This does indeed have 8 beds. - Back patio and backyard are great places to hang out with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. - Original architectural details were kept intact during renovation to provide historic flavor. - All beds feature Tempurpedic-quality mattresses and silky, high thread count linens. - All bathrooms are immaculate and include essential toiletries and stacks of plush cotton towels. License Number: SVR-01181 Guest Access: The entire home is for your exclusive use. The Neighborhood: The house is in the historic Victorian District, a remarkable snapshot of 19th-century architecture. Walk to Forsyth Park and great bars and eateries. This is a family-friendly location with world-class food, antebellum charm, and vibrant nightlife. Getting Around: We are within walking distance to Forsyth Park, SCAD, and other area landmarks. Uber is a convenient and cost effective way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets. We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car. Other Things to Note: *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations. Interaction with Guests: You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless; there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.

The place looks beautiful but furniture,esp couch very uncomfortable as were most seats in common space. The backs were too short for old folks support. Beds were all very comfy Cleaning was ok… exhaust fan in upstairs front bathroom grossly dirty. Toilet seat in same bathroom needed to be tightened,and the twin bed in the same bedroom was not changed, found hair in it . Supplies in kitchen, bathrooms good. Labeling of light/fan switches were good. Cleaning crew paid no attention to trash, dog poop …in front of door .so first impression was tough.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is exceptional and was very clean. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us. The location was very close to downtown- easy access to ubers/lyfts. The check in/out process was easy and the host was very quick to respond. My only note would be that it would be nice if there were a few more cooking utensils and pots/pans for cooking at the house. I would definitely recommend this rental! Our stay was all around lovely. Thanks!!

There were 4 rooms, not 5 but front parlor with doors and daybed/couch worked. Plenty of space for 6 of us. And definitely appreciated off street parking and amenities close by. Loved Shuk, Bobbies Fork & Daggar, Cuban window. Close to Forsyth Park. Walkable and close to public transport.
