Walking distance to everything! Unit was clean and comfortable and large enough for all of us. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful time being within walking distance of the River and Downtown! We left our car parked the entire stay and took advantage of the perfect weather.

The unit was a great home base and comfortable spot for our girls trip of 5 ladies to Savannah for a long weekend. Our contact provided helpful, timely information throughout our stay so we knew what was happening and what to do. We recommend!

This place was really cool. Nicely decorated and updated. Cool space. It was close to River St and a lot of other cool things in the historic district.

The location of the house was perfect, we walked everywhere. My biggest concern was that the place was not well maintained ( a TP holder falling off the wall) and it was NOT a cleaned well before we arrived. There were visible crumbs on the dining chairs, dirty towels hanging in the bathroom, mops, brooms etc. sitting out as you walk in the door, goldfish under the coffee table…. I contacted the manager and was told they would reduce my “cleaning fee” or send someone to clean it. There were 8 of us staying, there only enough towels for each to have 1 clean towel. When I requested more I was told “ you are welcome to use the washer” one towel per person per day seems reasonable to me. I didn’t go on vacation to do laundry. But rhe LOCATION was amazing!

We enjoyed our time in Savannah while staying in this very conveniently located house. The rooms were comfy and well appointed.

This home met the needs of our family group of 7 perfectly. Many great restaurants in walking distance as well as being in the heart of the city. Floors could have been cleaner. As well, the flexibility to check in less than an hour prior to 4:00 would have been appreciated. Would recommend staying here.

The location of this apt could not have been better.it was a short 10 minute walk to the river & downtown attractions. The unit itself had flaws. It was 4 bedrooms, as advertised but 2 of the rooms just had double beds & could not have accommodated 2 adults (friends) so it really comfortably slept 6, not 8. The unit was also low short on some essentials such as glasses ( no wine glasses at all), limited towels & no Kleenex.

This property is in the heart of Savannah's historic district. It's a short, safe, convenient three-block walk to Bay Street. You can park your car and get to all the squares and restaurants and River Street attractions without having to worry about driving thru crowded streets or finding parking lots. Street parking near the property is hard to come by on weekends, but there is a parking garage on the other side of Oglethorpe Square, across from the house. You will have to pay for parking on the street or in the garage. The house is clean, and the property manager is quick to respond. There is a strict noise ordinance at night, so although the property is near SCAD students, there were no problems with street noise. We found three out of four of the mattresses to be comfy - one of the mattresses in the smaller bedrooms is harder. The plumbing works fine. The layout of the house is a little peculiar - typical of a restored older house: Both bathrooms are in the back of the house; one next to each of the larger bedrooms. The furnishings and decor are not fancy antiques. (Actually, they're kinda shabby - look like they were purchased at a clearance sale at Ashley's Home Furnishings.) And there's a scarcity of comfy seating in the main room. Well-stocked towels and linens and toilet paper. Kitchen appliances are adequate, but tableware is scanty and cobbled together from leftover sets. Altogether, this property was terrific for our ladies' week-away. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for a short weekend getaway in Savannah. We were walking distance to the historic district for site seeing and restaurants which was great. Plus easy on-street parking for unloading. The house is street level so there is some road noise with cars and tourists walking by but this is to be expected due to its location. The side patio off one of the master bedrooms was great to sit and watch the world go by! As for layout, think of two Large master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms was large enough for my family to all stay together (one portable crib and one air mattress)! There are two other smaller bedrooms towards the front of the property. Only negative was the en suite bathrooms are the only toilets, so the people in the front bedrooms had to use the ones in the back of the property. But this was not an issue for us. The kitchen was also beautiful with a huge island (just no ice maker - only trays). Plenty of room for our weekend getaway with 6 adults and two children. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer!

It was a bottom level unit so no stairs when bringing luggage in and out. The parking garage was right across the square. The unit was clean and stocked with essentials. The host checked in several times and was very attentive to our needs. He was a joy to work with. The only 2 reasons for the 4 stars are: 1. The living room furniture was not very comfortable for 4 people after a long day of walking around the city. There was a couch and 2 dining room chairs only to relax on. 2. Please be aware of the bathroom situation. There are 2 bedrooms right off the TV room. One with a closet, one without. We had to bring chairs into the room to put our suitcases on instead of the floor. Luggage racks would have been nice. There is a long hall with a third large bedroom, a hall bathroom and a master bedroom with private bath. I realize they can’t change the layout, so just beware when booking that the two bedrooms in the front are not convenient to a bathroom, especially at night. And if the person in the master closes the door at night, then you are down to one bathroom at night and in the morning. Having said all that, we all agreed we would stay there again. Convenience of location trumped the bathroom situation.

Excellent place to stay in Savannah. With 5 kids, we were wondering how well this trip would work out, but the location, convenience, and layout of the space made it all come together. Plenty of room for all of us, easy to all of our luggage in and out because it was on the ground floor, and a quick walk to River Street made it a perfect spot for us.

Walk to everything. Centrally located. Just don't depend on printed DOT bus routes. They have changed and are more limited. Nice apartment. Everything we needed. 2 bedrooms small. Needed bedside tables. 2 large bedrooms. Quick response from manager when needed questions answered.

The location was perfect and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Oglethorpe Square is right across the street and we went there many times. Colonial Park Cemetery is a block away and so are lots of restaurants and stores. The house was clean and perfect for our group of 4 friends. We each got our own room and shared the 2 bathrooms.
