Séjour agréable.

Accueil souriant, chambre agréable avec un balcon vue sur mer, literie confortable, nombreux rangements, salle de bain extra, télévision avec des chaînes dans différentes langues, petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix.

Insonorisation pas top. Nous étions au 7ème étage et nous entendions les bruits de la rue alors que les fenêtres étaient fermées. Le réveil de la chambre d’à côté nous a réveillé deux fois. Piscine riquiqui un peu décevante.

Een mooi hotel dat als het erop aankomt er niet voor de gasten is.

De locatie was erg goed. Dichtbij alles, strand metro etc. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Echter doordat iemand onze gouden ring had gestolen uit de kluis en de vreselijke service daarna, voor ons geen aanrader. Bij de politie geven ze aan dat iedereen de managerscode van de kluis kent. Geen idee of dat waar is maar feit is dat onze ring gestolen is uit de kluis.

De service na een vreselijke gebeurtenis. Het hotel is alleen maar bezig om zichtzelf in te dekken. Zodat maar niet blijkt dat zij verantwoordelijk zijn voor iets. Niet eens een vraag hoe het gaat, dat ze er alles doen om het proberen op te lossen. Het gevoel geven dat ze het ook pijnlijk vinden. Nee, de enige reactie was. We kijken in de stofzuiger of daar de ring ligt. Nee, daar ligt hij niet. Hij lag in een afgesloten kluis die openstond toen wij weer op de kamer waren.

Generalnie hotel godny polecenia

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do metra i plaży, na przeciwko hotelu znajduje się postój taksówek co jest bardzo dogodną opcją w podróżowaniu na lotnisko. Późny check out do 12ej. Siłownia i basen na dachu są dobrym udogodnieniem. Codziennie uzupełniania jest woda w lodówce w pokoju. Blisko knajpki i restauracje.

Generalnie bardzo przyzwoity hotel. Odnowiony na parterze (recepcja,lobby, restauracja) natomiast pokoje mają już swoje lata, jednak utrzymywane są w dobrej czystości.

Excellent breakfast, nice staff, quite close to Metro and beach, over the corner to Rambla Poblenou

price quite high- 250EUR per 2 with breakfast via booking.com, bathroom missing fan, paper towels, rag for toilet, bit dirt around bath tub, I would expect a bit more from 4* in rooms, small wellness after all days sightseeing & scales on reception to measure weight of your luggage before departure would be handy

Buono ma non al livello atteso

Buona posizione, vicino al mare e vicino alla fermata della metro. Comoda per spostarsi. Il quartiere è abbastanza vivace e vi sono diversi locali e ristoranti oltre a molti piccoli supermerncati. La stanza è grande e anche in tre ci siamo trovati comodi.

Qualche ammodernamento non ci starebbe male. Alcuni segni di usura nella camera e alcune piccole incurie come ad esempio una cerniera dell'armadio rotta, segnalata e mai sistemata. Non a livello il servizio di ripristino della camera giornaliero. Niente acqua di cortesia, ormai presente in quasi tutti gli hotel, il sapone non viene rimpiazzato se non a richiesta e pur essendo in tre per due giorni hanno rimesso solo 2 asciugamani.

Не сподобалось нічого, від слова взагалі

Пліснява в ванній, обдерті стеля і стіни. Не було йоршика для унітазу, це якийсь жах . Засоби особистої гігієни лише на одну людину (хоча номер на двох). Ми прийшли заселятися після 15:00, номера не було який ми замовляли, нам сказали або беріть той номер який є з окремими ліжками , або сидіть чекайте, хоча чек ін в готелі з 14:00. Брудно. Сніданок сухий, ніби є вибір, але все було дуже не смачно. Співвідношення ціна якість не відповідає взагалі дійсності. Не рекомендую цей готель нікому.

pas de reapprovisionnement de café dans la chambre. Personne au restaurant pendant 20 min, découragé je suis allé dîner dehors. offre chaînes TV très limitée. Bref pas au niveau d'un 4 étoiles.

Tamanho do quarto e limpeza diária.

Não há atendimento noturno de cozinha, tampouco venda, sequer, de água. Falta a opção de venda se produtos.

Podobał mi się wygląd hotelu/lobby. Duży pokój. Smaczne śniadania oraz przemiła obsługa.

Czystość pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Pościel (nie poszewka) była brudna. Toaleta nie była dokładnie posprzątana (prawdopodobnie po poprzednich gościach). Nad wanną widoczne były długie włosy (prawdopodobnie po poprzednich gościach) - spory minus za to

Good location near to the see.

Nothing special, functional place for an ok stay, lacks soul

Clean and functional room Early check in, not 20 euros

- Hotel lack soul - Missing nice touches - No tissue box in the room - cost cutting measure? - The Nespresso capsules in the room ran out and the hotel wouldn't give additional ones (they're only placed in the room on the first day, then it's 2.2 euros per capsule) - makes it feel like a cheap approach

Super dovolenka v super meste

Veľmi dobrá lokalita, pláž na cca.10 minút chôdze, my sme chodili na pláž Bogatell. Sagrada Familia tiež blízko, obchody, pešia zóna s reštauráciami za hotelom. Raňajky boli veľmi dobré, síce každý deň to isté, ale dalo sa vyberať z veľa dobrôt. Izba bola veľká, priestranná, čistá. Personál milí, hlavne pán v bare pri bazéne bol veľmi pozorný. Celkovo bolo všetko fajn, dovolenku sme si užili.

Balkón nám veľmi chýbal, nemali sme kde sušiť mokré osušky a plavky. Na chodbách bola strašná zima, museli sme sa ponáhľať do izby, lebo z zvonka sme prišli stále spotení a báli sme sa že ochorieme. Mi sme cestovali vlastným autom, pod hotelom je garáž s poplatkom 20 E za deň, vonku veľa parkovacích miest nenájdete.

Hotel bello con personale gentile e premuroso, colazione molto varia tra dolce e salato, e anche da sporto. Camera molto spaziosa e accogliente pulitissima hotel da 5⭐.

L’aspect dog friendly de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon avec énormément de choix et de la qualité.

Sur un séjour de plusieurs jours, l’hôtel pourrait remettre à disposition les mêmes choses qu’à l’arrivée pour chaque nuit ex: les capsule de café

Gutes Hotel mit einer idealen Lage

Die Lage des Hotels zum Strand war ideal. Zu Fuß waren es maximal 10 Minuten und auf dem zum Strand gibt es viele Möglichkeiten ins Kiosk zu gehen und Essen/Trinken zu holen. Auch das Hotel ist sehr luxuriös eingerichtet. Die Zimmer hingegen sind eher schlicht gehalten, haben jedoch alles was man braucht. Das Zimmerservice war auch sehr gut und hat das Zimmer jeden Tag sehr sauber erneut zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Empfangspersonal war eher „kalt“ und zurückhaltend. Die Zimmer waren wie bereits erwähnt eher schlicht und verfügen beispielsweise auch nicht über eine Minibar. Auch ging das Schloss im Bad nicht, sodass die Zimmer nie verriegelt werden konnte. Der Pool war sehr klein, sodass man gezwungen war ins Meer zu gehen. In den Pool passen meiner Ansicht nach max. 5 Personen rein

Bom para uma noite

Pagamos quarto duplo e deram-nos um upgrade para um quarto maior. Todo o hotel era muito bonito e bem decorado.

O quarto que nos deram era para pessoas com deficiência portanto não era igual a um quarto “normal” e por isso não gostamos. Elevadores um pouco velhos. Pequeno almoço pouca escolha.
