I am a part of a local management company called The Wolf Rentals. If you don't hear from me, you'll hear from my cohosts! My cabin is located in a neighborhood of other historic cabins on a hillside just above downtown Estes Park. You can literally walk everywhere in town -- to the Stanley Hotel, Ed's Cantina, local coffee shops and restaurants, etc. Because it's on a hill, you have a great view of the mountains from our patio/deck and yard. We have parking for two cars at our cabin, and it's a short walk to the seasonal free bus system that goes around Estes Park and into the National Park. The home is located just above Elkhorn Avenue, which is the main street of Estes Park. Elkhorn is filled with shops, bars and restaurants. NOISE This unit is in a quiet little neighborhood with other rentals nearby, so events, loud music and noises, and parties are strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of your noise level. I really want to maintain good relationships with my wonderful neighbors. AIR CONDITIONER Estes has a mild mountain climate in the summers but from time to time it can get hot. Like nearly every other home in town, there’s no A/C. CHECK IN/OUT TIMES Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. I cannot accommodate early check ins and late check outs due to my cleaners' schedule. It's a super tiny mountain town and the cleaners are slammed and there just aren't other people to clean. I'm sorry about that! BEARS Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area and can break in!
