Situated in Pagosa Springs, this attractive house for $249 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. SPECIAL MONTHLY RATES: $3,300/month for April, May, September, October & November; $3,900/month for January,February,March,June,July, August & December. Utilities extra for monthly rentals. Long term rentals would be managed through owner (using the same contractural documents with no extra charges) , outside of this site. Home has four (4) COVERED DECKS & fenced half acre close to everything. Enjoy the backyard surrounded by 80 tall ponderosa pine trees (on 4 vacant surrounding lots). We've now welcomed over 470 separate guest parties to our exclusive home since 2008. One of our guests described our second floor as a ''Luxury Tree House". This two storey home has the MAIN AREA on the TOP FLOOR- NOT SUITABLE for those who cannot climb 25 steps-and one can see abundant wildlife (deer, elk, bear, foxes, birds, skunks) all year round. There's a new leather queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom if you need the extra sleeping space. If cooking is your passion, you'll enjoy the well appointed gourmet kitchen/enjoy a BBQ etc. AWESOME winter powder at Wolf Creek/quiet and cooler summers near fishing & restaurants. We've been to Pagosa at least 4 times, and this was our best stay yet. The house is very comfortable, the king bed is also very comfortable, all the cooking supplies you need, convenient gas grill, handy washer/dryer/dishwasher. Garage space a big bonus and we loved the location. Nicer than staying in town in our opinion & puts you closer to the hikes out Piedra road, which are the best we think. Enjoyed the birds, animals and swing chair in the back yard. Great views from the living room and front deck. Definitely recommend highly.

Nice house, good location. We have stayed in this home before and both times found that it suited our needs well. Things that were important to our stay: Rooms/washer and dryer/garage/kitchen. 3 bedrooms- my boys shared bedroom #2 and my daughter used the room with the bunk bed. The bathroom on the lower level was a good size for them to share. Washer and dryer on that level were helpful to keep all their things down on that level. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking supplies. The fireplace was nice to cozy up to when returning from the slopes. The garage barely fit my Ford Explorer but we like staying in a place with a garage so that don't have to deal with car prep before hitting the slopes. Everything was in working order and communication with the owner was easy and timely. I would have no hesitation about staying here again.

The property is very nice, well furnished, and the kitchen is complete with anything you may need. It was very clean, instructions were clear and the owners were very responsive. The decks and yard were great with lots of deer in the yard. A great location and very nice house. We enjoyed our stay!!

This house is very well stocked with kitchen, bath, and bedroom essentials. The arrival and departure process was simple and easy. The location in the Pagosa Lakes neighborhood is very convenient to city shopping and great mountain hiking trails.
We stayed 11 nights. It was really pleasant; the second floor living room is like staying in a deluxe tree house. We would be happy to return.

The warm and cozy vacation home of Mr. and Mrs. White provided my wife and I with the perfect location to enjoy our hiking trip in the Pagosa Springs area. Watching deer meander in the landscaped backyard patio during breakfast or relaxing with a glass of wine on the front deck after a long day of hiking was delightful. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils that made breakfast preparation a snap. A minor snag at check-in was quickly resolved and the whites gave us a generous credit that we used for a delicious dinner one evening. This home is a “must stay” when visiting Pagosa Springs

Home was very clean and very comfortable for our family. Plenty of room and very relaxing after a day of skiing. Convenient to town and ski resort, yet tucked away off the main roads, nice and quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The house was amazing, great location to town and the mountain. The house was very spacious and we really felt at home. We actually only ate out once because the kitchen was set up with everything we needed to cook every meal and my wife was able to make a birthday cake as well.
I highly recommend this home to any family wanting that feeling of being home when your away!

Great getaway during snow season! Although Pagosa and Wolf Creek received feet of snow during our stay, the driveway was partially plowed upon arrival and the heating functioned well. Fireplace and TV remotes were a little challenging. Snow on neighborhood roads was well maintained.

Perfect Christmas get away
The house was amazing, great location to town and the mountain. The house was very spacious and we really felt at home. We actually only ate out once because the kitchen was set up with everything we needed to cook every meal and my wife was able to make a birthday cake as well.

Living in an instruction manual!
The owner was pretty responsive and apologetic when we pointed out few cleanliness concerns initially. While things seemed overall clean, there are minor pockets of concern.
Other than that, there are so many instructions all through the house. Most of them informative/sort of guidelines. Quite a few are restrictive. Nothing bad, but seemed different compared to other VRBOs we had stayed. Overall a great experience and good location (love the deers that come up almost everyday).

Beautiful property, well kept and clean. Owners were great and very responsive to questions. My family of 5 stayed for five nights over July 4th, and couldn't be happier with the location. Plenty of room for everyone. My youngest daughter enjoyed the tire swing out back and I enjoyed the views from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This property is advertised as pristine and clean. It was anything but that. VRBO doesn’t have a way to post photos Paid very high cleaning fee, they are not meeting CDC minimum guidelines at all. Charging outrageous amount for a dirty home.
The master bathroom had large clumps of hair on the top of the drain. The edges of the shower are filthy. Vanity has toothpaste run down the front. Prior guests used towel hanging on the back of the door. The kitchen has a freeze full of food. Only enough room to add a 6# bag of ice. Tea maker had tea still in it. Downstairs bathroom shower curtain is dirty, old towels, shower surround patched where there are holes in it. Bathroom in need of updating. A/C advertised, doesn’t work the owner left a note that it is broken and he can’t get replacement parts. It is June and 90*. This is clearly false advertising knowing no A/C is fraud. The first step outside is unsafe my husband almost fell down its way too tall. The given garage code didn’t work. The garage door doesn’t work. The lights were not working in the master bedroom, the family room light and controller doesn’t work. HBO doesn’t work. The backyard is unusable. The grass/weeds are 2’ high. The owner instructions are do not move any of the furniture which was strewn around the backyard upside down. The owner has given a lot of rules of which he does nothing on his part. I would give this property a negative star if that was possible. The Owner is not meeting the standards for VRBO rentals that we have experienced with VRBO rentals. Rent at your own risk.

We enjoyed the bedrooms being on different levels since we had two families visiting together. It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway and was close enough to town but still private and quiet.
