Letto con materasso vecchio sfondato lavandino otturato spazio tra porta e water ridicolo Ma ..la cosa che mi ha sconvolto è pagare 554euro x 3 notti e Voi non lo sapete? Ma quando scrivete 8 metri² x tutta la camera compreso il bagno che faccia avete x proporlo sul vostro sito? We stayed in budget accommodation in Salerno, Rome, Florence, Venice, Lisbon, Madrid, all were great, but this accommoda

other than the location, nothing

Host not responding to emails. Extremely difficult check in procedure. Room so small that it was uncomfortable to move around in. No aircon. TV was not working. No basin plug. No floor mat for the shower. No hand towel in the bathroom. Broken shower door. Tiny shower.

Good price, nice location, advance online check in process.

Though the kettle was not promised, we missed it a lot and there was no reception to ask. Also no way to indicate that room cleaning is not needed.

Not great, not terrible

Quite thin walls, i am heavy sleeper so ppl making noises make a good wake up call in case I miss my morning alarm Its ok locationwise as there is metro nearby Plenty of towels Pretty clean

TV Remote really difficult to control Missleading pictures, a dark tiny room No toilet paper The remote system didnt really work, had to get in touch with staff to open it for me

Disappointing

The hostel is quite well placed. 4 metro stops to the Gothic Quarter, all within walking distance. The room is small, but you don't need more to spend the night. It was convenient that there was a safe.

Unfortunately, the shower did not work in our room, and since we checked in in the evening, the problem was solved only the next day. Also, the bathroom in general was not very well cleaned. Frankly the biggest disappointment was the inability to take a shower and the dirty bathroom. Before handing over, personal need to check the rooms to see if they are suitable for occupancy.

Trust me and go somewhere else - you’ll find a much better stay for the same price.

- there is a bed in the room - we had extremely funny 60 minutes laughing about how the management is treating complaints and how they reply to bad comments

- extremely bad noise cancellation, you can hear EVERYTHING from the surrounding rooms and from the hallway - light coming thru from around the door, the light fixture is fruorescent, also providing a lot of light - the bed is very uncomfortable - lack of personell means that people smoke weed and cigarettes in the rooms and nobody cares - but you can smell everything in your room as well - all of the above means that we were able to sleep 3-4 hours per night if we were lucky - daily cleaning means making the bad and taking the trash - don’t expect them to change your bedsheet, towels or clean the sink/shower/toilet - dead bugs in the windows and on the floor - there is no “do not disturb” sign so they will come into your room wether you want it or not

the room didn't look clean. in addition, dirty towels, air conditioning that you have no control over. and also very loud - you could hear all the conversations from behind the wall and the first night we hardly slept through it

No réception available. I had a problem to access to my room and no one answered on the phone number. The hotel is super noisy!!! However the bad mattress was super comfy and the room was quite clean...

Worst place I’ve ever stayed

It was a 5 minute walk to the metro station.

We were without water for 3 days of our stay. We were only informed about having no water on the third day, which was separate to the other two. First day we had to walk 30 minutes to a public pool to wash, use the toilet etc. There were major roadworks going on literally outside the main door, we had to walk over planks most of the time entering the building and during the day had to contend with disgruntled builders who were visibly annoyed that we had the audacity to want to enter and exit our accommodation during their working hours. The bathrooms are very small. I had to leave the door open to use the toilet (I’m 193cm) The bed was small and rickety, possibly an ikea bed. There is no A/C There is a distinct smell of sewage almost constantly there The main light in my room did not work. I’m not a person to leave a bad review but this time I simply had to. I even waited a few weeks before writing to let myself calm down. Do not stay in this place unless you absolutely have to.
