The location is outstanding. It is within walking distance of many sites
The staff was simply great. Clara & Ata were most helpful with all requests.
The room is breathtakingly beautiful.
The location of the rooms facing the street can be noisy at night.

• It was a very beautiful building and the rooms were incredible. The staff were very sweet and looked after us well. It felt like a really unique place to stay.
It was initially very hard to find as it doesn't have a clear sign outside (other than a very small plaque). The door was completely closed and reception wasn't manned, so getting in initially was a little stressful.

This is the most stunning property I have stayed in ever. It if full of original details from the late 1700s. Breakfast in the garden was divine and the staff was lovely and attentive.

Casa dell’Arte Club House is one of the best places I’ve stayed in in all of my travels. The hotel overall, including the room, is super clean, the staff are very hospitable, accommodating, thoughtful and nice, and everything from the interior decorations to the room toiletries to the complimentary delicious breakfast outside the garden area really exceeded my expectations. The hotel area is super quiet and walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants and landmarks.
I really enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer. I highly, highly recommend Casa dell’Arte Club House if you’re staying in Lisbon! Thank you so much for everything!
Absolutely nothing. We loved everything about the hotel!

Unique and gorgeous property. We found it to be a quiet retreat in amongst the people and activity of Lisbon. We slept really well in a very comfortable bed. The double glazing on the windows and stone walls meant a peaceful night. The family team running Casa were all delightful. Breakfast was lovely and taken in the garden was very special. Highly recommend.

The decor of the property and the location was terrific. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of choices from breads, to fruit, juices, freshly cooked eggs and bacon, meats, cheeses, coffee and hot chocolate. We utilized Uber for travel within Lisbon which worked well. They were able to pick us up within 3 minutes and were very inexpensive.

The location was amazing and the staff very kind. Loved the restaurant across the street and the market on our day of arrival. The art work in the hotel was amazing. I would stay again for sure!

Excellent location, charming, nice neighborhood
Shower or tub is very cramped for average size people, although it's charming

Casa dell'Arte Club was wonderful---the service was lovely from the moment I booked and continued to be so from dropping off my bags to a friendly welcome from Clara to a private gallery tour by another kind staff member who also told me about their plans to open an onsite Luso-Turkic restaurant, Listambul.
I adored my Sao Vicente Room (which was turned into a suite with the adjoining communal living room, because I was the only guest that night) for its charm and comfort. especially its beautiful azulejo bath with Atelier Rebul products and the bed with soft smooth linens. It lived up to the pictures--what made me choose the place was that the rooms have historic features with contemporary art---the other peer accommodations were all in the same sleek modern style.
I was on a working holiday, so appreciated having good wifi and access to the kitchen and dining room for water, coffee, tea, cake (delicious yoghurt cake!) and cookies, as well as to the living room for a nightcap scotch and ginjinha. The square was also quiet, because the Feira da Ladra wasn't on while I was there.
I'm looking forward to staying again, although it might be hard with only three rooms!
The one thing I didn't like was that the power outlets were inset into the floor, and hard to align with adapters, even those that I borrowed (especially the socket by the bed--the one one near the connecting door was fine). The adapters kept popping out, and my devices not charging. I would love for that to be fixed.

Nothing really. Shower room a bit small but okay.

this is a beautiful hotel. the location is perfect. it’s right across from a lively and absolutely delish. we only got to stay here one night but will definitely be back.
minor inconvenience - there was a wedding dinner in the common area that was on the other side of our room. it lasted late into the night and there was no music but it was loud at times.

Extremely clean, spacious room, chilled atmosphere, good breakfast, friendly staff.
Lighting in rooms surprisingly harsh - nothing cosy about it; had to run tap for ages to get hot water for shower; breakfast rather late for our liking (started 9am).

This is an exceptional property with many many small touches that make a big difference especially for us coming from the US. The historic features and the art and decorations fantastic. And the bed was comfortable and the sheets luxurious. We will definitely be back. The breakfast was delicious and made planning our itinerary a pleasure over coffee.

The apartment property is beautiful, blue tiled walls, a gorgeous bedroom and dining room (and I sent home photos of the wonderful bathroom), and the staff on-site we equally lovely - and helpful. Except they couldn't help with the one major problem....
The facility is lovely, and the onsite staff and the owner were delightful and mostly helpful. But they couldn't resolve the key problem - our apartment sat under an independent property where the resident appeared to come home at midnight and argue, stomp around, and on one of our nights, watch television extremely loudly until 3am - when we started banging the roof. We were told "this level of noise is normal in old apartments in Lisbon". We travel extensively, preferring B&Bs and apartments like this to modern hotels. But this was next level intrusion, so neither of us could sleep.

Beautiful old house in a very convenient location that has been turned into a boutique guesthouse. Stunning interiors & lovely to be able to use the gorgeous sitting room. A fabulous breakfast is served in the equally beautiful dining room.

EVERYTHING! I found the team at this property to be welcoming, friendly, helpful and extremely professional.
The property was so unique and beautiful inside and out and we felt it a privilege to be staying there. The reception area’s all had the most beautiful scent. We stayed in the Terrace room that was spacious and as the name suggests led onto a terrace (shared) directly from the room. There was a lot of effort that went into the breakfast and it was varied and very much enjoyable. Our room was cleaned daily. The area was perfect for a very authentic visit to Lisbon, There is a local market on Tuesday’s and Saturday’s that are on the door step which we found very interesting. We would not hesitate to stay here if we ever visit Lisbon in the future. Thank you! team Casa Dell’Arte Club House.
NOTHING!
But, we prefer longer city breaks and we would have loved a couple of loungers to use on the terrace to allow a little relaxation time, it was huge and certainly had the room for a couple.

The location was right in the middle of the historic part of Lisbon and meant we could walk to anywhere we wanted to go. We didn't book any restaurants, instead we just stopped at places on our routes. Food and service was always good and value for money.
Guests at the Club House should know that there is a street market every Tuesday and Saturday morning; the stallholders start setting up at about 6:30am. The breakfast was ok, but the bread wasn't particularly fresh and it was a little unimaginative - perhaps out of step with the rest of the stay.
