In addition, there is a pool table, a specialty poker table, and a recently added digital dartboard. Every nook and cranny of this home holds something new to explore. The first bedroom of this home is an entirely private studio, just down the stairs located to the right of the front door. This comfortable space features a private stairwell and an en suite bathroom, featuring a standalone shower and a multi-window view of the surrounding trees. The rest of the home's bedrooms are upstairs from the main floor, which guests can access from the second stairwell near the front door. Once guests climb up these stairs, the second bedroom of the home is straight ahead and features a neighborhood view. The third and main bedroom is just across the hall and features extra seating and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a standalone shower. At the very end of the hall, the fourth bedroom features a multi-window neighborhood view and is next door to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. We had more room than we needed for our family of 6. Everything was absolutely perfect. Clean, well maintained, and couldn’t have been a better location. Centrally located to all the best attractions. Thank you very much!

We had a nice stay overall. It’s a nice house in a good area, very close to Garden of the Gods and downtown. The outdoor space is fantastic for hanging out and seeing wildlife. The biggest hiccup was with check-in, as there was no indication in the trip manager that we needed to go to the unnumbered driveway rather than the one with the large house number. We had one issue that was resolved quickly and did not impact our plans at all. Management was very responsive.

Spacious and clean. Our group of 8 had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. The landscaping is beautiful and the home looks just as described in the listing. Beware this is Colorado and there are bears, even in the city. We saw a mama bear and her cub on two nights of our stay. One of the trash can bungees would not fasten correctly and the bears got in the trash. After that we did not really enjoy using the hot tub or sitting on the patio, especially at night. Overall this was a clean, beautiful home and we enjoyed our time there. The arcade/video game was not intuitive to figure out. Our kids never played it.

The game room in this house was a great area for the whole family to hang out in the evening. The scenery from the living room was also amazing. Location was also perfect. Close enough to everything, but still quiet enough.

Great location to many tourist things. We had a Miller moth issue and when we entered house 100s of them were in house. We called and within hour someone was there helping to get them out. Unfortunately our entire stay we had moths in the house. There was no fly swatted or broom that we could locate. The kitchen well stocked but had no dish rag. The house did seem like none had stayed there for a few months and bedrooms were dusty but overall ok. Great patio area and hot tub. We did have to put all cushions on the furniture that would have been nice to have been done. Otherwise we enjoyed all the space the house had to offer.

The house was clean, beautiful, and provided plenty of room and activity for everyone in the family. We had a great time in the snow, which was beautiful. The hot tub was so clean and so hot! The kitchen had everything we needed. The play room downstairs provided great activities and bonding. The house had everything to have a comfortable and fun stay for grandma down to the kids. The only thing we couldnt locate in the house was a broom and dust pan and an iron, but it didnt affect our stay at all.

The house and yard space were great! The basement smells of smoke and the the lower bedroom musty. I have a allergic response to smoke so I’m likely more sensitive. Loved the creek, beds were comfy and location distance to activities.

We loved the mid century home and the large property while seeing deer, rabbits and squirrels to watch through the large windows. Close to several towns making the location perfect for what we wanted to do. The virtual walk thru the house on the Vacasa app helped me decide to rent this home. It was a great layout for me to have my own private space on the bottom level in the 4th bedroom and my grandson to have his own large tv for gaming in the well appointed basement. Kitchen had everything we needed and the living room had a chair for everyone as well. Bonus that 2 recliners massaged and heated up. The beds were very comfortable. Sadly we didn’t try the hot tub. I would stay here again next time as well.

We had a awesome experience at this property. We came for Parent's Weekend at the USAF Academy. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. Some family members enjoyed the jacuzzi and playing basketball. They enjoy the game room with all the amenities. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family couldn’t stop raving about how great this house is! We loved the unique decor and spacious layout, especially the living room and dining room, which both had enough seating for the 8 members in our group. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances, pots and pans, and other tools needed for the several meals we cooked there. We also really enjoyed the patio and outdoor spaces too - my two kids (12 and 6) enjoyed the hot tub (turned down to bath water temp), the basketball hoop and the large yard where we played catch (with baseballs and mitts we brought). The house is close to so many things - only a short drive to the Broadmoor, Cheyenne Canyon, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods and so much more. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at this home! We are college parents and it was great to have our child stay with us (so much better than a hotel!) The patio is lovely and private. We hiked on several nearby trails and had easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Definitely a special place!

When we return to CS, we're going to stay here if at all possible, so please do not book this home before we do. Great location, neighborhood, close to Ft. Carson and downtown, secure, close to hiking and fun places outdoors. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Bears, deer, bobcats, herons, etc. come to visit. Great kitchen, lots of space, comfy beds, renovated basement, open space, etc. Excellent manager support.

We had a great time staying at the house. The yard was a great place to hang out. There was over an acre of well landscaped outdoor areas including a large lawn, a great patio area and a deck and hot tub overlooking the stream. The inside of the house was beautiful with lots of exposed wood. Every room was well furnished. The large basement had a big screen tv and was full of games including a pool table, dart board, poker table and a video game console that allowed us to play many classic video games like Pacman. Overall we had a very relaxing trip. The location of the home along with the landscaping provided such a beautiful setting that was still close to town enabling us to get to other areas of town easily. Highly Recommended!
