About this house rental
This gorgeous townhome plus Carriage House and courtyard in historic Savannah is located in the beautiful Crawford Square area. You will be surrounded by locals and fellow visitors. It is within walking distance of all that this quaint town has to offer. It is a ½ mile to busy Broughton Street, home to numerous shops and restaurants. In addition, there are plenty of charming restaurants and unique shops throughout the square mile of historic Savannah. The space The beautiful 3 story townhome is the perfect place for you to enjoy the treasures of Savannah and the pleasures of exquisite accommodations. The main level features a cozy living room with electric fireplace and large Smart TV running YouTube TV for live channels, as well as Roku channels. The well-equipped kitchen has an island with room for 4 to sit and enjoy a meal. A wet bar with wine refrigerator awaits you and your guests. This 1st floor also includes a dining room and ½ bath. Step outside from the kitchen to your private outdoor courtyard for a day of sunshine or an evening by the gas firepit. Take a walk or ride the elevator to the 2nd floor which hosts a master bedroom (King bed) with huge walk-in closet and gorgeous full bathroom with double sinks and enormous shower. Proceed up to the 3rd floor where you will find 2 more great bedrooms. One with a king-size bed and the other with a queen size bed. Unpack your belongings in the full-size closets and feel at home in your new happy place. Both of these bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, which run live TV through YouTube TV as well as Roku channels. The laundry room with washer and dryer is also on the 3rd floor. The private courtyard connects you to the 1-bedroom Carriage House. As you walk up the stairs to your home away from home you will be greeted by pure joy. The quaint space is home to a fully equipped kitchen and living space with a Smart TV that has YouTube TV for live programming and also has Roku channels. The bedroom has a King size bed and full bathroom with washer and dryer. There is also a pull out Queen sofa bed in the living space. Parking Guests have access to 2 private parking spots located in the garage. Additional free parking is available in front of the Main house and nearby parking is on-street and metered. Guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs.

Property was amazing from top to bottom, beginning to end. There were 8 of us on a girls trip & we were all blown away. Very well kept, modern, clean, great location... walkable and easy to catch Ubers to many great restaurants & shops. Property manager very communicative & helpful but not overbearing. Highly recommend. Great price and worth every penny.

We enjoyed a great extended family getaway and this house was perfect! It was spacious, offered privacy, was close to everything, felt like it was in a safe location, and the host was quick to reply to any questions we had. We hope to stay again in the future!

We are a group of four couples who have been friends for many years, but have become spread around the USA. Once a year, we pick a spot to meet up and spend a few days together. This year we chose Savannah.
The property was beautiful and perfectly suited to our needs. One of our party has a difficult time with stairs, but the elevator here made that a non-issue. It was walking distance to a surprising number of restaurants and attractions. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful property in Savannah! Check in was super simple and the property was very clean and spacious. The house is close to restaurants, shops, and parks, so we were able to walk everywhere during our stay. We hope to return to the area and this house in the future!

Patrick was very responsive and helped secure a garage door opener to accommodate our truck. The garage was a tight squeeze for a large suv or truck so that was an issue, but the opener helped. The oven also did not work. Property was beautiful, short walk to most locations, and very well appointed.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Liberty red brick townhome. It was nicely furnished and very well equipped. We especially enjoyed the elevator since this home is 3 stories-that was a huge convenience and fun perk. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Spacious and plenty bathrooms as well.

Exceeded Expectations!
The decor was tastefully done and reflected the local culture very well. It accommodated our group of four senior couples very well and the elevator was an essential benefit. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for upscale, clean, and well kept property!

We walked and took Uber everywhere. We never waited more than 10 mins for a pick up and most destinations took 15 mins or less. Would happily stay here again.

Great house!
We had an amazing stay here celebrating a 40th birthday. The house is beautiful and the patio area was great. Location was also great and we walked everywhere the whole weekend. Definitely recommend!
