About this house rental
Nestled in Four Corners, this attractive house for $839 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Stay Safe! we are following CDC’s cleaning guidelines before and after each rental. This luxurious brand new vacation home is located in the Windsor at Westside, a prestigious 24 hour guarded resort community - with short drive to Disney World (10 minutes away), golf, and relaxing and celebrating with family and friends. The 4412 sq. ft. living space is professionally furnished with upscale furniture, big screen LED TVs in family room and separate game room, and LED TVs in all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are all complimentary. There are four master suites, one King and one double Queen on the 1st floor plus two kings on the 2nd floor. In addition to the 4 master suites, there are 5 more bedrooms upstairs: 2 with queen beds, 1 with full/full bunk bed, and 2 with double twin beds. Twin beds can be easily combined into a king size bed if desired. A total of 22 people can all sleep in beds! There is a wide open game room upstairs equipped with Xbox game console, reclining leather sofa set, pool table, foosball table, and game table for poker games. Family members of all ages can all relax and enjoy at the same time after full day theme park visit. Gourmet Kitchen with granite countertop and stainless-steel appliances including two French door large fridges for multiple families’ use, large dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Two sets of 8 seat dining tables plus additional pull up bar seating in the kitchen, and 2 additional sets of 6 seat patio tables. Private pool and spa area face South which provides perfect sun exposure and temperature all year round with full width covered lanai area providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool/spa and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure. Backyard is nature preserve providing maximum privacy with a beautiful view. It is equipped with lounge chairs, two dining table sets, ceiling fan and recessed lighting to bring comfort and convenience day and night. Pool side BBQ grill allows outdoor cooking as needed. Free high-speed internet Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house plus free unlimited long-distance calls within the US and Canada. Large laundry room is equipped with oversized washer and dryer, and beach towels for use at home and at club house. Also provided are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Additional child gears can be available upon request. All top attractions are close by: 5 mins to shopping, 10-15 mins to Disney, 30 mins to Universal, 45 mins to LEGOLAND, 1 hour to Busch Gardens, and Interstate 4 (55) is just 5 mins away. An extraordinary 8,000 sq.ft. clubhouse is the centerpiece in this resort, it includes a huge resort-style heated pool, water slide, kids water play area, and a long lazy river with tubes, and lounge chairs in private covered pergolas for families to use – perfect for families to enjoy for hours. Kids love the large arcade room with all kinds of games for free play. When it’s time for a drink or a bite to eat, the onsite Tu Casa Bar & Lounge will serve both your favorite libation along with a tempting menu for poolside dining. With all the latest in cardio and strength building equipment, the fitness center will keep you tone while on vacation. For some friendly competition, there are sand volleyball courts and a multi-purpose sports courts. The entire pool deck is equipped with wireless internet. In addition, a sundry shop is located in the clubhouse along with a video arcade if you need to pick up something quickly.

Property owner was very responsive. House was clean with plenty of amenities and lots of room for privacy. Great location and great resort pools and amenities.

Beautiful property. Hot! Hot! Hot! Called maintenance about it and they changed the filters but I still spent over $100.00 on fans to put in the rooms to cool down the place so we could breathe. Informed Shawn and Ricky about this and about the steps being loose. Ricky came back and overrode the ac to cool off the place and did nothing about the steps. I did inform them both of the hazard of the steps. We unfortunately have injuries to prove it! Hopefully they will fix this issue before they put someone else in danger.
They'll tell you there's a noise ordinance, but I don't think that the neighbors knew that. Loud music 24 hours a day even after we asked them to please cut it down after 10pm so the kids could sleep. We could not hear the TV in the living room for the music. Then the neighbors on the other side came and it was a competition on who could be the loudest. So the relaxing by the pool option was out.
Getting a code for the gate is a must! Make sure you get this. After 24 hours of having the wrong codes given to you, the guards will lock you out of the neighborhood!
House is beautiful, lots to cook with, two refrigerators, which is wonderful, gas grill, great laundry room and mud room area. More rooms than you could imagine!
Thanks for letting us stay! I know you can't fix the problems of who the neighbors lease to, however fixing the steps is a necessity!

The house location and size was perfect for our family of 17 Christmas gathering in Orlando regardless of the frigid temps. The house was clean and the 2 refrigerators and 2nd dining table was a real plus. The floor plan and various amenities encouraged a lot of cherished family memories. A few updates on kitchen supplies and minor repairs was provided to the owner. The use of community clubhouse is also a nice feature for guests. Overall the house is in a great location and amenities are plentiful for a perfect family vacation.

The house and community was perfect for our family gathering. We had 7 grandchildren ages 4 to 9 and their parents for the holiday. The heated pool was great (and really warm. The house was close enough to the community center to walk—and all loved the lazy river. I’ll hope this house is available for our next family gathering!

Dealing with Shawn was a pleasure. Thank you. The house is large and certainly accommodating. The refrigerator had no icd maker and froze eggs 🤭. While surface clean, it would be great if baseboards, corners, hichair, and floors were cleaner. A few cleaning products would be great since we were there for 11 days and needed to keep up daily cleaning. Thank you for the experience.

Location was great. House was great. A few minor things but didn’t detract from the stay. The most wonderful thing for me was the kettle! As a Tea-aholic it was lovely not having to make tea through a percolator.
The pool was refreshing, air conditioner was a much needed relief. Beds were comfortable and beautifully presented. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Everything was great with the property as far as size and ameneties. However, the furniture (sofas) and Pool table were somewhat worn and could have been in better shape. One of the eyes on the stove was uncontrolable. It keep going to high then to low then to high then to.......
The house overall had some clips on walls and the flooring on the stairs was loose. The screened in Pool area absolutely needs more lighting. It is actually really hard to see out there in the evening with the present lighting out there. The house just needs a little TLC in some areas to make it more appealing.
I would still rent it again. Overall a 4 out of 5.

The home was beautiful and spacious. Master suite on first floor was amazing. Children loved the pool and did not want the adults to share in the fun. There were a few issues but they were address immediately . All in all we were very satisfied and would book again

We were a group of 14. We had 3 cars, using the garage there was plenty of parking. Travel to Disney parks took about 25 minutes there, and normally about 40 minutes back to the house. The house was very nice, plenty of room, but could use some regular maintenance, for example Stair nose pieces missing makes the stairs a little tricky, and a spot where plaster on the ceiling had previously fell but not repaired. The addition of fans in the bedrooms would be a plus. The A/c could not keep up with such a large house during the day time even the days we were at parks the temperature would climb, it takes most of the night to cool down. Overall it is a nice house but could use a few touches to make it great.

The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, a little worn in some areas but that is to be expected for a rental home that is regularly rented to large groups.
The one thing that really got me was though a grill is listed in the home amenities we were not informed the use of the grill would be an additional charge until we received the check in instructions.

Great price for a large home but it needs a lot of maintenance. From numerous burnt out lights to broken chairs to missing vertical blinds, to scratches in pool table felt, missing x box controllers, missing fooze balls and other items. Again. Great price but they need to invest money into the upkeep. Also they charged a per day fee to heat the pool and spa but they did not start heating when requested and the pool was not warm on first day. Also day 3 was not warm. Waiting on reply from owner but he asked me what the temperature was. How would I know that? He denies anything wrong with heater

Great home with plenty of room never felt crowded with 17 people. 2 refrigerators are awesome and the seating for the large group for meals was a bonus. Manager always responded promptly and security was great too. We would rent again.

It is a ways away from club house, mattresses in a few rooms need replaced, dryer and dish washer need repair but other than that we liked the house and it had plenty of room for our family of 15.

Thank you Shawn for allowing us to use your beautiful home! It was perfect for our Celiac Retreat. When we first arrived, we were impressed with how clean everything was. And having two refrigerators available to our foodie group was the best! The dining room was large enough to accommodate everyone so we could all enjoy our Chef prepared meals together. Our personal Chef Amanda Marie was a bit distressed to discover the oven didn’t heat properly. But after only one text the maintenance crew arrived and took care of it immediately. They were quick, efficient and great problem solvers, thank you. Parking near the house was never a problem. Everyone is already looking forward to renting again next year.

We were a variety of ages, ranging from 1 to 74. Perfect location for a large family get together. 19 of us, and there was plenty of space. We had groceries delivered, and the kitchen was well stocked to cook meals. Some folks took off to various parts during the day — Disney World, Universal Studios, etc. Others hung out at the pool, and we were all able to gather dinner together. Perfect!

The house was very spacious, the bedrooms were all a great size, the kitchen was big and the pool was a hit. Our family had a great vacation there and acommodations were perfect. Having the club house within walking distance was very convenient.
