About this house rental
Nestled in Panama City Beach, this attractive house for $1,132 per night is a great option for your next trip. You can't beat this location! Right by Pier Park and all the best restaurants and entertainment venues PCB has to offer. You literally don't have to drive once you arrive at this home. Everything within walking distance!! This beautifully decorated beach front home sleeps 12 and is ideal for large groups, multiple families, a girls getaway or couples retreat. This home provides a split floor plan and has been professionally decorated with a contemporary coastal design.This home has 4 bedrooms that sleep 10 PLUS a queen size sleeper sofa that sleeps 2 for a total of 12. A 7-person hot tub provides amazing unobstructed views of the gulf and the starry sky at night. When you walk in the front door, you're greeted with a wall of windows all along the back of the house offering unobstructed views of our beautiful Gulf of Mexico. As you walk in the front door, the dining area is to your right along with the well-stocked kitchen. There's a large wide-open living room with a big, comfortable sectional sofa as well as an additional couch (sleeper sofa) and sitting area just beyond that. A Foosball table is in this area too - perfect for those rainy days or when you just need a break from the beach! In the big, wide-open living area, take in a movie on the 60" Smart HDTV, high speed internet and cable TV with HBO. The home has games and books to enjoy during time at home. The sun room overlooks the Gulf and is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise over the pier. The pier is just east of the house and is a popular spot for surfers. As you walk in the door, on the right side of home, one KING MASTER Bedroom boasts a luxuriously comfortable king-size bed, nicely decorated with new linens and pillows. After a day out, come back to your gulf view room to kick back and watch your 50" Smart TV and DVD player or fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the gulf. This bedroom includes a private bathroom. Awake to the picture perfect view of the gulf just beyond the hot tub. On the left(east) side of the home, the 2nd Guest Bedroom has gulf views, a King Bed and is beautifully decorated with new linens and pillows that make sleeping and relaxing extremely comfy! It also has a 50" Smart TV. This room shares a bathroom with the 3rd guest room. The 3rd Guest Room is the Bunk Room. This bedroom is perfect for the children or teens in your group. Four twin bunk beds provide ample space for the young ones. Children's toys, games and books may be found in the living room. A high chair and baby gate is available in the laundry room. This bedroom shares a semi-private bathroom with room 2. The 4th Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed with a 50" TV, sound spa alarm clock and luxurious new bedding and pillows. This bedroom has their own private bathroom. Access to a secondary private entry/exit from the home is also located near this bedroom which is perfect for those who might like to stay out later than other guests. After a long day on the beach, rinse off in the warm outside shower and continue your enjoyment on the deck where you can soothe your muscles in the hot tub, relax on one of the comfortable loungers, grill up the day's catch, dine beach-side and watch the sun set! A charcoal and gas grill are both on the back deck for your use. Other amenities include a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer and a laundry sink. Additionally, there is parking for up to 6 vehicles with space for a boat trailer or RV. Start a new family tradition and create unforgettable family memories at Pier Pleasure. We had the best time staying here. I'm picky about cleanliness and the place was immaculate. Home was well stocked with everything we needed for the stay. Kitchen, toiletries, beach towels, etc. There were even some extra beach toys on the side of the house.
Right when you walk in you have a stunning view of the beach it was so fun on sunny days and to watch the storms rolling in.
The home is located on a main road and we heard normal traffic but not nearly enough to be a bother. It was very easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We had our young kids with us and found plenty to do on the stormy days to stay busy. The foosball table inside was a huge hit.
Beautiful short path to the beach right off the back deck. Didn't deal with others posting up in front of the house at all, there was plenty of space. The sand is like silk and the water was so clear. We saw jelly fish, sting rays, fish, crabs and dolphins.
Couldn't believe the amount of space the home provided. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and we not once felt like we were crammed in. There was also ample covered parking for our two vehicles.
My only regret is we didn't get to utilize the beautiful deck and hot tub more often. Hope we make it back here soon, it was an absolute dream to stay at for the week.

Great location Great views. Property manager and cleaning crews might need to be reviewed. Some bathroom fixtures are intact and working but have separated from the wall (esp. in the bedroom off the laundry room). The floors were not clean when we arrived. We cleaned, vacuumed, and mopped them ourselves. Many kitchen utensils (including knives, forks, and spoons - thankfully we brought our own cups and glasses) had to be put in the dishwasher prior to using. Pots and pans have deteriorated and probably should be replaced. Some window blinds were not functional. Items stored in closets should be removed so when guests arrive they have an empty closet to use. The dead bolt lock by the door off the laundry room was not functional. Cleaning supplies (including dirty mops and brooms) should be stored out of sight.

Stayed here for Ironman Florida! Excellent location! We had only a 2 min walk to the swim start, finish, and transition area. Very close to the Pier Park. The house itself was clean with plenty of room for a large family. Great hot tub, great beach access! We loved our stay.

My wife and I just spent our honeymoon here, and we had a great time. Was very relaxing, had a great view, and was in walking distance to food and souvenirs. My wife really enjoyed walking right on to the beach looking for shells, and I enjoyed soaking in the hot tub watching her.. lol. Overall a great place

Tracy is an excellent property manager. We had a problem with the tubs not draining & she sent someone right over. The house is well stocked with towels, beach gear, a foosball table, & a hot tub! There is plenty of room to congregate inside & out on the deck. There are two grills for outdoor cooking....don't want to cook? No problem. Walk seven houses to the east & you're at Pier Park where there's plenty to eat! This was our second time staying here. Our grandkids love the beach (which is not crowded in front of the house).

Love, love, love this beach house. Amazing beach, walking distance to everything the area has to offer. So many fun activities, loved the paddle board rental that dropped off and picked up the paddle boards. We saw so many dolphins paddle boarding near the pier. We'll definitely be back soon!

Location, location, loacation
Love, love, love this beach house. Amazing beach, walking distance to everything the area has to offer. So many fun activities, loved the paddle board rental that dropped off and picked up the paddle boards. We saw so many dolphins paddle boarding near the pier. We'll definitely be back soon!

I stayed for a week in mid April with my two kids, husband, and mother-in-law. Location was amazing (7 houses down from Pier Park) and the beach is right off the back deck (BIG BONUS, no need to pack up for the day to go to the beach!!) The rooms were good size and beds were comfortable. We had a few mechanical issues (dryer, garbage disposal) but Tracy and handyman Chad were quick to respond to the problems and fixed the issues promptly!! I was really looking forward to soaking in the hot tub but it was somewhat dirty and should have been cleaned before we checked. I would suggest to the owner to use a different cleaning company. When we arrived the bathrooms smelled like urine and did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly. We ended up moving the couches around and found old food, sand, and dirty socks. I vacuumed the vents on my own because of the trapped dust. I am not a local, so I’m not sure how common it is to find Palmetto bugs in the house, but we had a few encounters. I would suggest a new cleaning crew, but overall, the house would rate 4/5.

The property was nice and perfect location for our stay. We walked to the Jazz Fest, restaurants and shopping at Pier Park. The home was very clean and spacious. Our group agreed that this location is perfect for future events.

This house was one of the cleanest house I have ever been to. It really made me feel like I was at home. Everything was so clean and nice. I will mostly definitely recommend this place to anyone.
