Start with the basics: pictures are accurate, description is accurate, the bill had no hidden fees, location is fantastic and check-in was seamless. Four of us, me, my wife and our two college age children, found this to be a perfect location for our trip, it felt like nearly everything was a 20 minute walk. The beds were very comfortable. A flag for light impacted sleepers: two of the bed rooms are pitch black caves (the college students loved), while the master has glass into the living area, so lights on at night (when the college students returned from clubs) woke this light sleeper. Food options are steps away. I have become jaded with VRBO with fees and inconsistencies between pictures and reality in some cases, this property was all it described. We would book again in a return trip.

The property was perfect for us two parents with two young adult children. The space itself was great -- clean, appointed with everything we needed, but not much more -- and located near a Metro stop, markets, restaurants, and plenty of must-see sites. We enjoyed watching families on their balconies or in the courtyard going about their holiday traditions, or everyday tasks, like hanging out laundry to dry. Our property manager was informative and met us on arrival to explain everything about the apartment and orienting us on the map. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a location and easy to get around from there. The bathrooms could use some sprucing up but otherwise it was a very comfortable apartment.

Excellent apartment - everything was perfect. Location, very clean, spacious. Host was amazing and provided very clear instructions on the day of the check in. Overall very nice property in a very central and safe neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.

We just left Luis’ place in Barcelona and would highly recommend it. It’s in a great location near lots of good restaurants and walking distance to three metro lines. But being half a block off the main road, his place was quiet. The apartment matched the pictures and descriptions. And, Luis was very responsive to any question we had. Thank you Luis!

We would definitely return to this apt. it was everything we needed-large communal space, comfortable bedrooms and beds, great location and able to cook if wanted. Luis was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Hope to return!

It’s a beautiful and spacious apartment in a great area. Walking distance to site, restaurants, groceries, bus, etc. We loved it and actually extended our stay. They were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

Property looked as advertised. Excellent location within walking distance of many great sights including, Sagrada Familia, Gothic Quarter and the beach. The hosts were very attentive and responded quickly to a stubborn drier. We did not know how to get it started and when we returned to the apartment our clothes were all hanging on a drying rack. That was very much appreciated and totally unnecessary. Drier problem was user error. We wholeheartedly recommend this aprtment and location.

We loved our stay in Barcelona. The apartment had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Short walks to many restaurants, the metro, and grocery shopping. The kitchen was adequately stocked with everything we needed for a few dinners and breakfasts during the holidays. The owners were fantastic as was the property manager.

This is a really lovely apartment with a fully stocked kitchen - we loved the dishwasher as we could be lazy whilst we were on our holiday! - and extremely comfortable beds. We ad a bit of a mix up over check in as apparently we should have called ahead (to the guy who was to meet us at the apartment) half an hour before we arrived but we didn't get an email or text with his number. Lali, the owner, sorted us out very quickly though and we were soon in the apartment. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it/ would stay again!

Great Apartment

This is a large, comfortable, and air conditioned apartment in a great location close to public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants. My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in early October and we were very pleased with how well stocked the apartment was, especially the kitchen since we fixed and ate one or two meals every day in the spacious kitchen. Other residents in the building were friendly to us. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and we were notified promptly when our security deposit was returned to us. Jean
