The owner of this mansion is very communicative and helpful.
This home has lots of space and cooking equipment.
The location is right next to Kroger and there is a Starbucks inside.
We had a business owners group here and it was really perfect. I felt good to put my clients in there.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property.

Harden House was just right for our family gathering over Christmas. It’s a spacious, historic house with plenty of room to ramble about. It was a good balance of comfort and historic beauty. It is showing it’s age some what but we found that charming. We had one concern and a couple of questions and Michael was very responsive. Our only complaint was the morning noise of the Kroger next door. All things considered, I would recommend this house and stay again.

The house was quite nice. We did Thanksgiving there and the huge kitchen was a big help. There's enough room for everyone to have some personal space and the grocery store is right next door. It's a little bit of a hike to the waterfront, but you can do it if you're up for a longer walk.

The property was spacious, interesting, well-equipped and conveniently located. Our group did lots of walking, checked out the Forsyth Park farmers market (which we loved), visited the riverfront area, had lunches out and cooked dinners in. The house was a great fit for our group of friends- 5 couples and one single.

The house was perfect for our girl's trip, enough bedrooms/bathrooms, perfectly located, and wonderful hang out space. Our host was very responsive and we would stay here again!

Family from both coasts and in between gathered in this lovely space. This historic home with modern touches was welcoming and comfortable. The home itself was fascinating to explore, and located in a perfect place to easily enjoy the city. The large veranda, dining room, and well equipped kitchen made hosting easy. Close grocery and bakery helpful. Younger folks made the climb to third floor bedrooms. Most bedrooms quite spacious with some fun surprises. All in all, a charming space for a memorable weekend.

This property exceeded our group’s expectations. Michael the host was very responsive and helpful with information about the home. The house was the perfect combo of historical and modern. It really set the mood for a Savannah stay. The Kroger next door was supper convenient. The large kitchen and dinning room worked great for the private chief we booked. I would most definitely book this listing again. It worked great for 9 pretty large guys.

My husband and I hosted my son’s groomsmen at this home ahead of my son’s wedding. The home was beautifully furnished. The linens and bedding were hotel quality. Anything you could possibly need of home comforts was provided. I have used Vrbo and typically I bring everything I think I will need but it was not necessary with this home. I hosted a dinner for out of town guest prior to my sons wedding and everything that I could have needed from cookware to glassware to dinnerware was available. We entertained on the patio and sat for dinner inside. The home gives an authentic feel of Savannah charm. Our dinner guests were complimenting me on what a beautiful dinner it was, and I know it had everything to do with this home. The photos don’t do this home justice. From the photos we thought it was a good place to stay when we arrived we were thoroughly surprised at all of the details in the home that made this a memorable stay. You are in walking distance to a grocery store, there is a park just down the street where many people go for morning walks, runs, or bike rides. Was lovely to walk around the tree lined neighborhood, very charming. We would love to do this again. I would definitely recommend this stay. Much thanks to Michael for being most hospitable we are glad we chose this home it made for a very memorable time.

The property was gorgeoys and our high school reunion friends had plenty of room. We thouroughly enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings enjoying wine and conversation. We had a couple of minor issues but the manager was very responsive in addressing them. If traveling with people who have trouble with stairs just be aware the only way to access the attic level is by some very steep and narrow ones.
I was concerned that the Kroger next door might be an eyesore but it is actually a lovely building and was very convenient. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling with a larger group. We had a fantastic time and hated to leave.

We had a number of family members stay with us to celebrate our daughters wedding in Savannah. This was the perfect home. It was beautiful in a great location and we all had plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely experience with our group of 10 for my bachelorette party. The house is incredibly spacious — PLENTY of room for a large group which was really nice, as well as many bathrooms. The outdoor terrace/porch was lovely to sit outside in the mornings, and we really enjoyed the large updated kitchen. Multiple dishwashers also a huge bonus for a group!
Each room has so much character and historic beauty and the home is located next door to Kroger (helpful for groceries) and a very quick walk to Forsyth Park. Even to River Street wasn’t a bad walk at all which eliminated the need for a car or a rideshare.
The owner provided an excellent sheet of details for us leading up to our stay that were helpful and accommodating. We would definitely come back with our group, it was a great stay, especially if you want to stay somewhere with more historical character than a standard hotel.

Michael has certainly earned the title super host. This property is so well appointed with private rooms and plenty of bathrooms we were comfortable and safe. Lots of towels, fabulous space to sit on the porch and chat. The ease of riding free bus to the riverfront made this the ideal location. When the a/c got to cold Michael quickly resolved the issue. We all were very happy we chose this locale for large group. Thank you Michael.

Our group of nine girlfriends had a wonderful stay at this home. It was the perfect location for walking to and from downtown, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable and all the character of a Savannah home. We would absolutely stay there again.

This place was amazing for our group of 9 girlfriends! It is absolutely stunning from top to bottom. The Kroger being right across the street was super awesome and the walk to Riverwalk (~25 mins) was a really wonderful and enjoyable walk. I highly recommend this place for Families or Friends! Host Michael was so helpful and answered all our questions and had easy communication.
Can’t express how awesome this place is, a real taste of old Savannah.

This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this house. We hope it is not our last. The house is amazingly located near the beautiful Forsyth Park and within walking distance to incredible restaurants. If you like to cook in, the kitchen has everything you need, and a Kroger grocery store is directly across the street. If you plan on traveling to Savannah and need the ultimate in accommodations, you must stay at this house!

This property rental was for a girls trip, 12 girls all turning 60 in this 12 month period. The house was amazingly clean, bedrooms were extremely spacious, and there was not one thing we needed in the kitchen. Plates, glassware, pots and pans, all there with a plethora of choices. Michael was quick to respond to an HVAC issue the first night, and was super amenable to our late checkout time. Would stay here time and time again.

This house was perfect! Had every amenity needed and the grocery store across the street was an amazing perk!

This property has been beautifully restored and furnished. We were very impressed by the little extras that were already there which obviated many trips across the street to Krogers. Tenants in two ground level apartments were practically invisible. Two blocks to Forsythe Park (the largest in Savannah) provided great AM and PM walks.

There was plenty of room for everyone, and the top floor worked great for kiddos! We loved the video game table on the bottom floor and the porches.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The house is huge with plenty of gathering spaces. We especially enjoyed the side porch with the rocking chairs. We spent a lot evenings on the porch visiting and sipping wine. The location was convenient to Forsyth Park and about a 15 minute walk to the historic district. We enjoyed the walks and took a different route to the riverfront each time. There’s so much to see in Savannah! We’ll be back again and we’ll definitely stay at Harden House again!

Our group of 10 adults had a great time at this property. The grocery next door was super convenient including the Starbucks inside. The property owner was very responsive to contacts prior to our arrival with our questions. Definitely would stay here again if returning with a large group.

The Harden house is beautiful old but with nice upgrades. Super comfy mattresses! Great place for the 10 of us to stay. On the edge of the historic district but an easy walk to every thing Savannah. Michael is a great host.

Wish the fireplaces would have worked.
The Christmas decor was a nice touch
Some rooms were cold but to a degree I understand this is an old home with great character and charm .

There were 12 of us who stayed at this beautiful home. We had a wonderful time. Michael was great to communicate with, and was very flexible on our checkout time, after American cancelled our return flight, and rebooked us on a flight for 6 hours later. Krogers grocery store is so convenient (across the street). We all love to cook, so we prepared and cooked most of our evening meals at the home. The home is advertised as fitting 12 people, yet there was not enough plates or bowls for 12 people. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough plates or forks to serve all 12 of us at meals, which made in diffult. However, the kichen is well stocked with pots & pans, and many spices, too. It's a beautiful home, well cared for, and cozy.
