Situated in Folly Beach, this charming house for $1,309 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. *We have implemented additional cleaning processes between each stay including the use of disinfectant cleaners and a thorough final walk through with disenfectant to wipe down all heavily touched spots like knobs and controls* ‘Crescent Moon’ is a welcoming, year-round venue to host your family get-together or share some beach memories among families. The house sits on quiet, W. Cooper Ave where you’ll be able to hear the surf from your bedroom or the two front porches. The street is not a through street and, as such, is a very safe place for you and your kids to walk, ride bikes, or visit the Wave Watch playground just a few steps away. A short, three-minute walk to the beach allows you and your guests to head to the seashore in the morning, come back to clean off in the outdoor shower, for lunch or just a break from the sun, and then head back to the beach in the afternoon or take in the evening breezes on the spacious screened front porch. Take advantage of the large kitchen with gas range and the new gas grill just outside on the back deck to feed your crew of up to 14 for dinner. There is ample seating for all at the two large tables. After dinner, head back to the beach to watch the sunset and then stroll to Center Street for some ice cream and Folly nightlife which always features plenty of live music. When you return, you’ll get a great night’s sleep on the new, premium mattresses (hybrid memory foam gel for the 2 kings and queen and memory foam mattresses for the 2 fulls and 4 twins). All bedrooms are appointed with ceiling fans and HDTVs. When not at the beach, catch the game in the family room on the spectacular 65” 4k Smart TV, or stream movies or your favorite shows over the Comcast Xfinity Wi-Fi. The kids will love the downstairs entertainment room for hanging out together, watching TV and playing games on the Xbox 360. Folly Beach and many Center Street restaurants are dog friendly, as is Crescent Moon which offers a fenced-in backyard. If you are considering bringing pets, please let us know. There will be an additional charge, but we’ll make sure they are welcome. During your visit, make sure to take in historic Charleston which is only a 20-minute drive away. Our house sits on a very quiet neighborhood street with a mix of full time residents and vacation rentals. Because of this location, our house is not suitable for parties or late night gatherings. It is a perfect place to quietly enjoy the company of your friends and family staying with you but is not available for weddings, receptions or any other events where additional people would be invited or the noise would disrupt the neighborhood. The location to the beach was wonderful. The description was accurate. Very convenient and on a very quiet street. The only complaint was not all the pots and pans were cleaned properly; otherwise a very good place.

This house was exactly as advertised but I would say even better in person. The location was probably our favorite part. We rented a golf cart but walked to the beach no problem. The house was so nice and clean. We loved the space in each room. The living room had plenty of seating for our 7 adults, 1 child, and 1 toddler. Plenty of beds and rooms for everyone and lots of kitchen and dining space. This house was such a pleasant surprise and I would highly recommend it!

Great house, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Plenty of space and fully stocked with everything you need! Updated bathrooms and kitchen were great. Easy communication with Kevin. We enjoyed our trip to Folly and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Kevin's house. There were just three of us so there was more than enough room. We brought our canine family members so the fencen in back yard was fabulous for outdoor puppy play. The beach was a quick 5 min walk. My mom loved reading on the screened in porch. We would book this place again.

Perfect family house for a fabulous beach trip! Wonderful, quiet location right in the middle of 4th and 5th Street beach access. Steps away from the playground. Kevin communicated well in advance with a welcome email, including all pertinent information. He was very responsive with message before and during our trip. The house was stocked with most everything we needed. Would love to stay there on our next trip!

Roomy for big family. Lower level great for teams to hang out and have their own space. We especially loved big screened in front porch. Easy walk to beach and host provide sand toys for kids. Outside backyard shower super for beach return. Easy drive into Charleston for tourist activities and loads of restaurants to choose from.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. We were in town for my son's wedding, and the location on Folly Beach was just perfect - so many great restaurants within a short walk, and of course the beach! The manager was super-responsive (we didn't encounter any problems, just operator error with an appliance!). Can't recommend it highly enough!

My girl friends and I rented this beach house for a bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect! It slept 9 of us comfortably, was an easy, quick walk to the beach, and had everything we needed (beach chairs, bath towels, 3 bathrooms, outdoor seating areas, etc.). We were also able to check-in a little early and check-out a little late, which we really appreciated. The place was clean and the neighborhood was cute! Highly recommend!

Kevin helped our 50th Wedding Anniversary trip become all we dreamt it would be and more. The house had everything we needed right in the heart of the best location. The beach and town were easy for our group ages 6-72 to walk to and from and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Kevin make an effort to help with personalized recommendations which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!

A well stocked home with plenty of dishes, appliances, utensils, tables, hair dryers, towels, linens, etc. Plenty of beach toys and beach chairs in garage too. Nice flat back yard to kick a ball around. Enough rooms and beds to spread out. Sound does travel within the house, so I would bring sound machines to help block out sounds at night and in early morning. We had a couple of minor issues and owner was very responsive. House is within a block of beach and a small playground. Also just a few blocks from Center Ave. where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. It's about a 25-30 minute drive to Charleston which was a little tricky with little ones and trying to work around naps and all that. But Boat cruise in Folly Beach area was a big win with all the big and little kids alike.

The house was very comfortable. It is a block away from an awesome park and one block away from the beach. It was so easy for us and the kids.
