Located on the second floor of the Pioneer Park Condominiums, this cozy retreat features two balconies overlooking the complex's green space. The condo is just across the street from Pioneer Park, and only a short walk from the Deschutes River. From here, you can spend your days hiking, and skiing Mt. Bachelor, just 20 miles west of Bend, and then return home to explore some of the world-renowned breweries that are located right in town. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Deschutes County Tax Certificate #77 Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Clean, comfortable, great location . The only negative was lack of directions for fancy Keurig coffee maker. We aren’t keurig savy, so it took 20 minutes to get the first cup of coffee. We would still return again when in Bend.

We definitely enjoyed our stay, and loved the updated space. It felt clean and safe and was mere steps from the river and trails to explore. One tricky bit was finding the actual door because you cannot see it from the parking lot, and there are several complexes in the same space. Its basically near the front entrance to the complex.

This place is in easy walking distance to downtown and moderate distance to the Old Mill District. The beds are comfortable and the unit is as pictured…when we booked it said there was a queen bed in the bedroom but it is now a king. Parking was plentiful and overall this was a great place to stay.

My daughter and grandson and I are budget minded and we found this lovely place in Bend right near the river and downtown! it was perfect for the three of us. The beds were great and we had a sweet balcony to sit on! Best of all we could walk everywhere. We will book again here next summer. Thanks

I was totally impressed with this cute cozy place!!! It had everything I needed and more!!! Very comfortable so I will be going back to Bend again in September so already booked for this place!! There was an issue with the TV in the bedroom but I let them know right away and they got out there to fix it!!! I definitely rate this a 5 star unit!!! Thank You!!!

It was an older property but in good condition. The area was clean and my condo was very clean and decorated nicely. I have no complaints and I would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Greatly appericate the loaction of this unit. It's a short walk to the river path and to pioneer park. Plus you can walk downtown in 15 mins or less. Super comfy unit with very warm welcoming touches. Super clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Do not forgot coffee k-cups if your a coffee drinker as there is no reglaur coffee maker. I will return if the condo is open on my next trip to Bend.

This is a great property. It was clean, well maintained, and quiet with a very comfortable mattress. It does not have a direct river view, but it does have a nice balcony overlooking a green area and Pioneer Park, and the location is extremely convenient to downtown Bend....easy walk of less than 10 minutes. It does not have a washer/dryer in the unit, but we had no issues accessing the shared community laundry. Overall a great stay.

Spotless! Gorgeous condo with AC and very modern updated inside. Perfect location. Super super soft bed and pillows. Many blankets in the closet. Tons of little extras-one of the very best stays ever! Will do again next visit to Bend!!!!

Very clean, well appointed condo within walking distance of downtown. There were 3 of us so we used the murphy bed which took up most of the space in livingroom. But the two bathrooms were a plus. We never did figure out how to work the TV's. Instructions would have been appreciated.
