so it wasn't much of an issue.
The property is in a great location for walking/ shuttling to restaurants, downtown, shopping, or other activities. We took the Breckenridge shuttle system once for groceries and once to eat, and walked pretty much everywhere else.
This was our first stay in Breckenridge and our first ski-in/ski-out rental, and we had great experiences with both. I would fully recommend this rental to any group searching for this quality of property, location on the mountain, and price range. It was well worth the stay, and we'd he happy to use this rental again in the future. Overall rating is 5/5 stars.

A group of us were attending a conference at the Beaver Run convention center. The location of this townhouse was perfect: steps from the QuickSilver Superchair , the conference center and the Beaver Run Superchair. The townhouse’s attached garage and parking pass were especially appreciated, given the parking situation in Breckenridge.
The townhouse was very clean. There were plenty of (nice!) towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals (after a trip to the grocery store). Over 5 days, we ate out only once.
There were humidifiers in many rooms that really helped with the dry mountain air. The washing machine was great as it allowed us to pack much lighter than we otherwise might’ve.
Many of us used Epic Mountain Express to travel from Denver International Airport to the townhouse. Other than some initial scheduling issues, this worked very well. Epic Mountain Express dropped us off and picked us up at the townhouse’s garage, simplifying everyone’s experience.
During our stay, the toaster gave out. The management company responded by delivering a new toaster the next day. Within ~3 business days after departure, the management company refunded my security deposit (to the original credit card from which I made the reservation).
Overall, I would definitely recommend this townhouse and the management company.

Great Location
Our family of 7 had a great vacation stay at this property. The townhome is in a great location. True ski in ski out and a close walk into town. The property was clean and organized when we checked in. We didn't cook much but the kitchen had plenty of supplies. We would stay here again. Thanks!

Just perfect!
Our family of six adults and one five year old had a fabulous stay here. We did not venture into town due to COVID but had everything we needed at the condo. Being able to walk a short distance to the slopes was perfect for our granddaughter and the location couldn’t have been better. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation
We had not been together due to the pandemic for any extended period and this was a chance fir us to be together for Thanksgiving and my son’s 25 birthday. We enjoyed it so much we are thinking about making this an annual tradition. On a related note, the access to the slopes were unparalleled.

Very nice townhouse that was very well stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Short walk to Main Street and restaurants. Our only complaint would be that the beds were too firm and not very comfortable.

Overall we had a great time, just a few tweaks would make it perfect
The garage was just the right side for our Ford expedition max (aka huge SUV). Charcoal grill inside it and fridge(didn't check to see if it was running). Downstairs a great washer and dryer and sauna, it rained everyday and the kids loved the tiny room! 8 & 5 used it, the 3 yo was allowed in after it cooled a bit. Bring your own detergent! The living space was perfect, puzzles and brain teasers (we beat the car game!). Some board games and lots of books. The kitchen was clean, fridge completely empty bring condiments (spices and coffee already there). The bedrooms were clean, some beds were hard as rocks though, so incredibly uncomfortable that I couldn't get a whole nights sleep in them. I had to try different beds and eventually shoved blankets in mine (my husband slept like a rock on the rock so it's maybe just me). The ceiling in the master bath was so gross and the jacuzzi tub started spitting out black stuff so we didn't use it. Besides that bathroom everything else was clean. The master was also the only room without blackout curtains and the neighbors leave their porch lights on so it never gets dark in there. Besides that last part, we had an amazing stay. Didn't go to the pool, but it was so close to everything we walked everywhere except when we left town. Great little courtyard too so bring a ball or frisbee!

This property was ideal for our family vacation! There are only five of us, so we had more than enough room. We were traveling with another family who stayed at a different location, but we often all ended up at our place since it was so much bigger. We had our own garage, washer/dryer, large dining room and living areas, and a well-stocked kitchen. Our ONLY complaints about this property were the beds. They were pretty awful, the worst being the mattress in the master - which neither myself nor my husband slept in. It sat empty while we slept in the slightly more comfortable twin beds in a guest room (joking that we looked like a couple from the 50’s).
My kids weren't impressed with the pool or hot tubs, so we didn’t use them. The location of the condo was great, just a short walk to Main Street. We were an hour’s drive from horseback riding, hiking and white-water rafting, and spent a fun day at Epic Adventure which was only a gondola ride away.
Overall awesome experience…just get those mattresses replaced ASAP!

Perfect Value for Spring Break!
We had two families, 8 total people, and it fit us with room to spare (there was an extra bed we didn't even need). It was so close to the slopes (Quicksilver closest, and Beaver Super Chair a slightly longer walk), we loved the flexibility that everyone could ski on their own schedule. The kitchen was well equipped (probably the best I've seen for this type of rental). We will certainly come back!

Location was great. There was an odor in the carpet and it was sticky in spots, so could have been cleaned better. Needs new mattresses.

Great location, one minute walk to the Quicksilver chairlift. Clean place, and comes with full kitchen, towels, TVs, etc. Would highly recommend staying here.
