This 2bd/1bath is located just enough away to feel remote and yet close enough to all the desert attractions. Minutes from Joshua Tree National Park, Pioneertown, Pappy & Harriet's, La Copine, Integratron & Hawks Landing Golf course. With plenty of space for 6 guests, the house will feel like a home away from home. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. With a formal dining room, eat-in full size kitchen, and covered outdoor seating, there are multiple entertainment area options. The spacious living room is large enough to gather everyone to play board games, or to relax and watch a movie on our 55’’ TV. Desert Hot Springs- Only 45 min drive to Palm Springs! ** DETAILS TO NOTE ** - Early Check-in fee: $35 per hour - Late Check-out fee: $35 per hour -The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in -IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. -For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras. -Hot tub is FREE to use but please be advised that the hot tub service is only being done once a week. We set the nightly rate at a very low and reasonable price so if you are not satisfied with the condition of the hot tub upon your arrival, we can call our hot tub service provider but a fee of $60 will apply. -Lastly, please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs with a fee, but we can only confirm such requests 24 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. Property was clean and well staged. Dishes and cookware available - plenty of hot water. Cowboy tub grungy (it's open air) and was nice to have a hot tub but it was a bit greenish/murky. Property itself is well kept almost brand new. Gaming stuff was great for kid. Description says access to netflix and other streaming but be prepared it's not included - just ACCESS to them (aka streaming television). As it starts to get cold would have been great to not have to take comforter from another bed (turning on heater made it too warm/dry). Bonus points for very clean and close to center of town to make walks to coffee really easy! Grateful place was avaialble for us.

We enjoyed the location of the property; it was close to park entrance and convenient to grocery store and restaurants. The games in garage were nice to have with a 9-year-old. We didn’t have an opportunity to use hot tub or cowboy pool, but they looked as described. Thanks for a comfortable stay!
