It features a private patio, fireplace, smart TVs in every room, and a soaking tub in the master bathroom. It has its own private entrance with keypad access and 2 assigned parking spots. It's a 10 min walk/5 min drive to the Gondola, and also has 2 free bus stops nearby to go Downtown. The space This 4BR/3BA condo is a 10-minute walk/5-minute drive from the slopes. After a day of adventure, relax in the main room with mountain views and a fireplace. This newly remodeled space has everything you need and is perfect for couples, families, and large groups. It's a great home to recover from a long day on the mountain. COVID-19 UPDATES This home is professionally cleaned with products approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19. For guests staying on or between November 20 to December 19, 2020, Colorado Public Health Order states no more than 1 household allowed to stay at short term lodging operations. LIVING AREA Relax in front of the fireplace on the La-Z-Boy sofa (includes 2 recliners and a pull out bed), and enjoy a movie on the 65" flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, and microwave. The nearby pantry contains a crockpot and other essentials. Brew morning coffee and enjoy at the breakfast bar with seating for four. BEDROOMS & BATHS This home sleeps ten guests comfortably between the four queen beds and sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a smart TV. The en-suite master bathroom contains a soaking tub, glass shower, double vanity, and a full walk-in closet. The front bedroom has a queen-size bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and space heating unit. The third and fourth bedrooms have queen-size beds, smart TVs, and share a bathroom with a shower. OUTDOOR AREA Head straight out the front door, you will find a private deck where you can store extra sporting equipment. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary fast Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars. THE LOCATION This condo is a short drive (5 minutes) from the popular Steamboat Ski Resort where you can chase powder in the winter and ride horses or float skyward in a hot air balloon during the warmer months. When all that adventure leaves you with an appetite, you’ll have plenty of restaurants to choose from at the base, including Truffle Pig and Slopeside Grill. Visit Howelsen Ice Arena (a 10-minute drive away) to try the ice bumper cars, Strawberry Hot Springs, or stop by Fish Creek Falls and Yampa River Botanic Park, both within 20 minutes, for a scenic walk/hike. Snowmobile or snowshoe Rabbit Ears Pass nearby. RULES No smoking is allowed inside or outside the property. Other things to note Board games, N64, and a Crockpot are provided.

This property is a beautifully, upgraded condo. It has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen and livingroom are open together and spacious. Everything was very clean and fresh. The instructions for time of arrival and departure were clear and the access information was perfect. I'd stay here again.

Check in directions were easy, place was nice and updated. We only stayed a night and got in a little late and were out by 10am the next morning but had a good time enjoying some games provided by the host at night. I wouldn’t walk to the base area of steamboat from this place but there’s some free lots that aren’t a bad drive. Overall nice experience

First things first. The place is decorated amazingly. Really great job upgrading an otherwise OK place. It is a downstairs unit with people above you so just be aware. Views were just OK and only from the upstairs bedroom. No pool, hot tub or anything else associated with the unit (though the master tub isnt a bad alternate...the master bathroom is really nice). The only real complaint is the location. You cannot walk to base area in ski boots....it is WAY to far to do so (0.5 mi according to the trail guide). The two closest bus stops are also quite a ways away (several blocks). If they could get a bus stop at the corner of columbine and walton creek road then it would be a LOT more convenient place to stay but for now it is an annoying walk with your ski gear.

We spent five days at this condo in mid-March and appreciated its thoughtful layout, cleanliness, and tasteful decor. The property accommodated seven adults comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for simple meals, and the bathrooms were generously sized. The internet was robust, and there were multiple streaming services available on the TVs. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to the slopes and nearby shops. All in all, we would recommend the condo without reservation and hope to return to it on another trip.

Rented this property for a ski trip to Steamboat Springs. Unlike most rentals in the area that typically have a king, queen, and a another bedroom with a combination of twin and/or bunk beds this one has four large bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. Perfect for adults. The property is conveniently located on a trail that’s a short walk to the gondola. Communication with the owner was great as well. Highly recommend this property.

Having 2 parking spots available for use close to the VRBO was nice. Checking in was super easy once we found the room number in the complex, was happy we didn’t have to call for help after a long day of traveling. We did not know there was a pullout in the couch ahead of time so that was a nice surprise. The accommodations were very modern and clean. We were happy to see there was a crock pot and pretty much all other kitchenware we needed to eat in the VRBO instead of eating out every night. The walk to the gondola was slightly further than expected (because of the estimated location the VRBO gives before locking in the reservation) but it was still walkable and there was a shuttle option for getting back from the slopes that brought us closer to the condo. The showers ran out of hot water with the number of people we had showering at the end of the day but I think that’s to be expected in a condo (assuming it shares a hot water heater with surrounding condos? Not sure). We ended up spacing out showers to make it work so it wasn’t an issue in the end. Overall very pleased with the location and condition of the space.

The home was just as described. It was in the perfect location, nearby the mountain and all the other things the town has to offer. Very clean And perfect for the 3 families we had in our group. Owner was quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay again!

The owner is super responsive and always relied to my msg in minutes. The check-in and check-out procedure is smooth. The host provides everything, shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissue paper, kitchen towel paper, dishwasher pod, etc. The house is clean and organized. Love the sofa area and it's very cozy. We are happy with our stay and recommend!

We enjoyed our stay on this property. The kitchen was well supplied and the bathrooms came with some toiletries. The beds were not just soft but sunken in the middle, and need to be updated. The bathtub drains slowly and this caused a repair visit during our stay, but host Jimmy was quick to respond and coordinate it with us. I experienced asthma in the basement room until I swept the leaves from the patio (our stay was in August so they were there all winter into summer). The kitchen chairs could use a wipe down, especially in the pandemic times. Thanks for having us!

This place was very nice, recently remodeled and well thought out as a short-term rental. Everyone loved the calming decor and it functioned very well. I especially appreciated the lack of perfume in the condo and on the linens and all the unscented products as I am very sensitive to that. I would definitely stay here again!

Great updated condo with all the amenities. Enjoyed a 5 day skiing vacation with our family and friends. Walking distance to Gondola, Wild Plum Grocery and shuttle. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for such a great vacation.
