There was a lot of window giving great daylight. The entire unit felt new & modern.
The outdoor parking was a bit of a mess regarding organization and limit parking spots depending on the time of day. There is ongoing construction next door to this condo, so to expect construction noise during the weekday.

We loved the different spaces of the apartment and the kitchen / bathroom facilities. The location was great!

Perfect and comfortable. Very enjoyable and loved the balcony.

Spacious very nice apartment. Clean, modern, everything you need. Friendly people at the front desk.
The apartment had no real towels, just some oversized washcloths. The apartment was also immensely bright, with the curtains not able to darken the bedrooms. I would advise to wear one of these eye masks when sleeping, if you do not want to be awake at 6:30.

Beautiful place with a great layout and a huge terrace.

Location is very convenient and walkable to tourist spots, restaurants and public transportation. Space is big so lots of room for 4 people.
The restaurant/bar across the street is loud with music through late night. The couch is old and dirty, and need an update. Bathrooms not not cleaned properly with stains in sinks and hair in bathtub. Needs some hooks or bench in the big bathrooms.

The penthouse had a nice view and the separate rooms was nice.
The second day we were there, there were a LOT of ants coming from the wall. There must’ve been a crumb on the floor, but it seemed like an infestation. After getting rid of the present ants, there were still more that appeared! The AC was very confusing to operate so the property was quite hot during the day. We spoke to the front desk and she said she would have someone take a look, but nothing was fixed. The couch was also very flat and looked old.

Great location if you want to be near the action without being right in the action. The building is within walking distance of Lachine Canal, Atwater Market as well as the Old Port, McGill, and Mont Royal if you are willing to venture a little further afield. We highly recommend checking out Cafe Lali, a couple of blocks away, for your daily dose of caffeine. The suite was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the pool area. While I did have some complaints, I would stay here again.
For the duration of our stay (5 nights), there was hardly ever anyone at the front desk. We really lucked out that someone was there when we arrived, otherwise I have no idea how long we would have had to wait outside for building/suite access. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to bring an eye mask and ear plugs - by 6am the suite is bathed in sunshine in the summer months and the restaurant below had obnoxiously loud music some nights until 11pm. Lastly, while there is air conditioning, it is contained to the livingroom area - the bedroom was uncomfortably hot on the warm & humid days.

I have stayed here before, back in March, alone, so I knew what to expect when coming back with my family. The location is great, the room is large, comfortable and has everything that you may need, The staff is very helpful and courteous. I honestly love this place and will always ensure to book there whenever in Montreal.
For some reasons, this time around, the Unit was not perfectly cleaned. When we got into the room, the kitchen tools were not properly cleaned, it looked like it was done in a rush and not as it should be, Also, there were some ants around some left over food that probably from the previous guests. And finally, I would recommend that the sofa be changed because the fabric is sticky and was getting on our clothes whenever we were sitting.

Extremely clean. Very nice room. Nice staff. Has small pool.
Could use blackout blinds in the bedroom. Can get a lot of light in there. Also could have
mentioned vacant lot next door with fenced in parking. Not a drip coffee machine but a Breville pod type and one needs to pick up pods for it.

Beautiful appartement, 7th floor with good sized terrace. 2 large bedrooms, one ensuite- the other own bathroom. Small poot with well equipped sun deck. New kitchen but ....
Kitchen - absolutely filth oven & oven draw. The 3 saucepans probably pre WW2 , no cooking surface left whatsoever & only 1 tiny one egg frying pan . To be able to cook is why one tkes this kind of appartement.
Very superior lady in Sales Office took our remarks with no interest whatsoever. $ US1600 for 5 days, one expects better service. Actually in Québec paying $US 800 for exactly the same sized & far better equipped kitchen @ CharlesVoix @ Avenue Honoré-Mercier.

The Front Desk Attendant was super friendly and resourceful from the time we arrived to the minute we left. So cheerful and pleasant!
Maybe some bottled water, light snacks would have been helpful. We spent all day traveling from another country and the frig was bone dry. We were thirsty and dehydrated and 2-4 bottles of water, packaged nuts, cheese or crackers would have been a nice touch. The building does not have any vending or access to snacks. Amazon fresh does not deliver to building.

We didn't realize until we arrived that this was a fully functioning apartment with a complete kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 large bedrooms, a very large living room area and a similarly large balcony.
It was difficult to figure out the thermostats (6 in the apartment?), although we did eventually get it right.
