With a large L-Shaped couch and other comfy chairs, there’s tons of space for all guests to enjoy. The combination of tans and grey with a pop of coral and teal in the pillows, makes for a fun and classy decorated home. Just behind the living area is the kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and tons of storage and cooking space. The updated kitchen has beautiful new stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for the large number of guests the home can accommodate. There is a dining area with seating for 10 off of the kitchen and just beyond that is a screened patio with a dining table with room for 6 to eat out in the sea breeze. There is a walk-in laundry room that leads to the first floor half bath. On the main level of the home, there is a guest bedroom with two queen beds with fun beach style. With large sweeping windows there’s plenty of sunlight. This room has a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the second level of the home, there are 3 bedrooms. One is a king bedroom decorated with neutral tones and complete with a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Another is a guest bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo as well. Lastly, there is a master suite with a king bed, a sitting area, and a master bath with a soaking tub and separate shower. On the top floor, there is another living area, with sleeper sofa, perfect for the kids to get away and feel like they have their own space but without being too far out of sight. With a L-shaped couch and more chairs, all of the kids could bundle up for a movie night or game night after spending the day in the sun.
