Nestled in Hilton Head Island, this attractive house for $1,357 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Beach house approximately 900 yards from the ocean Completely remodeled in 2021! Sleeps 22 people in beds. 5 Bedroom (Loft Can Be Used As 6th Bedroom) 5 full Baths Close To The Beach 2 Balconies Large Covered Lanai With 75 Inch Television By The pool Elevator Available ($200 Usage Fee) Private Pool (Can Be Heated For $75 a day) Fenced 75 Inch Smart Televisions in Common Areas Large Smart Televisions in All Bedrooms Overview of The Singleton Beach Community Although the home designs may be reminiscent of traditional Charlestonian architecture, the Singleton Beach Community is actually one of the youngest seaside communities on Hilton Head Island. Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. Whether you choose to make the scenic walk to Collier Beach (approximately 700 yards) or take the beach shuttle*, old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white sand beaches and relatively small crowds year-round. When it’s time to take a break from the sun, be sure to drop by “Coco's on the Beach” to grab a refreshing frozen drink or a quick bite to eat- all without leaving Collier Beach! Aside from the beach, Chaplin Oceanside Park is located a mere 100 yards away and houses a multitude of tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields, as well as a playground, dog park, and restrooms. Finally, when the day starts to draw to a close, why not top off the night by enjoying some of the finest waterfront shopping, dining, and entertainment** on the island at Shelter Cove Towne Center, just a short bike ride or drive down the road (1.5 miles). *There is a complimentary golf cart beach shuttle service exclusive to this community. It runs Memorial Day to Labor Day (Sunday through Friday 9am-5pm, weather permitting). The driver is in the community waiting on your call. He will pick you up at the house and take you back and forth to the beach as often as you like. **The town hosts a number of events and festivals throughout the year, including a firework display every Tuesday night during the summer that is best viewed from the Shelter Cove Community Park directly behind Shelter Cove Towne Center. *** Pool Heat is $75 a day ***Elevator fee $200 per stay *****The Elevator nor the house are considered ADA compliant. The elevators use is solely considered a convenience use item for things like groceries and luggage. It can be operated and ridden by adults only and at their own risk. The elevator access doors are locked out for safety reasons, and accessible by digital door code. Elevator use is not guaranteed due to the frequency of required maintenance. Even if elevator fee is paid it does not guarantee guest use. Although we will do what we can to make it available if possible. If use is not available reimbursement of the elevator fee is the sole remedy granted to the guest, and no other consideration will be granted. Please Keep in mind when booking, this is a house with multiplelevels, and If you or someone in your party can not handle stairs this property may not be a good fit for you.

We had a wonderful time staying in this awesome house. It’s furnished and decorated beautifully. Everything worked - which is not always the case :). The living area had plenty of comfortable seating space and we loved the outdoor seating. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Only (small) negative was not enough glasses in the kitchen for a house that sleeps 22.
An excellent experience and we will be back next year!!

Beautiful home in a great location that perfectly accomodated our big family. Rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The property manager was quick to respond to any request or inquiries. We had a great time!

Nice house. Plenty of room for the 8 ladies on this golf outing. Beds were very comfortable. We didn’t make it to the beach this time…bummer. The only negative is that the lights flickered now and again (no storm at the time). Would come back here again though

We enjoyed an awesome time with family (of all ages) at this beautiful home! Between the beach, bikes, and spacious home, we couldn’t have asked for a better environment for our big family (elders, kids & grand kids) get together! Some properties tout “sleeping” large numbers. This property was even more comfortable than described. There was actually comfortable bedding (not futon or couch) and baths for our entire family. It is elegantly designed and decorated. The icing on the cake was a family friendly pool & setting for evenings! We can’t wait to return and recommend it for all discerning travelers.

This was a very spacious home and was more than enough room for all. The owner was very responsive and the elevator worked most of the time. The pool was very warm but we still enjoyed it. We hope to visit again.

My friends and I loved staying at this gorgeous house for a long weekend. We had a group od 12 and there was plenty of space for all of us. Very close to everything. Highly recommend!

House was as pictured and awesome. Plenty of beds, clean, nice little pool that was heated to almost hot tub temperature (great). Only issue, and this isn’t a house or host issue, was the house right behind ours had a group of what seemed like 20+ that was on their patio really loud until 3:30am 2 nights and 2:30 the other. We were told all about the noise ordinance rule starting at 10pm. Wish that house got the message. Again, not the owners fault! All in all, very nice rental.

Had a great family trip with siblings, parents and everyones kids. House was wonderful, loved short walk to beach. We had a large group with Adult children and it fit everyone very comfortably and had everything we needed to fix many meals at home. We planned a family trip in lieu of Christmas presents and everyone had a wonderful time.

Kitchen and family room and bedrooms nice. Needs more bathroom space. Kitchen equipment ok. I liked the house for the get together but it would have enjoyed closer access to ocean and pool.

We had prompt responses and excellent service from both Tony and Lisa. Would highly recommend the house and the beach community as well as the property manager. The beach and ocean are everything I could have hoped for!! We enjoyed having such nice conversations with Carter as she transported us back and forth to the beach on the golf cart. We learned so much from Carter about the community and Hilton Head we would not have known otherwise. Thanks for an amazing week!!

The alternate sleeping accommodations are out in common areas so there is no privacy. If you have more than a 4 couple room requirement, this is not the home for you. The pool is very small. Plenty of parking as well, which is usually a concern for that many people. The house was beautiful. We paid to get the pool heated, and we’re so glad we did! Tony was great as well. If we needed him, he was over in less than 5 minutes to help us. They covered every detail! Will definitely stay here again for future trips.
