Billiards in the basement and beautifully decorated through the entire home. Fenced backyard, deck and a grill. Minutes to downtown, shopping and hiking. The kitchen is open in design and is sure to impress with stainless steel double ovens, a gas range, a walk in pantry, beautiful cabinetry with soft close function, slab granite counter tops, and a nicely sized island that will easily seat 6 people. There is plenty of space in the dining area that is open to the kitchen and you can walk out onto a sun deck for easy BBQ access. On the upper level there are 4 bedrooms to include a spacious master bedroom with a gas fire place, a walk in closet, and a luxurious private bathroom. There is a spa like shower in the master bathroom, a soaking tub, beautiful tile, dual vanities with granite counter tops, and a heated floor with stone detail. A convenient loft area is located on the upper level as well. This home is trimmed out with 6' floor base, Cheyenne style doors, iron railing, and travertine tile. The finished basement has 10' ceilings, has poured concrete window wells, and provides plenty of space. Stucco and stone exterior with finished landscaping. Air conditioning keeps you cool on those hot days.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to downtown and lots of shopping. The house itself was super clean and I’m very picky when it comes to that. The shower in the master bathroom is amazing. It was much warmer upstairs than the main floor and basement, but I learned that is common in CO with the 1 level thermostat. It was also unseasonably warm there when we stayed, so not a big deal! There were snacks out for us that was such a nice touch. We also had access to the 1 car garage. When I messaged Dave, he immediately replied each time. Great stay!

We loved this house. We had a group of 10, 2 families. It was in a great neighborhood and we were 5-10 minutes for all the things we wanted to see in Colorado Springs. There was also a playground right down the street that the kids enjoyed. We had a really great time at this house.

Beautiful home with a great location. Plenty of room to sleep our large group. Everything was provided including snacks. Easy checkout process where not much was expected. Would definitely rent this property and from Dave again.

The home was as advertised, very clean, roomy and welcoming. The house was very centrally located to local attractions, some awesome food and just a short trip (hour) to Denver and 2 hours to Winter Park which is where we went snow tubing. Food selection was fantastic as we ate all local spots. Had a small issue w the toilet and within 30 min there was a handyman at my door. My only knock and I’m being picky was the Wi-Fi did not work for all 5 days we were there, I do believe however that was beyond the control of the property manager. We had 7 in our party and the property really knocked our socks off. I highly recommend this spot and would not hesitate to rent it again. A truly wonderful visit from Alabama with my family in Colorado Springs.

The host was very flexible and let us rent this amazing home during new years we really enjoyed how each couch was a sleeper also the play area was great for adults and children, plenty of space in the kitchen I loved it and would definitely rent this beautiful house again.

The home was very nice and well stocked. We had six adults and two toddlers. The high chair and portacribs were a nice addition along with toys for the kids and games for the adults. The home location was great for the places we went. Somehow I missed that it was a three level home. If bringing toddlers, I would suggest a baby gate at least for the area leading downstairs. Very nice and would recommend the home.

We had a group of 12 staying at the house, 6 young adults 12-13 years old, and 6 parents. The home had absolutely no WiFi, no access to internet, and no television. After a long day on the field, with kids wanting to jump on their iPads or watch a movie, and with parents needing to access work, it was very inconvenient. I was told that service was coming to address it and then when the day arrived I was told that they had the date wrong and it was the following week. The area was not safe in our opinion, homeless people a few blocks away and people came to the house to sell drugs while we were sitting on the front porch. Nice house, it is as advertised but in 2022 there is no excuse for no internet and TV, they should have given us prior notice as we would have rented elsewhere.

The home was a perfect for our trip for my daughters wedding. The morning coffee/tea was much appreciated! We only wish we had more time to enjoy this lovely home. This was so perfect for a long weekend with the whole family (10 of us) in Colorado Springs for a wedding. Plenty of space to spread out and relax between wedding events, The house well stocked, and spotless It is also so close to downtown, it made getting to town so quick and easy. Wonderful place to stay, I'd highly recommend it!

Let me begin by saying that this house is EXACTLY as pictured. Spacious, clean, and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Check in was simple and we had no problems or reasons to contact the host. The hosts make you feel welcome by providing some snacks and a bottle of wine! A comprehensive guidebook answers all your questions. And, the house rules are not onerous or punitive...you get the feeling that you are welcome and that the owners want you to spend quality time in this lovely home. The location is central and secure, in a quaint urban neighborhood. Everything you need is within a 5 minute drive. We used the house as home-base for my son's wedding. There was more than enough room for out of town guests to stop by and say hi or to gather for a meal. We even crafted wedding decor and assembled favors around the large kitchen table. My only disappointment was we were so busy with wedding activities that we didn't really get to just hang out in this fab house!

Wow! This house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our use! We had 5 couples stay in the house for a wedding. But it could’ve fit more between the couches and sleeper sofas that are there as well. It has plenty of entertaining area and just room in general- I loved it! 2 things to note 1- the air conditioning doesn’t necessarily permeate the entire house. While the basement will be freezing it will be a sauna on the topFloors. This will be typical of big houses but it’s just something to note. 2- the checkin process was a little difficult. The code we were given to check in was either incorrect or it was never put in. We had to wait about a little less than an hour for a call back from the contact after messaging and calling several times. Once we did receive a call back all was well and we had no issues! I would 1000000000x stay in this house again when needed for larger gatherings!

Traveling with a large family (9 people) for summer vacations always presents logistical challenges. Our summer tour through Colorado was made easier with our stay in this home. Very accommodating and we enjoyed the convenient access to the mountains and parks (Garden of the Gods is less than 10 minutes away), to downtown, and nearby shopping. Our family felt right at home.
