This apartment is perfect in every way!! Very clean, excellent location to the center squares, restaurants everywhere. Lots of room for a family. Our granddaughters loved the loft! Communication with the property Mgr was amazing from the beginning. Highly recommend this stay!!

My stay in Florence was truly exceptional, thanks to the perfect location of my accommodation. Situated in the heart of the city, I was just steps away from fantastic restaurants, cozy cafes, charming bakeries, and all the top tourist attractions, including museums and art galleries. This central spot made it incredibly easy to explore Florence's cultural treasures and savor delicious Italian cuisine. The only improvement I would suggest is the air conditioning, which could be more efficient. I highly recommend this location for an unforgettable Florence experience!

Much of check in is automated. I was a little put off, but all worked smoothly. Our greeter found us looking for the address, showed us the unit and even gave us restaurant recommendations. Around the corner from the Uffizi, right next to Medici palace, short walk to Duomo. Best location!! Minuses- noisy in the morning due to garbage trucks

This property is right around the corner from the Duomo. Top floor, which is challenging for travelers with a lot of baggage, but the property is in a great, safe location. We would definitely return.

Nice property good location. Good management company. Make sure to note the apartment is on the 3rd floor so the stairs will be your friend. For part of our visit the temps were over 100F, the AC struggles in those temps. when the temps moderated the apartment was quiet comfortable. over all would recommend and stay again!

This lovely loft is truly in the heart of Florence. Perfect walking distance from the train station as well as to all the local attractions. Check in processing was very smooth.

Great location. Didn’t love the stairs after the third day and AC is not great so something to consider if you’re traveling in the summer. Our plan was delayed, completely out of our control but the host still charged us the late check in fee which felt unfair since it was out of our control. Overall, you can’t beat the location and views from this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The air conditioning was great for our Summer visit in Florence. The entire apartment is cooled with A/C. You have the basic amenities in a clean environment. We would stay here again. Some note from prior reviews. All drains worked properly and the A/C was working. No issues with either of these items.

Outstanding. We loved our stay at this wonderful apartment. Alessio who met us at the apartment is a delight and the apartment is not only beautiful and well-appointed, it’s in an ideal location. Not a detail over-looked. It made us want to live in Florence. We had three perfect days and a big part of that was due to the lovely accommodations. The communication with the management company was absolutely perfect, quick and responsive at any time of the day, it definitely made a difference. We highly recommend.

Thank you provide and welcome and warm place to stay while we were in Florence. It felt like a home. Andrea and his company Sweetstay provided an amazing experience with attention to detail. We were in Italy for 3 weeks. This home was by far the best.

Amazing stay in the best area; super close to all the great food and an easy walk to every major site in Florence. Andrea is a wonderful host and you can really tell he put a lot of effort into making this listing comfortable! It has everything you would need for a long stay - fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and bonus space with two bathrooms and a full suite upstairs with an amazing view tub overlooking Uffizi. The bed is the most comfortable we’ve experienced at any AirBnB and we’ve stayed in a ton. Also, Andrea is super nice and offered us several recommendations for food, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed! Highly recommend booking here if you get the chance, you won’t regret it.

The apartment itself is in a great location. That’s where it ends. Don’t stay here. I’m sure they’ll have a rebuttal, but if you want to contact me directly: seth at mcbeeadvisors dot com. We checked in. They said to check in at 2pm. We checked in at 1:15pm and they said the cleaning of apartment wouldn’t be done for another 2 hours. So, we left as they told us to and they weren’t done until 4:30pm. The air conditioning went out.they weren’t able to send anyone to fix it for 2 days (they can’t control that part) We had to ask several times for a fan. They finally dropped one off a day and a half later. In a box. We had to build it ourselves with a butter knife. They refused to build it for us. It was literally a new fan in a box from Amazon. We asked that they make up the hide a bed for my daughter. They never did. So we asked for extra pillows over and over again. Finally they dropped some off after me bugging them over and and over and after a full day of being there. The second bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. We told them..they asked us a bunch of questions, made us take pictures and then over a day later sent someone and he could t fix it either…so they just left it. No one ever fixed it. I told them…literally no response. Then…the hot water went out. I texted them yet again. They never responded. I then texted them again and again and they finally responded 8 hours later. They asked me to check on it myself. I did. Texted them back what was happening and they never responded. So we took cold showers for two days straight. This place was terrible. We then asked for paper towels, napkins, to call us a cab…they literally ignored us. I’ve been all over the world and never had such a horrible experience. I am not one to write bad reviews. Most of the VRBO’s I stay in a give 5 stars and love it. If this place had a better owner/manager, it’d be great except a few minor issues that we could have gotten over. Stay away from here. Too many gracious hosts in Italy and Florence to trouble yourself here. (Know I didn’t even get into details this is just the bigger stuff)
