The moment you open the door of this incredible refurnished 1600 sq ft. condo (including 400 sq ft. deck) with top of the line furniture, electronics, and decor, you will congratulate yourself for choosing Cortez 1206. This beautiful condo is situated on the 12th floor in PHASE TWO(most desired) overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean. Our modern beach condo has been decorated and maintained from top to bottom with attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits. We visit often so not only is it well maintained, it is constantly updated. The fully equipt spacious kitchen boasts granite counter tops, cookware, GE appliances with ice maker and RO system. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The spa like bathrooms (two) have floor to ceiling marble with inlaid travertine tile with walk in showers. The master bathroom has a separate walk in shower plus a large relaxing soaking tub. The master bedroom has a 32 inch LCD smart TV with Blu ray DVD player, and beautiful ocean views. The guest bedroom has a 32 inch LCD TV. The master bedroom has a king pillow top mattress with beautiful new furnishings and the guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen pillowtop mattress with beautiful new furnishings as well. The bonus room has a bunk bed and is perfect for extra guests. The great room overlooking the Sea of Cortez is where you and your family will enjoy the comfortable leather furniture, (full size sofa sleeper) 55 inch LCD smart TV with US channels and BLU Ray DVD player and free WiFi. The dining room has a beautiful hardwood table with seating for 8 to enjoy that special gourmet meal. The patio is nicely decorated with high end patio furniture with seating for 10 and has incredible views of the beach, ocean, and resort pools. The courtyard area right below Cortez 1206 has multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, jacuzzis, swim up bar and grill, and kiddie pool. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, gratis beach towels, a lazy river and shady ramadas. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch. As always this is a NON-SMOKING condo NO PETS allowed. The owner is in the Las Palamas rental pool. You will not be charged any additional fees. The RENTAL POOL also entitles you to the use of ALL amenities and resort services; including free daily maid service, charging privileges, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed. You can be assured that the quality of Cortez 1206 has met and exceeds all Las Palomas standards. This is one of the best condos in Las Palomas. Enjoy!!!! The unit was ok Not as nice as the pictures The second bedroom (double bed) had no dresser..the couple had to live out of suitcase…the master bedroom dresser all drawers were broken…handle on the master bath toilet broken..the bunk room also didn’t have a dresser. we had to ask the maids to wash the floors. Everyone’s feet were black from dirt…the rest was ok..

Las Palomas is a great resort. Great location and kids always have a blast! Weather was ridiculously hot and humid, but made the most of it. Pools and ocean all felt like bath water. Had a great time on the banana boat, jet ski's, parasailing and even ventured out to play golf in the heat. Did have a mishap with the ceiling in the laundry room that collapsed due to a room above us having a leak. Luckily nobody hurt, but had a mess and water all over the place. The staff took a few hours, but did come in the clean up the mess and checked back the following day to ensure the leak didnt continue.

Loved the place! Great location, clean, comfortable and such an amazing View! The place had everything you think you’d need and more. The seating on the patio was nice to relax on and enjoy the mornings. Beautiful set up! The only issue was one of the sliding Glass doors is very hard to open and close , thankfully there are two more to use :)

Quick last minute getaway for me and my wife. Could not find a smaller place so booked here. Place was amazing. Huge in every way. Clean and comfortable. Great view of pool and beach from the gigantic 12th floor balcony. No complaints whatsoever.

This property was clean and wonderfully decorated. The view was amazing and the staff at the resort were very pleasant and helpful. We did not use the TVs or washer or dryer, but the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. I would highly recommend!
