The unit was very nice. Condo was clean and well kept. Also well decorated. Close to downtown and all the shops/restaurants. We didn't use our car once while we stayed at the unit. The balcony looked over a stream and the water lulled us to sleep each night!
We booked this unit based on the description that it was air-conditioned (it is not) and because it had a hot tub (it didn't work). Although we didn't really need the A/C because it cooled off at night, my wife has allergies that can be a problem if we have to leave the windows open. Julie and Jeremy were unaware that the listing on VRBO where we booked the unit indicated the unit was air-conditioned and said they would get if corrected immediately.
They also acted very quickly when I made them aware that the hot tub was not working. The let me know as soon at the management company advised them that they were getting the hot tub repaired. The also contacted me to let me know the management company told them the hot tub was repaired but wouldn't be warm enough to use until later in the day the last day we were in the unit. We went down to use the hot tub later in the day but the sign was still on the access door to the hot tub indicating that the tub was still closed for repairs. We thought that perhaps they just forgot to take down the sign so we tried to get in but our access code no longer worked. We decided to give up on the hot tub.

I love this little place! It was so easy to get anywhere. We were able park in the parking garage below the building and walk everywhere. Gorgeous views all day! Great for 2 people, 3-4 is gonna be tight. Nice little kitchen, it comes stocked with coffee and basics. I was even able to cook breakfast there. Loved it, would stay again and again

We loved our stay! Cute little cozy condo for my anniversary! Fully stocked with so many things from seasonings to shampoo! Prefect location to everything ! Also , a BOMB Mexican spot, Mi Casa is on the bottom floor ! So we had dinner and happy hour there effortlessly!

This is the perfect spot to stay in Breckenridge! We stayed here for our anniversary and loved it! Super convenient downtown location, close to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, lovely views and right next to the river walk. Directly above our favorite restaurant with the best margs. And close to the gondola. You’ll regret it if you don’t stay here. Condo was very nice, comfortable, and decorated nicely. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very cute and perfect for our stay. The directions to finding the parking garage and the condo itself could have been better. We had to park in public parking and walk around for 5-10 minutes to figure out where we were supposed to be. My only complaint about the condo is that the bed was very uncomfortable and lumpy. It probably needs to be replaced.

Condo was as described and perfect for us. There was a pack and play at the condo for our 11 month old to sleep in.
The condo is within easy walking distance of almost everything downtown. Within 200 feet there are at least 4 restaurants. It is a 0.6 mile walk to the BreckConnect gondola.

I stayed here with my husband and 5 year old daughter. The service was impeccable--very easy to get in touch with the owners/managers. The property has everything you need from toiletries/linens to wine bottle openers, coffee, etc. There are washer/dryers on site too. We loved how it was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit. Really wonderful and we would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Perfect location
The condo was in an amazing location. We stayed in the summertime and were able to walk everywhere. Also, the unit is on the end of the building right next to the river. Sleeping with the windows open and the sound of the flowing water was a highlight for sure. Biggest challenge was the internet speeds. We were staying and attempting to work remotely using a lot of video conferencing. There is a coworking space across the street with solid internet, but was $50 a day. Overall an absolutely lovely unit.

Great Location - Cute & Cozy Condo
This condo is in a great location on the south end of Main Street. It overlooks the Blue River and Ollie's Pub & Grub Restaurant. I was staying for a conference at Beaver Run Conference Center, and it was a short walk (10 minutes). You are steps away from all the restaurants and shops in Breckenridge, and can easily access lots of trails by foot/bike.
The condo was on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator or stairs. The condo was clean and cute/cozy. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The building itself is in need of some maintenance (outside doors not secure as the locks were broken) and could have been cleaner (trash in the stairwell, stinky trash smell in the parking garage) but wasn't bad enough that I wouldn't stay there again. The building is also home to Mi Casa, which is a popular restaurant.
If you are staying in the summer, be aware that the bedroom (bed) is in a loft. My first night there was extremely hot (it was unusually warm for the mountains that night). A fan was provided so that did help a little bit. Overall, the condo was a good value and I would stay again despite a few shortcomings. The best part was falling asleep to the sound of the Blue River and sitting on the patio and people watching. I also found a great coffee shop just steps away (Cool River).

Best spot downtown Breckenridge
We stayed at this condo for my birthday in early March. The location was killer! We could walk out the front door and be in downtown breckenridge in a matter of seconds. There is also a delicious Mexican restaurant beneath the condo that has self serve chips and margaritas. Getting to the ski resort was as simple as walking across the street. The spot itself was super cute and had a fire place which added an extra cozy touch. There was also a jacuzzi!! The hosts were super easy to communicate with

Easiest ski trip ever!
What a wonderful ski trip! I came with my sister, daughter and her boyfriend. The condo is adorable and there is even a guitar for playing, if you are musically inclined. Luckily we had a guitar player and we sang songs by the fireplace. I loved the balcony, with its great views of the mountains and town! Also, walk across the street to ski or walk across a little gangplank behind the condo to Ollie’s for great food and drink!

I stayed with my boyfriend here and we loved the place! It was very easy to find and get to. The place was so cozy with the fireplace! We loved the view of the town from the deck. Only thing is it was a little loud at night from one of the bars music but we didn’t mind. The lift is right across the street. There’s a restaurant right below that you don’t even have to go outside for! Would highly recommend and stay again!
