Great and cozy place, good customer service, clean and pretty roomy. The view is a bit obstructed by another house, but it's still very pretty. Super close to Rockies national parkand all the cafes and entertainment in Estes Park

Location
Way over priced for a small cabin with construction going on at the very close neighbor's house.

The location is literally walking distance to the Beaver Lake Visitors Center. There are nice views from the porch. We saw a few animals and dry lightning.
No dishwasher. No washing machine. No hot tub. Living room furniture uncomfortable. The tv is the size of a computer terminal. The place needs an update. Check in did not work well, took over 30 minutes.

No breakfast in the deal and we did not expect any.
The fancy Yale electonic code box did not work!!!! after several failed tries, I called Vasca. It took some time but they provided another code and that did not work either. Finally a local person was contacted by Vasca. They called us (name = Brei). She provided the code to a near by key lock box which worked perfectly and asked us if we would not mind using a key to get in and out. Of course we said we would not mind at all. We had no confidence in the the Vasca electonic code box. This failure to enter after days traveling and late afternoon was a total failure by Vasca and a big upset to us. Fortunately Brei was very helpful

It was peaceful and tucked away.
The neighbors were irritated about us driving on the loop to get to the house. It took two calls to get in, finally used the lock box.

Beautiful cabin with great views. Clean, close to town and RMNP while still getting that mountain feel.
Very strict rules. No shoes to be warn in the cabin! We should have been informed of this ahead of time. I wear orthotics and going with out shoes is NOT an option for me. Luckily I have a pair of “house” shoes that I bring when traveling.
