A few of us got together for NYE. There were 5 of us, and it was just the right size for quality time. The patio is so cute and enough space for outdoor dining. Lenny was extremely helpful and communicative. A great host! Would stay again and recommend to others.

Let’s just start by saying this may have been the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever seen - seriously even the baseboards were clean! There were 4 of us (2 couples) staying for a long weekend of wine tasting. We were able to get right into the house, which is in a cute, quiet neighborhood - we were less than a 5 minute drive to downtown, and we actually decided to stay in one night and order pizza and play games. Lenny was quick to reply when we had a question and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend this house for a Napa wine trip!

My highschool friends and I decided to descend upon Napa to celebrate our collective birthday's. This home was perfect for our needs. The home was clean and in a fantastic location, near restaurants and the wine train!!! The home owner was incredibly accommodating and provided a fully stocked home, with no detail left behind. Set on a quiet, family friendly street, our crew felt safe. The beds were comfy and the showers had excellent water pressure. The back yard space is the perfect setting for an outside meal, card/board games and relaxing. Overall a fantastic time had by all! Hope to visit again.

Enjoyed our stay. A welcome packet with recommendations, churches, local favorite spots and household instructions would be helpful. We could have used more large serving bowls and kitchen wash cloths etc to wash and clean area after cooking. Great place to stay.

Perfect little place to stay in Napa.. close to downtown and the Napa region wineries. Place was very cute and clean. Pretty little outdoor patio as well with some pretty vines!!

Perfect little bungalow for the 4 of us! Super clean and had everything we needed! Beautiful backyard with al fresco dining and the beds were super comfy! I would definitely stay here again!

The house was fantastic. They had plenty of extra towels, pillows and blankets. Checking in and out was a breeze and the home was well equipped, clean and in a great location with plenty of parking.

This VRBO is nicely located for visiting both downtown Napa and wine country. Basically we slept, showered, did laundry and had coffee at VRBO. It is well appointed for those things and appeared well-stocked for cooking also. It was exceptionally clean, crisp and well decorated.

This place was great for a group of 5 women on a girls trip. Plenty of space, really clean. We didn’t need much from the host but the few times we did talk their responses were very quick. This house is in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to downtown Napa. Would recommend!

House was as advertised and perfect for our girls weekend trip (women 30+)! Very close to downtown and to the wineries. It had a nice secluded patio area where we enjoyed dinner in the evening. Parking was huge, perfect for our size SUV and comfortable parking. My only recommendation would be to have a full length mirror in each room (with 5 women, this would have been beneficial). Otherwise, nice place, perfect for Napa. Check-in and check-out was a breeze! Will definitely be looking into this place next year as well. Thank you Lenny!

This house was fabulous. Interior very clean and like new. Beds were comfortable. The house was stocked with necessities and coffee. We toured wine country during the day and came back to the house and had dinner/a glass of wine on the back porch. Beautiful landscaping. Good neighborhood. Hostess was very accommodating and extended herself to us - although nothing needed her attention. Perfect weekend!!
