beautiful view, little touches of elegance everywhere, amazing dining on the property. amazing amenities such as a Memorial Day party with a better fireworks show than what I have where I live with free drinks and food. staff extremely respectful, happy, and accommodating.

My room was lovely, with a great view of the mountains. Dinner at the Inn was delicious, and I really loved the Breakfast on the Go option. The shuttle service was great, punctual and very convenient.
I was disappointed that there wasn't a smart TV or mini-fridge in the room. The accommodations are expensive, and I would expect at least those 2 amenities to be available.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like… From the time we entered the Estate on our way to the Inn, we were made to feel like Family… Biltmore Estate, the scenery, the Inn, the grounds, the staff and especially the food was all amazing… This is a bucket list trip!!!

I have wanted to visit the Biltmore Estate for many years. We decided to splurge and stay at the Inn. My expectations were very high and I was not disappointed.
To begin, something had gone wrong with our reservations and there was no record of one. Everyone, from the gateman to all the folks in reception were simply wonderful. They could see my worried face and each one took time to reassure me not to worry, it would be straightened out. It took a bit of time to resolve but I was never worried that it would not go well. All this occurred while we were under a tornado watch so the staff was under extra pressure trying to button the area down from powerful winds.
We were checked into a wonderful room overlooking the mountains. Quiet and with extremely comfy beds and outstanding furnishings. It was all lovely.
We ordered room service twice. Excellent food promptly delivered. It was steaming hot and delivered and set by the most accommodating and personable people. I highly recommend you try it for at least one meal. Room service is one of the old gracious amenities that seem to have disappeared in most hotels. You will not be disappointed
We also availed ourselves of the Inn’s shuttle service to visit the Mansion and gardens. Easy and informative drivers and much more convenient than trying to park your car.
In all a wonderful trip to a beautiful historic estate with a fantastic stay at the Inn on the property.
Nothing really. This is one of those rare places that does it ALL right.

Amazing views and amazing facility. Considered staying at less expensive places, but the Inn was well worth the premium.

Breakfast was a buffet. The food was generally very poor. Egg dishes solidified and warm. Bacon strips shattered like glass. Potatoe dish glutinous and stuck to serving spoon. $72.20 for 2 persons was ridiculous. Stay at the hotel but go out for breakfast. Our next stop was a 4-star hotel in Savannah. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and cost less than half.
