Nestled in Orlando, this charming condo for $344 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This luxurious Lake View Delight Condo offers the best location possible for visiting the Parks or attending the convention center next door and it is just steps from the pool and clubhouse. Situated on the 2rd floor with panoramic views over Lake Cay and a large furnished patio looking across the lake to Seaworld. Our open plan living room has a comfortable new seating area, 60" HDTV, DVD and sound system and leads out to a large furnished balcony. No Carpet. All New Hard Floors Throughout. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching hawks and eagles fishing for their breakfast. The full size kitchen has beautiful granite worktops and everything you might need to whip up a snack or a feast and the kitchen has a handy breakfast bar which opens onto the living area. There is also a separate dining room which doubles as a conference table. All 3 bedrooms offer very comfortable mattresses (the master has a brand new $3500 hybrid mattress!) and quality linens, large flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have large walk in showers and the master also has a huge garden tub. The condo sleeps 8. Free WiFi high speed, secure . Air Conditioned throughout and there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. A separate laundry room with washer & dryer means you can pack light and take advantage of bargains at the nearby Malls. The condo's building is serviced by two elevators plus there is ample onsite parking. A few minutes walk from the condo you will find a large supermarket, drugstore, shops and casual restaurants. Within our fully air conditioned club house there is a movie theatre, gym and games room. A heated resort pool is surrounded by a multilevel deck, kids splash pool, Jacuzzi tub and Tiki Bar. Children will enjoy a playground and an All Sport Court for tennis, basketball, etc. If you are here on business we have a well equipped meeting room for 12 or for up to 50 for events (please enquire for details and pricing) If you prefer a peaceful stroll or early morning jog, we have 1.5 mile lakeside path. Lin & Geoff are based on-site and always available if you should need them. ENHANCED CLEANING: In response to Covid-19 we have instigated enhanced cleaning protocols that meet or exceed CDC guidance.

Overall the property was as expected with the exception of construction noise at an adjacent property. Aside from the noise, everything was perfect! This is a great unit for families. Walking distance to the conventions center and a short drive to most of the parks. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for an event at the convention center, and the location could not have been better as it is right next door. The clubhouse pool is great. The kids loved it! We'd stay here again.

We so enjoyed staying in this condo when we visited Orlando for a competition. Decor was beautiful and condo was a wonderful place to enjoy and relax between events. Beds were so comfortable. The balcony was serene and a wonderful spot to wake up with coffee and watch the ducks and squirrels near the lake. Would definitely stay again!! All interaction with the management was polite and geared to making our stay enjoyable.

The apartment is clean and well designed. The furniture and TVs are all in good shape and working order. It would be nice if the property manager would provide even just a little bit of laundry detergent and dish soap for guests. We had to buy our own.

The property is exactly as described, top shelf, well appointed, and in great shape, as they note in the listing the master bed we wanted to take with us it was that comfortable. We had a issue with one of the TV's and the property manger was there in like 20 minutes to resolve it, so when they say they live on site they actually do. Very close to all the attractions and one of the only condo complex's in the area actually licensed for short term rentals. Excellent stay we will be back!

Vista Cay is a fabulous place to stay for a vacation if you're interested in being close to ALL the attractions in Orlando! The property is beautiful, sits on a lagoon with a walking path, has a great pool right out the door with a fabulous game room for kids and great bartenders for adults! It is within walking distance of a Publix, Walgreens, a fabulous bakery and two great restaurants. The convention centers are a stone's throw away as well as Top Golf, Sea World, Icon Park and all the Disney and Univeral Parks....shopping in Orlando can be highbrow at Millenium or there are fabulous outlets too! Our condos have always been clean, perfectly appointed and have everything you could possibly need for a weeks' vacation included. This is our 'go-to' place for The Dance Awards! We are already planning for next summer!

Took our adult kids and their boyfriend and girlfriend to Disney. Absolutely wonderful place for us to stay! Big enough for us to spread out! I absolutely loved the balcony in the mornings, it was so peaceful! Will absolutely be back!! Oh, and Lin was amazing from the get go!!

We stayed for the AAU volleyball nationals next door at the OCCC and the location was perfect! It is walkable though with the summer heat we made the super short drive. Check in was seamless the condo was beautiful and ultra clean. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in. There is plenty of room to spread out for a group. The bedrooms are spacious and the king bed in the main bedroom is wonderfully comfortable! The balcony overlooking the pond is a lovely quiet spot to unwind outdoors. We will absolutely return for future Orlando trips.

This condo was perfect for our stay! We had two families as our daughters were in a volleyball tournament at the convention center. With two rooms with king beds and another with two queens for the girls we were very comfortable. The best part is being able to walk to the convention center!! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend

The stay was enjoyable. Place was clean and great location to the pool area. Over looking the lake was nice. Would have been nice to have a back up paper towel and toilet paper but overall the stay was nice. The rooms are large, beds were ok as far as comfort. It took almost a full 24 hours for the fridge and freezer to cool down. Plenty of parking which was really nice.

Our condo was perfect - exceptionally clean and spacious, had everything we needed. We stayed here to visit some of the theme parks and this was a fantastic place to come back to at the end of the day. I wish we had more time to hang at the pool, which looked very nice! Loved our little lake-facing deck for drinks at night and coffee in the morning. I would def stay here again.
