This 8 bedroom vacation home, located at Champions Gate, offers sleeping space for up to 18 guests including bedrooms for the animated yellow troublemaker lovers or ice princess in the family. The outdoor patio deck allows you and your loved ones to enjoy the warm weather and sunshine Florida has to offer with a screened in private swimming pool and spillover spa. The entertainment never ends even after long days at the theme parks are over with a galactic themed games room equipped with an air hockey and foosball table as well as a home theater and upper floor loft area with a pool table. The Champions Gate community features an Oasis clubhouse with a resort-style pool, water slide, lazy river, and splash pad. The resort also offers a fitness center, spa, tennis court, sand volleyball, and a 18 hole golf course. This resort is situated in a prime central Florida location with less than a 15 minute drive to Walt Disney World and other local attractions. Great house for our annual golf trip of 8 guys. Manager was very responsive to any questions and house was close to our courses. Each person having own bedroom and 5 bathroom house was a big plus for us!

Barry's communication prior to our stay was excellent and having all the information and passes in advance made our arrival process a breeze after a long day of travelling.

We have just returned from our latest trip to Florida. There was 17 of us and we had a brilliant time. While we’ve visited Florida many times, and have always stayed at villas, this was by far the best villa by a mile. It has everything you need and more. A fantastic villa in a brilliant location. I have to say this place was the best home for all of our girls after the national volleyball tournament! We did have a hiccup on the first day but Barry was amazing and helped out right away to fix the issue! We enjoyed everything about this this place, the house was plenty big for all of us! This is definitely a place we would all stay again!!

For our 40th anniversary we returned to Orlando, where we honeymooned, with our kids and grandkids! This house was the perfect place for us to gather, share meals, swim, and enjoy days of rest together between theme park days. I combed through many VRBO options before selecting this one. It had an ideal combination of cute bedrooms for the children, along with comfortable, well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms for the adults, with more to spare. We needed a large table near the kitchen (+highchair) so all of us could eat together conveniently, along with a comfortable living space to congregate, and found it here. The game room was a fun place for early rising kids while others were still snoozing. Most of all, the pool was ideal for our family of seven kids ages 1 to 10 and six adults. We loved that the lanai doesn’t back up to another residence, which means more privacy and less noise. It’s a short walk to the resort pools, but everyone preferred the environment, convenience, and warmth of this pool and hot tub. Appreciated having a gas grill included. When the garbage disposal was not working properly on day 2 the property managers were very responsive--in and out quickly fixing it. We never had another reason to contact them after that. I’d give an A+ rating for the excellent communication and responsiveness of Barry, the owner, who was always friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable, from the time of my first inquiry to the conclusion of our stay. We’d return in a heartbeat!

We had the perfect stay at this property! House was well maintained, and large enough for our 19 person stay. The neighborhood was great and all of the amenities we’re such a nice plus. The home owner was so accommodating & helpful. Definitely would stay again!

We had a really nice time here. Everyone was so comfortable and there was so much to do. The kids were never bored - whether in the pool, the games room, the movie room or just hanging out with us! It made it such a relaxing experience for us parents too :-)

Book it! This house is exceptional for large group and communications with owner even better! We were in town for softball and had 4 families sharing the house. It worked perfectly. 100% staying again in the future. The only small issue is not house related. I4 traffic is a pain…just plan ahead.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. There were only 4 of us but this house would be comfortable for large groups as well. Barry was very responsive. We went to Universal and Disney, the house was conveniently located to both. It’s a very nice community and we would definitely recommend staying here.

We rented this property while attending a conference taking place at the Omni. Barry was great to work with throughout the entire process. We all agreed having a house as opposed to 4 hotel rooms made the trip so much better.

The house was amazing! Property manager was easy going and very responsive. The was very clean, we had 18 family members 7 which were kids and we didn’t feel like we cramped plenty of space and things to keep the kids and adults entertained. Won’t stay anywhere else when visiting Orlando from now on.

Fantastic, Can't Wait To Go Back
By far our favorite VRBO rental to date. The house was so nice, very clean, and well appointed. We didn't "need" anything, as it was all there! So much room for everyone, and so many fun things (game room, theater, pool table, hot tub and pool outside, big pool on the property). We really had a great relaxing weekend and are looking forward to booking this same property in the future. Barry was a great host, quick to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed.
The only thing I would recommend is a notice in the home regarding the rules at the resort pool (could have been there and we just missed it), but they will not allow you to bring in any food, drinks, or your own bottles/tumblers even plastic and glass). And you have to show proof of reservation and get a wristband when you get there. So many people had to throw away drinks and food, and we had to walk back our waters and bottles we had filled with ice. No biggie for us though since we were so close to the pool anyway.

This house was wonderful-- Just as pictured and listed - book comfortably knowing no hidden surprises. The property was in great shape, well stocked kitchen (expectations were exceeded here), clean and the communication with Berry was super responsive and helpful. The house was perfect. We really enjoyed the game room, theater and pool! The clubhouse waterpark was also a nice bonus. The house was clean and provided a ton of space. Barry is a fantastic host and his communication was above and beyond. I would highly recommend this property!

Best place we have stayed yet in Champions Gate. The house was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and in great shape. Barry was fantastic to communicate with and made the trip extremely easy, even giving helpful suggestions for activities. Would highly recommend and we are looking forward to our next trip back!

Great Stay for our family
This was a family gathering of 8 people, ages 75 years to 19 months. The home was very clean and well stocked with cooking equipment. We were all comfortable and had plenty of space to enjoy ourselves. We visited the Oasis (shared pool and rec area with food and beverages) but we spent tons of time in the private pool and loved the fact that we chose to have water heated as an option since we visited over New Years. I would highly recommend this rental and it could easily handle larger groups.

The Perfect Staycation
We really enjoyed the vacation house as my children call it. We satyed mostly at the resort with endless hours of fun. The pool heat was a plus for the cooler nights. You will not regret staying at this clean and friendly place. The host and management team was top notch. Thank you Barry!!!!
