The close proximity to the Biltmore winery, shops, and restaurants was a huge convenience. We loved sipping wine out by the fire pit at night! This was a nice romantic getaway for me and my husband. Highly recommend this hotel.

The proximity to the Biltmore.
The pillows (all) were all uncomfortable

Perfect Location
Housekeeping is not daily and we needed fresh towels; house keeping should be daily at the price paid.

The wifi was terrible and unless I sat in the window seat of the room I could not receive internet signal.

nothing. it’s a little more pricey but worth it

I liked the choice of having a sit down breakfast with waiter/waitress or help yourself option in a separate location.
Early closings of bars &restaurants.

Great option to stay on property at an excellent value. Short easy walk to the village or farm for wine tasting, meals, playground, etc and even a short drive to the city for additional shopping/eating options. The hotel lobby has a small coffee shop which serves breakfast sandwiches and muffins and other small pastries. A bit pricey, but worth the convenience and was very fresh and tasty. We even saw some bear on property when driving back to the hotel in the evening. Overall, a great experience

very clean. bright and comfortable. convenient parking.
limited food options on Tuesday and Wednesday. also, if you don’t have a car, getting off the estate is a problem.

water leaks out of the shower door leaving huge puddle when you get out of the shower

The village had everything from food to entertainment. Visit the biltmore house and grounds, then go relax, eat, or shop.

Last minute plan to stay on site at the Biltmore Estate. The Village Hotel exceeded our expectations. The adjoining Antler Village was a refreshing change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season. Truly felt like we were living in a Hallmark Movie :)

The location was great, with many things in walking distance.
We had loud neighbors one night.

Convenient location. Clean room. Comfortable room. Good food.
no bathrobes in the room. Poor quality shampoo and conditioner. no water in the room except for purchase. Should be complementary. No towels in the room when checking in. Room not cleaned once even though requested. Front desk consistently didn’t pick up the phone when you called them from the room although when you went downstairs there were people there. Also no inclusive shuttle service to other areas of the property. Had to pay if you wanted it and it was not frequent enough. For a property that sells itself as a resort location moving about the property shouldn’t cost you extra.

Overpriced
Overpriced for everything in the hotel grounds. Room was very small. No staff to help with luggage. No amenities for a $400 room.

Great little coffee shop on the first floor.
I wanted a quiet stay. However we could hear the conversations of the people next door to us, and they were not being loud. For the price you pay for these rooms, I would be careful if this is a priority for you.

The grounds were extensive and attractive. Staff were attentive.
Room service wasn't an option. Policies regarding outside food are restrictive.

It's nice to have things like restaurants, an ice cream shop, a petting zoo, and a winery right outside the door. Plus, it's very convenient for visiting the Biltmore House.
This is a relatively expensive hotel which makes sense given that it's part of the Biltmore Estate nur aside from that, it's totally overpriced. The room was average, the TV was tiny, one of the outlets in the room came out of the wall when unplugging things. The pool was very average - nothing more than a pool at a cheap motel. Our room was located very far away from the elevator, we had to walk down three long hallways and the worst part was that they kept the entire hotel at a free Ing temperature so that we actually started turning up the heat in our room - in July!! It must have been 60 degrees or so in there. Even in the restaurant! we were freezing... They also sell overpriced coffee in the lobby.
People were nice but I wouldn't stay there again. You can go visit everything around the hotel without staying there.
I've traveled a lot in my life and I've stayed at all kinds of places - from cheap hostels to luxury hotels and this one wasn't worth the money in my opinion.

All the available trails, friendly staff, attractive setting
Only one restaurant option during our stay, couple of minor things need repairs in our room, need better signage on bike trails

Our stay at the Biltmore was a wonderful experience. Facilities were very comfortable and meals were first class. On site activities were very enjoyable.
