The home is absolutely beautiful, well equipped and immaculate. I wish we had more time to stay and utilize all it had to offer. When we return for a longer vacation, this will be the choice of places to stay if it's available. We loved the hot tub, the fire pit, and really the entire set up of the home. The layout is perfect for a group and it's in a great location. We felt safe and comfortable. I Highly recommend this home!!
I didn't find anything that we didn't like. It was very comfortable and felt like home. The only thing I didn't like is that I didn't have more time to spend there.

First of all this place is gorgeous, and up on a small hill with privacy. Very clean. So many thoughtful touches! Coffee and creamer, cooking utensils, soaps and deodorant in case you forgot yours. I would have loved to book for longer if my fiancé could have gotten more time off of work. This place would be wonderful for an extended stay. Very comfortable. The spa tub, fireplace, hot tub, and fire pit are all extremely nice. Very relaxing experience. Not far from grocery stores, etc either. Only takes about 15 minutes to get to downtown Asheville. This place is also on a very gorgeous, scenic road if you keep driving past the turn off for this home. Would absolutely book here again next time I decide to stay in Asheville.

The door code was super easy, however I didn't completely read all the instructions so it took me about 10 mins to figure out how to lock the door before we left. Once that was figured out we were good to go.
Everything was great. I don't have 1 complaint.

The location was super convenient to Asheville, the living area, kitchen, and master were quite spacious with plenty space for our group of 8! They had tons of linens and even extra towels for using the hot tub! Did I say hot tub? Well stocked with Keurig coffee pods and they even had snacks including popcorn which we really enjoyed!
Really nothing of note to say here. If I have to think hard and come up with something - there weren’t any coffee filters for the drip coffee maker, which our group wanted to use, and I was told one of the couches/pull outs wasn’t the most comfortable.

The location, and cleanliness
8.0
The location was as expected. Quiet, no noticeable outside noise. The grounds were well-landscaped and inviting. The kitchen was well-designed and spacious, the refrigerator met all our needs, the stove and oven were very nice, Keurig coffee maker, and most utensils that one would need in a well-stocked kitchen. Really liked the dishwasher - it opened to let out steam when cycle complete! The hot tub was better than expected; molded interior and lots of jets! One bdrm had a great mattress. Especially appreciated how clean and apparently sanitized everything was. An excellent place for family with children and/or pets. Lots of games provided, and flat-screen TV was good. It was a very well-equipped house. Good wi-fi. It was a big space and we had a great time!
The Jacuzzi in the master bed was disappointing b/c the jets did not work, and it took over an hour to fill (low water pressure). The mattress in the master bd was very comfortable, but too thin (my knees bumped into the metal framework when climbing in.) The mattress in one of the other bdrms was a bit high in the middle, causing one of the occupants to tend to roll out. LOL. The sofa-beds were very uncomfortable for sleeping, suitable for kids perhaps, but not adults! Labelling this as sleeps 10 to 14 is misleading. Checkout time was 10 am, a bit early, especially b/c it was not ready until over 1/2 hour after our arrival at 4:00pm. Evidently the previous occupants had a late checkout. "Entire holiday home" was also misleading, as the building housed another residence/rental above the garage; the website photos and address indicated a house by itself - it was actually 32A and 32B. Parking was challenging as we had 7 adults in 5 cars (still possible to park.) The kitchen table was very impressive, could unfold to seat at least ten, but had chairs for only 4!
We would have liked a better title than, "Sleeps 14, hot tub, close to S Asheville, Biltmore & Downtown."

Home was large enough to host a full family without busting our budget. The jacuzzi tub was a lovely bonus!

The fire pit was a complete surprise which we loved! The hot tub is why we chose this property. The water pressure, the layout, the coffee and creamer choices, the soaker tub all worked together to make this family meeting a huge success. Loved it, loved it, loved it!!
We wish the recycling bin would be used just for recycling. We love beautiful Asheville and want it to last.

Very spacious and clean home with everything we needed for 10 people. We loved the hot tub after a long drive. The home is also close to stores and restaurants. We were all comfortable and had a great nights rest.
