This property is so gorgeous. The space was perfect for us. We were out majority of the day into evening and enjoyed the space in the evening watching tv and enjoying conversations.

We are annual visitors in January every year and this was one of our favorites. Very comfortable cozy weekend stay. Easy walking distance to our favorite places. Parking was easily available right in front, and the staff was very good about checking in to make sure everything was 100%.

This property is in the art district of Savannah and right around the corner from the Mercer Williams Home and Forsyth Park. We were able to walk easily to Broughton Street and River Street for all the activities. The property was clean and had all the kitchen amenities that you need for a stay. Would stay here again in my travels bring me back to the area.

Great lication, but you do have stairs to climb and it is a historic building, so a few repairs were needed, but I told them to wait till we left. Nothing major.

Our stay was fantasric. The host was very communicative and the location was superb to have access to walk all throughput the historic district. There were some updates to the unit. We expected a trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom and it had a full size bed. It worked out fine though. We very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!!!

The property was really well maintained. The location was fantastic to see historic Savannah. Haven on Taylor is within walking distance of historic sites, beautiful parks, fine food and shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was perfect for us! My husband, myself, and our 17-year-old son stayed here for our vacation. The location is perfect. We could walk almost everywhere we wanted to go; when we couldn't, it was a quick Uber ride. The bed was super comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. The steps into the bathroom are a little tricky. I was a little worried that I would miss the step in the middle of the night, but I never did. We would stay here again.

Loved the proximity to the Savannah historic area with many boutiques, shops, and restaurants nearby. Plus, the building and neighborhood have truly a nice little historic vibe.

This property was comfortable, well-appointed and perfectly located. Just around the corner from Mrs. Wilkes Dining Room, by some lovely boutiques, and steps from the dot free bus line. It is a great place to stay, though renters should be prepared to climb two flights of stairs.

We went as a girls trip and thoroughly enjoyed our time! The location of the property is great as it is within walking distance of pretty much everything. We had rented a car, but in hindsight, did not use it hardly at all. Parking is difficult, but that’s across the board as we found out. Nothing negative to do with the property. Appreciated the sleeping options (trundle bed, big bed, couches).

Perfect location for Historic District, close to everything. Nice neighborhood. Parking was easy, free on weekends, and between 5pm -8am. We had an issue getting the balcony door open and no lights in the stairwell, but management was very responsive & sent a tech right away. Bring laundry detergent if you want to do wash. The living room needs a coffee or side table. Loved the shop on the garden level. All in all it was great!

Overall very good, building was built in 1871 and has a lot of character, 2 tv’s, split 2 on-suite bedrooms with living room separating, walking distance to most of Savannah historic distance. Accept for Saturday & Sunday paid street parking between 8 AM & 5 PM, however a couple blocks south free street parking. Remember built in 1871 so old charm unit

The location of this house can’t be beat. My husband and I comfortably worked remotely for the week and enjoyed the neighborhood

This was a great location near the park and close to all the great locations within the historic district.
This property was roomy for our comfortable one month stay.

We stayed 4 nights for a conference. Our first impression was good. Having never stayed in a city before we had to learn about the parking. We got a day pass from the parking office downtown and that made it easy. The apartment is up two flights of stairs and has all the charm of a building built in the 1800s. It’s old but in a quaint kind of way… We had our one year old with us so I’ll rate it for kids 5 out of 10. Not very baby proof and the bathroom steps were a constant thing we had to watch her on. The kitchen was mostly stocked but could use some updating. The nonstick on most of the pans was flaking off… The rest of the apartment was good. The neighborhood felt safe and Savanna was definitely an experience for us. One thing I would recommend that we have seen at other vrbo’s: Have a book or flyer that explains parking, emergency info like where the nearest hospital is, and nearby attractions/restaurants/grocery stores.

Girls weekend stay. Comfortable beds, ideal location, walking distance to almost everything.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this property for our trip to Savannah. Great area. Clean and beautifully furnished. The only con was that we had guests above us they were not so concerned with other guests around them. So be aware that this is on the second floor and you may have to deal with noise throughout the night coming from the third floor. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Great stay! Thank you!

The beds are super comfortable here even though one is a day bed. When I read it was two bedroom I really expected two complete rooms not one combined with the dining space ( wierd) but it worked out. It was a bit noisy but got used to it. I think my only complaint was the lock box with the key in it is a bit confusing however we called and got a hold of someone right away to give us instructions. Overall we enjoyed and would probably stay there again.

Lovely area to stay, very convenient to everything. Rooms nice and spacious with comfortable beds

Very nice place to stay. Clean! Could get a little noisy at night between traffic and other neighbors, but nothing major. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals there. Plenty of towels and bedding. Walking distance to a lot of things. The public bus stop is right outside also.
Drawbacks.... You do have to go up stairs outside and another flight once you're inside. The outside door was in the 2nd room. Was a little concerning for us since we had 2 kids, we just moved a chair in front of the door. The pool is located in Tybee. It is very crammed. The pool only has a small section that is under 5 ft. The rest is 8 ft deep. Got crowded very quickly.
Overall, is a nice place to stay. Pricing, communication, location, cleanliness were all spot on

BED BUGS!!!
This property was lovely except for the BED BUGS. My daughter and I were covered in bed bug bites. We took pictures and sent them to the property management company and they REFUSED to reimburse us. This was very traumatic. We had to worry about possibly bringing them home.

My co-worker and I went to Savannah for a meeting and planning retreat. This location was convenient to our meeting and was within easy walking distance to many points of interest. The back of the unit looks over to the back of the Mercer-Williams House, made famous in the book/movie "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil"! The street noise can be loud, as mentioned in other reviews. The neighborhood is beautiful and interesting! This property is charming and just as it is pictured online!! Property management did an excellent job in communicating with us during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this property for your trip to Savannah!
Helpful hints: Consider bringing a 3-prong to 2-prong AC plug adapter(s) to adapt two-prong outlets for a three-pronged plugs. The house is historic so the outlets are scarce and not all of them will take a three-pronged plug. I had to plug my computer charger in the bathroom. Also, bring your own ice as there is no ice-maker in the freezer and only two ice trays provided.

Wonderful location between the River and Forsyth Park. The beds were comfortable, there was privacy for sleeping quarters. Two baths with 3 women on a girl's trip was a big plus. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you'd expect. The living room was very inviting and comfortable after a long day of walking. The little balcony off the back is a great space for morning coffee. This is a historic property so the stairs are steep, if stairs are an issue for you... just go slow. Finding close parking was easy which is a big plus since much of Savannah's parking can be a challenge. I recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Personal suggestion... don't miss the opportunity to watch/rewatch "Midnight in the garden of good and evil" as the Mercer House featured in the movie is a short walk away, and the unit has nice TV's for viewing.
