The guest house is 2000 sq ft and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining area, game room with pool table, foosball table, arcade game, game table, shuffleboard, sofa and TV. There is also full size washer & dryer plus a covered patio with outdoor seating. TV’s galore throughout! - Close to WestWorld of Scottsdale, Shops, Restaurants, Golf, Hiking Trails and of course Baseball. There is plenty to enjoy inside the homes but to top it off the backyard is really the icing on the cake. It’s perfect for entertaining family and friends.
