So when it's storming outside, you can have just as much fun (if not more!) staying inside! Please be advised that Palmetto Dunes has a limit of 6 vehicles that may be parked at any single family home in Palmetto Dunes, so please plan accordingly. The nearest beach access is at the Disney Beach house where you will find a parking lot, access to bathrooms, outdoor shower, and a snack bar. This beach access is about a 13 minute walk, 6 minute bike ride, or a 3 minute drive. You can also call the free Beach shuttle that Palmetto Dunes offers Memorial Day to Labor Day. They will pick you up at the house and drop you at the beach and also take you back to our home when you are ready. They also offer free pickup and drop off at Shelter Cove across Hwy 278 where there are several restaurants overlooking the marina and shopping. Our home has been completed renovated inside and out. Every bathroom has been ripped down to the studs and redesigned for maximum functionality and beauty. The interior floorplan has also been redesigned for better flow and functionality. The house has been repainted inside and out in light, beachy colors. Provides access to the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the swimming pool, back yard, and lagoon and golf course. The loft has a 10 person poker table and an additional 4 person table for board games or puzzles. Loft also has a foosball table. Linens and towels are provided and beds are already made upon arrival. A starter supply of paper products and soaps will also be supplied. We will also provide 10 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 2 beach carts to haul your gear to the beach and 2 wagons for the little ones. We also have a 1/2 bath on the pool level inside the poolside chill lounge so you don't have to go upstairs to use the bathroom. Yes! Our swimming pool is heated by gas heat. Pool and spa heat are an additional fee.
