Perfectly located clean place to stay.

Great place to stay in the heart of the city, so close to all the major sites! Lots of places to eat and a small supermarket across the road helps too. The room was comfortable for a family of 3, facilities were good and clean. Handy having plates and cups, microwave only for warming things. The fridge was fine and worked well. Our host was great, always willing to help, went the extra step to help resolve wifi issues. An enjoyable stay.

Only complaint would be the sofa bed is not really comfortable, the bed upstairs was fine. It’s not a cheap place to stay but felt the location justified the cost at the height of the summer peak period.

Lovely apartment and super host. I would highly recommend this great apartment.

The apartment is quite charming and filled with character and in such a great location with the Duomo and many cafes on your doorstep. The shower was big and the bed and bedroom also a good size. The coffee machine was a nice touch and the capsules and nice snacks were replaced each day. The apartment has great natural light and nice local views. Lena was so great. She kept in touch and helped us with great recommendations and organized our taxi when we we’re leaving. We had a great stay and very much liked the apartment. Very spacious and comfortable

Accessing the front door was a little tedious due to the locks but became easier each day. The lift is also quite small if you have two people with larger suitcases but we managed fine and this is due to the age and era of the building. The only recommendation I would suggest is an AC unit in the bedroom as we had to use the fan the last two nights and the the weather was extremely warm while we were in Florence.

-too expensive for one room dublex without breakfast -a/c was not enough we had to have extra 2 fans in the room

Excellent stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very clean (plus there is daily cleaning) and beautifully designed room. The location is excellent, literally just steps from the Duomo. Despite being so central, the street the windows face was relatively quiet at night. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly and we were also able to leave our luggage after check out, to be able to explore the city a bit more before leaving. They also helped us book a taxi at the last minute. We would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was confusing was the coordination for the check-in, make sure to confirm well in advance your arrival time because the reception is not occupied throughout and they need to make sure to have staff there to receive you.

The location was perfect. We only needed a room for 1 night, but were real close to the Duomo. Check in was fine.

The pillows were uncomfortable, and the second bed is located in a loft space were you could not stand up and the stairs were very tricky to use.

A beautiful Stay in Florence which started the moment we walked through the door of our accommodation.

loved the location . it’s was perfect. Property was great it was clean , comfortable , bright , tastefully decorated with everything we needed . It was like home for us . Beautiful!

The perfect stay in Florence.

Superb location, very nice and clean room. What impressed us the most was the staff, polite and helpful, always promptly answering our requests. We’ll be surely visiting again! Grazie!

At night the room unfortunately gets a bit noisy due to the close position to the Duomo, also I’d have liked the possibility of completely blocking the sunlight shining inside the room from early hours.

hard to achieve a cool enough environment- a lot of steps up after all the steps we put in around Florence. bijou.

The hosts were very accommodating and kind.. the property is completely redone and beautiful . modern and they even had robes and slippers!!! Every detail and perfectly done to ensure it had the comforts of home . the balcony and view of the Duomo will not disappoint you are steps to the center! . definitely a 10!! oh and a jaccuzi stand Alone tub on a loft was the icing on the cake🩷

Excellent Location in the heart of Florence!

The property was lovely , clean and in an excellent location. The host was friendly. The property was a stones throw to the Duomo and was cleaned daily.

The only thing I didn’t like was the room I chose stated balcony and to my knowledge a balcony is an open area that takes you outside but this studio has a large window with a table in front of it which didn’t take you outside it was a closed area and we could not sit outside and that was the balcony area.

The apartment was very comfortable, the bed and pillows especially. The shower was fabulous. And of course the location was super.

We didn't have a particularly nice view but I saw the view from the other apartment and it was of the duomo so worth the extra I'd say. I think the kitchen could be a little better equipped with tea and coffee and more space in the fridge - the mini-bar took all the fridge space so we had to empty it out before we could fit anything in

Great location. Lots of space.

Water in the apartment was 3.50 euros. The suites was hard to find! Checking in was also a big hassle.

This would be our first choice if we visit Florence in the future

The accommodation was a great size for a family of 3. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable and all the furnishings were of very high quality. We really liked the jacuzzi bath and the stunning view from the balcony. Lena who did our check in was so friendly and helpful. My wife was not well and Lena was very caring and helpful.

The only small downside was the lack of cooking facilities

Great apartment in a very convenient location. Check-in was a breeze and we were able to store our bags upon arrival. Clean, well equipped space and lovely staff. Wish we could have stayed longer!
