The condo enjoys hurricane doors & windows which help reduce outside sound. *NOTEL Construction is across the street & began in 2022 & has been stopped. *During the warmer spring & summer months the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of algae). We cannot predict when it will come. As of April 2024 the beaches have been amazing! Our complex hires extra help when needed. (Overall 2023 sargassum season was low & we hope the same for 2024!.) *Please do not rent a car without ensuring we have a spot available as parking is limited at our complex.
