Condo was nice and the riverside walk was perfect place to walk out 2 dogs. There were some dishes put away dirty, but not nothing that couldn’t be washed. The pool house doesn’t have ventilation so it was really moist in there. Because of that, there was mold everywhere in the bathrooms. The pool was warm so it was nice

Beautiful location and so walkable along the gorgeous river to downtown for coffee, food and shopping. Location is so perfect. Room was very clean. Thank you. Flaws...Bed was uncomfortable and we were either too cold or too hot. Recommend and would stay again.

This place was perfect for our little family. Right on the river and walkable to everything. Amenities in the house were great! Kitchen was full of everything we needed and the tv room was roomy for my little to play. The pool could use some help but other than that great place. Thank you for allowing us in your home.

When we arrived the potty had not been flushed from someone on their cycle. Made me wonder if they did any cleaning aside from fresh towels.

We loved our stay here so much! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well appointed with beautiful views of the River. We loved being right on the river walk and were able to walk pretty much everywhere that we wanted to go. Thank you so much for a lovely and affordable stay!! We will definitely be back.

Very comfortable, with an amazing and accommodating staff. The room was very clean except for the interior filter to the heating/cooling system. It's a removable filter that was extremely caked with dirt and debris to the point that it made the room smell very bad. I finally pulled it out and left it off to the side to see if it helped and, yes... The room smelled a ton better. Other than that, it was absolutely adorable and perfect. Will definitely stay again.

The property is very close to a five star rating. It can use some updating but otherwise it is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the location. It was a short walk to town and we had a wonderful view of the river. We look forward to staying here on our next trip to Bend.

There was a river view from our room. So beautiful. Great condo. Full kitchen and a gas fireplace for atmosphere & warmth. There are games & books available. Washer & Dryer on site and an indoor pool. There is a park next to the property for your dog or a river walk. Easy walk to downtown. Loved this place

Thanks for accommodating our request to move rooms. We were unable to do 30 steps to the 3rd floor, and staff immediately helped us out. The room was plenty big for our needs. Very clean and well equipped.

The location right in the Deschutes River Trail in downtown Bend cannot be beat. We stayed in one of the river cottages and loved seeing the water outside our window. Only note- beds were a bit hard for us, but rest of supplies and features were perfect for a 3 day hiking getaway.

Unfortunately the room was disgusting and filthy with stains and spills in and around the bed as well as in the kitchen. We found dust and pet hair on the furniture and when we told staff/ management they would not offer a refund. Horrible property!

The room was nice and well equipped. The bed was absolutely terrible. It felt like we were sleeping on a board with a thin mattress cover on top. We ended up so sore that we went to Walmart and bought an air mattress for the remainder of our stay. The view was beautiful. The code on our door was not working so we were very lucky the office hadn’t closed yet and we got a physical key. If we had arrived any later I don’t know how we would have gotten in. Overall it was beautiful. Just the bed was a nightmare.

Bring right on the River was amazing. Being able to easily walk into the downtown area by walking along the River pathway was the best thing about our visit.

Property is beatifully located. Overlooking the river and very close (10min walking) from downtown. I undesrtand that the different accomodation are in different 'interior conditions'. The one we have booked/received (3rd floor, last 2 units/numbers combined into 1 unit) could do with some modernization. Also water pressure in bathroom (especially shower) was really low.

First, Hotels.com/Expedia/OneKey made this a rough start to a mostly great stay thanks to their terrible emailing function, as the property tried several times to email me with a rental agreement (they showed me a couple days into our stay when I said I didn’t know certain things, such as when the office was open, which made our check in difficult). Make sure you call the property before arriving to make sure everything is okay and you have check in details because you cannot rely on Hotels.com to deliver important communication. One star to Hotels.com/Expedia/OneKey for getting much worse since their merger. Second, even though the sheets and one shower were not cleaned properly upon our arrival, the front office sent up someone the next morning to take care of it and they also made sure it was right by issuing a refund for the cleaning fee. Outside of that, the actual unit was very comfortable, nicely decorated, and had an incredible view of the Deschutes River! We wish we could’ve stayed another week because some of the fires west of Bend hampered our exploring. There’s so much to see and do in Bend! We will be back, and next time we’ll make sure to call the property before arriving!

I loved how this property was along the river. But everything seemed very outdated. The oven did not work. And there was a hole in the bathtub that had been patched very terribly. The hot tub was closed for maintenance. But the location was awesome, it was just a 10 min walk from downtown.

Disappointed with delayed and unconcerned response from property staff when my safety was at potential risk. Checked in after 8 pm, walked around admiring suite then left for a late dinner returning shorty after 10 pm where after a few minutes noticed a half eaten taco bell quesadilla on the counter where it was immediately noticeable. After a very stressful check of the suite to ensure nobody was hiding, called after hours emergency number and was told they would reach out to someone, not sure who, call was disconnected and never received a call back. Spent all night expecting someone to call back or whoever left said food to attempt to enter again. No sleep was had. The next morning I called the number AGAIN because I still heard nothing from management where I was informed someone would be calling me at some point that day. Approximately 1 hour later received call, from who I assume was the property manager, there was no concern shown, even suggested the door was left unlocked (which I made sure to NOT do before we left for dinner) and the mere suggestion that OUR door code be changed. No offer to change suite, comp anything or really any condolences were issued. Have stayed at these suites before but after this lack of concern for safety I will never stay again. Disappointing and ultimately I'm glad we weren't the next victims of crime.

Great location, walkable to downtown and a lovely spot by the river. we (two friends) stayed with our two dogs and had absolutely everything we needed. There are a few things I'd change - the bedding wasn't super comfortable (bring your own pillow), and the outside lights shining into the back bedroom made it difficult to get a good night's sleep there. Otherwise, affordable, comfortable, and easy--I would stay there again.
