The main living space features a completely open and airy layout with chef's kitchen and seated dining table space for twenty. Everything is brand new! 6 bedrooms/6.5 bathrooms spread over over three levels, 5681 square feet total. Two living areas, a pool table, wet bar and hot tub. MAIN LEVEL: + Open concept kitchen/dining/living room + Kitchen with chef's quality appliances, large island, pantry space and second full size fridge/freezer. + Two dining spaces, with total seating for 20; one with seating for twelve and the other for eight (not including bar stools). + Large beautifully built living room with soaring ceilings, a wall of windows, floor to ceiling stone fireplace and large flat screen TV to gather around. + Hot tub patio with large hot tub and direct views of Baldy Mountain. + Grilling patio with large six burner grill. + Mountain landscape views and ambiance from all windows. + Two bedrooms, each with two queen beds and attached bathrooms. + Half bathroom UPPER LEVEL: + King bedroom with attached bathroom, steam shower, gas fireplace, seating area and private patio. The run will flatten out. On your left will be the Snowflake run to bring you back to the Snowflake Lift. Do not take this run, ski past it and there will be another run on your left marked as "ski back to Grand Timber" This run will bring you back to the blue house across the street from us, where you will walk through trail in the trees and back to the house. PROVIDED ITEMS: The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary basic spices, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge. The bathroom is fully stocked with necessities as well as hairdryers and full size conditioner/shampoo/body wash. Laundry detergent is supplied for the washer and dryer. PLEASE NOTE: > The minimum age to rent is 25. > There is the potential to snow October-May so cars with proper snow tires and 4WD/AWD are required during this time. > This house is located at an elevation of approximately 9,600ft. Check the CDC website regarding the potential effect of high altitude.*** > There is no air conditioning. > The private hot tub requires weekly service so stays longer than 4 nights may have a hot tub contractor stop by. > Summit County has strict Short Term Rental rules and regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Good Neighbor Guidelines posted in the unit on what is required from renters. > Events that exceed the maximum overnight occupancy are not permitted.
