Enjoy access to a shared pool that faces the beach, a shared tennis court, beach walkovers, and a boat launch. Visit Pier Park and its various shops and restaurants, less than eight miles away! The Skywheel Panama City Beach offers excellent views of the Gulf. You may want to bring your clubs, as you'll be only about nine miles from the Holiday Golf Club. Families will love Shipwreck Island Waterpark, just over 10 miles from the condo, with its lazy river, water slides, and designated toddler area. Head 18 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where you can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour. Hop on a ferry to Shell Island - only accessible by boat! Toss your swimsuits into the private washer/dryer when returning from the beach. The full kitchen has plenty of tools to cook your ideal vacation dinner - you can also head down to the shared charcoal grill to put an extra sear on things. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a stunning ocean view, while a guest bedroom features a private balcony overlooking Lake Powell. There is also plenty of storage space for snowbirds. Additional perks include central air-conditioning and all-tile flooring. Things to Know This home has no ground-floor bedrooms. Golf Carts are not permitted unless they are rented through Coastal Cars and Carts. Guests may park boats for a $10 charge, as well as use the boat launch and the saltwater pond. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This was the first time we stayed on this end of the beach in Panama City. It was quiet and family friendly but still close enough to all the restaurants. We enjoyed our stay

Place was great but needs fan or light in bay front bedroom. Very clean, bathroom could be updated. Liked the ocean and bay views. Pool was nice. Needs a tiki bar for adult beverages when at pool.

Not very clean. Was missing kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge. No rags in any bathroom to bathe with. Very dirty floors all through. Dirty kitchen countertops. Filthy coach. Roach bugs came out of the hall bath upstairs at night when you turned the light on. Master bath sink stopped up. We payed good money to get this place clean and it was awful. Our feet stayed black on the bottom and had to wear shoes inside the whole time.

We love staying at Pinnacle Port. Our condo was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable. The guys fished all day and the ladies hit the beach. It's great because we never have to leave the complex.

Who knew there was a saltwater lake with flounder, redfish and sea trout just across the parking lot? Of course we enjoyed that at Pinnacle Port “beachfront” means the building is literally sitting on the beach. We enjoyed sleeping with the window open to hear the waves every night and wake up to the beach view. The unit was very practical and comfortable. Particularly surprised to find a real, comfortable mattress on the fold out. Thanks!

This room worked perfectly for our trip. The room was clean, mattresses was amazing, it's also located in a cute little gated neighborhood and away from the busy part of Pc. We would stay here again. Only down fall there was not any instructions on departure that I could find. Of course we done the normal trash, start dishwasher, started towels and stripped the beds.
