After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties. There are three owners closets in the home that are off limits. We have signs on these doors and they are locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy! We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay. There are several restaurants within walking distance on your way to the beach! There is also a Starbucks in the Wyndom resort right on the corner on the way to the beach. Pier Park is only a mile away and is accessible from both Front & Back Beach roads. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations. **POOL: Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund. Cost to heat is $50/day, 2 night minimum, with 2 day notice to heat. Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the pool heater, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.** **HOT TUB: Hot tub is only available from September 1 - April 30. Hot tub is NOT available from May 1 - August 31. Guests found tampering with the hot tub outside of its availability are subject to immediate termination of their stay AND/OR a hot tub drain and full service fee. Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. No outside guests allowed at any time. Children must never be left unattended. Pets OK with fee (must be paid) but are not allowed in the home alone without being in a crate/kennel. Property Damage Protection Policy: - Damages must be reported to the property owner within 12 hours of occurrence to be covered by the Property Damage Waiver.
